Didnt have the phones I wanted, today was suppose to be the launch day for one of the phones and they didnt order any yet. But the employee working tried to be nice.

Both employees were friendly and helpful!My main employee helped me understand all the features of my new phone and patiently guided me through my many questions!

Our experience this evening was very nice. Very helpful as usual.

Maya has been a great Rep. she is the go to she has helped me with everything I have ever needed. she always tries to give me good deals. she goes above and beyond. all the reps there make it the best experience for me.

The new staff member on site initially sold us the wrong phone and were very aggressive about trying to push an accessory package on us, but the manager, Nora, went far out of her way to make sure that we were able to exchange for the correct phone and even stayed a bit late on a weeknight to help us do so. Would recommend, just need to be firm with the new salespeople when they try to upsell you products you dont want.

Theres a girl that works there, that has the cutest voice. It will make you melt.

Was told about all the free accessories that came with the new phone purchase. Found out later I was charged for them all. Then the person put on a liquid screen protector improperly. Your supposed to apply it and let it set for 15 minutes, then polish off. It was dumped on swished around then wiped off immediately. Not a good impression for this place at all.

They change sales people way to much... Went there at almost closing time, and she was in such hurry to leave that she told me the system was down, and couldnt help me- glad I ran to best buy and it was a $1 for the extender I needed, they would charge $25 for

The manager and his colleague made false statements about the availability of a specific phone, and then backtracked and denied the information they gave. Everything seemed okay in the beginning, but then things turned out very bad. They should have checked the facts before making false promises.
