My first time at a Jiffy Lube and I liked it. They were able to tell me what the car needed without forcing me to buy it which is cool. The only issue was when I looked at the paperwork they gave after paying for the service, some of what was mentioned by the techs that needed repair wasnt on their. Ive practically forgot what all needed to be done on the car but I can always go back and have them quickly look at it.

Popped in before work and got out on time. Rodrigo completed the service and did a great job! Manager John was super nice and went over everything with me. Bathrooms were SUPER clean! Definitely coming back again, super convenient on the way or back from work. Solid fellas!

Drove away with the air dam literally dragging on the ground. Had to pull over and fix it on the side of the road. Cmon guys

I went here for a simple brake change and they stripped my bolt’s. Lowered my car and said they couldn’t change my brakes. Bad service

It is my hope that this review is for the jiffy Lube on Adams and Fairfax The reason being they were very transparent with everything which I really really really appreciated The game is suggestions are recommendations from my car which I know I needed but I also found that other things that I didnt know and they walk into me to bring it back and theyll take care of it so essentially in the price was I got high mileage oil and had a coupon so out the door was like $52 which is excellent and the service was excellent

Saw the reviews were 50-50 so I decided to take a chance. I ended up on the wrong side of the coin. I arrived and they told me it was going to be a 40 minute wait just to see me. After an hour they told me that the wait was going to be longer. There were two cars in their facility that were not working and so they only had one spot open to perform oil changes. When I asked why I was not told this when I pulled up the guy told me he did which he did not. I had to go to work so I ended up leaving. I left not confident in the quality of work I would have received. I would go somewhere else.

Simply awesome with great customer service!! Been serviced at different Jiffy Lubes in Los Angeles County for a while but I came across this one and said let me try them and now this is my favorite Jiffy Lube!! Jesus and the others are wonderful. When they say 15 minute signature oil change they mean it!! Very professional and No sagging pants or uniforms here!Thanks guys for being awesome to your customers! Usually I purchase through Groupon, however this location is not listed for Groupon and I didnt care because of the customer service I paid full price. And, yes i know I couldve used their coupon but I didnt want to because I really appreciate them!!

Is funny and sad at the same time I came here 6 years ago and they couldnt work on my old Buick fast forward to 2018 and its still there is a lot to which from Jiffy Lube I came in for oil change they give me the wrong prices at the beginning was one price and at the end it was another price I came in asking for a specific price but when they charge me they give me a different bill I did not understand they put the wrong information on the secret on the windshield instead of 3000 miles should have been 5000 mile because Im paying for synthetic oil thank you bro it took me about 7 years to come back here and now I know I will never come back again definitely so somehow they have four stars on Yelp Im sorry to the other customers but you were not paying attention on your bill or what they do to your car at last let me say something I sure hope you did put a new filter and synthetic oil on my car otherwise we can have to go to a ride with my attorney I mean years ago it came out on the news that you guys were putting use oil on the vehicles of the customers I hope you remember that.,

I love this location. The staff are all really nice. This was my first trip during COVID and I liked how they handled new procedures. It was sometimes hard to hear and be heard, but everyone was cool. Love their current special, too! $29.99 and Im ready to drive up the coast.

Beware when you go to this place. Although the staff is very friendly, they will rip you off. I brought my car in for service, and they added a $220 charge for labor, because they said it was going to be two hours and they charge $110 per hour. They were done in less than an hour, but still charged me for two. I explained how I’ve had my car there before and I was charged $120 (for labor) for the same service. I was told that there’s no way that could’ve happened. I explained to them the previous time the guy told me that it cost $120 per hour for labor and he told me it would be about an hour. So that’s what I was charged. That made no difference to them. They charged me the $220 and that was that. So sad. I’ve gone there several times and never had an issue. I didn’t recognize any of the staff, so maybe the new guys figured out how to make more money, the dishonest way. Very bad business. I won’t be going there anymore.

My boyfriend went to get a simple oil change at this Jiffy Lube and shortly after his car broke down on his way to work due to no oil found within his car. His engine is probably completely ruined because of this Jiffy Lube. They over charged him for the oil and forgot to / put a very very small amount of oil in his car. I am furious!!

Very Quick service, very polite and respectful people

Called for transmission flush person who answered couldnt give me a price for the flush I requested. Said he has to look at it all in all sounded like he was trying to scam me. Save yourself the hassle go anywhere but there. If I could of give ZERO STARS I would have.

Terrible service. Promised 20 minutes thank change oil and spark plugs. Didn’t finish it after 2 hours. Every person says talk to the other guys to avoid taking responsibility

I stopped going to Jiffy Lube years ago. The last several times I did use them on our three family vehicals, there was alway a drain plug leak. Having to return to corrext the leak does away with the idea of convenience. My mechanic in Vernon does my service (no leaks).

I forgot my mask at home. Sad to say I had to return home for a mask as one could not be provided for me.

I went this morning to go get an oil change... Asked the workers how much an oil change was, and was asked how many miles my car had. What difference does the mileage on my car make with reference to price? I told them there are 93xxx miles on a 13 year old car, he said, “oh that’s high miles” and begin to think of a price. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTIST!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREI recently went to this Jiffy Lube and asked for a simple oil and air filter change before a long road trip. I wasnt after I came back from the long road trip and went to another Jiffy Lube in San Diego for the service that they told me that my air filter was completely missing. I was running my vehicle without an air filter for 6K plus miles. This simple overlook has now compromised my vehicle engine. I going to a mechanic to get it inspected to see any damage has been done before filing a claim.I will never take my vehicle to this shop. I would advise the same for anyone else coming here.

Low prices, and quick service. If you are female, they will definitely try to sell you things you dont need though. Tried to sell me $3 to fill up my coolant that was almost at the full line.

Requested cabin air filter change and paid for it, to find a couple of weeks later that the original filter was removed and no new filter was installed. Shame on them.

Not even one star! They completely messed up my engine cover didnt put everything back correctly. Didnt have anything in stock like lights ect.

I went here for an oil change and the same day after leaving this building my car broke down so I took it to my personal mechanic and they showed me that my car was very low on oil....😡 so Jeffry claimed to change my oil and never did... this show charges you for services that they do not perform its a shame that they try and take advantage of people... it’s hard enough to make it in California let alon deal with these crooks!

Nice people, but they dont know about cars.And they dont take their work professionally (they didnt solve the problem of overheating, and they charge me for works that were not well oriented, and bad executed).They charge me more than $500 to solve a leakage+overheating. None of them were solved.No one was able to finish the job.Excuses like those cars (BMW 330i) are special, you should try in another place...after 2 days. They not know about cars. They installed a water pump in the wrong way, a termostate that was not working, and the auxiliary fan was running in the opposite direction....they dont respond. In more than 3 days, I never saw the manger. Literally a fastfood chain but with wheels and playing with people security.I will never take my vehicle to this shop. I would advise the same for anyone else coming here. A nightmare. They were advising me to sell my car by parts (147 dollars of value).I went to other place, after 1.5 hrs the problem was solved.

Tried to charge me over $50 for an oil change and tell me my rear diff needed oil or to be changed and had a lit of metal flakes. I asked why the oil change was so high? The guy said i used synthetic oil. I said i use synthetic oil? Then he turned the computer screen to show me. I have never used synthetic oil, he blatantly tried to f*** me, and basically call me a liar. This and a few other up sales is why yall are losing my business.And how do i know yall are even doing what you say, when i catch you in a lie? Were they gonna charge me for synthetic oil and put what i usually get? F*** me right. Honesty must be frowned upon at this place.

Beware and read the promo before you. There is always an upsale. I left and went to my Dealership in long Beach for cheaper price and more offerings.

Upon arrival, a woman came to the window speaking extremely fast about the manager special. She was in a rush else where other than serving the customers. She had an unpleasant tone in her voice. David Ramirez is a rude manager. He is very sarcastic, and thinks cussing is appropriate at work. Jiffy Lube needs to hire professional workers. The company has really gone down hill.

I went there 3 weeks ago for an motor oil change. They recommend differential oil change too, so they did it but they use the wrong one for my 2005 toyota tundra. Also they didnt remove the protection so when they replace the filter of the motor oil they made a mess not only under my truck but also they leave oil finger prints all over the hood. I strongly not recomend anybody to go there. I ended at a dealership paying more because they had to drain the wrong differential oil they put in it

Brought my 2010 Honda element in for an oil change and today my car has 80,000 miles so we went with synthetic and they also changed out my cabin filters the service was top-notch they even vacuumed my seats And put air in my tires I drove off satisfied my car feels a lot smoother thanks again

I checked the prices on-line and I even called to make sure the offer I found is still available. So I drove over there for an oil change but when I arrived the employee acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. The prices doubled and now I wasnt eligible for the promo. I left and it was a major waste of time. I hate when people do that. 4 thumbs down.

This is by far the worst service I have received in my whole life time they are crooks please look out for Cedric who is 1 of the mechanics then theres a manager whose name is Jimmy Nowell. They charged me $119 for oil change on an 03 Volkswagen then they made me pay $39.99 for a radiator flush which they didnt even do. I asked them for their managers number and they gave me customer service number which doesnt work. Stay far away from these people. They refused to give me a refund and refuse to do anything about the fact that Im not satisfied with the service I received over there.

I got an oil change, I know that synthetic is more expensive, but $96 is too high. I paid more than at the Honda Dealership. Will not be going back.

I went here to get a basic oil change before even looking or anything the guy told me i needed full synthetic the highest priced one they sell and the only other kind that i could use they dont sell he told me none of the locations do. So it was 89 or nothing they could do. I went down the road maybe 3 min to overland still a Jiffy Lube!! No questions no upselling just right in 29.99 and done... DO NOT GO TO THESE UPSELLING BUTTS i understand that maybe the business end of things but you lack the customer satisfaction 100%.

Just sometimes they will normally forget something and have had to go back. Like the water for my wipers or reset the engine lights where it tells me what I need to check on my car.
