I was involved in a terrible 3 vehicle collision on 6/21. I was referred to this shop by State Farm in which was the best direction they could’ve led me to. My vehicle went in on 7/7 and just received it back today in a perfect condition!!! It looks as if nothing ever happened to my vehicle. This was my second time using Fix. This time had a valet service wreck my car. Did extensive damage to the front end. Fix did a fantastic job getting every detail just right and done very efficiently. They took care of dealing with insurance approvals and returning my rental car. Didn’t think it was possible but they did better the second time than they did the first. The only reason for that is that I have been there twice now and both times they provided excellent service with fantastic results.

The place was disgustingly filthy. Needed floors swept and cleaned. Shelves, desks, items everywhere so dirty that even the hand sanitizer bottle had dirt all over it! Very unsanitary and I couldnt wait to leave. Even quote left out a broken piece. Would never recommend this place .

I hit a concrete sign holder at marianos very dumb. I am thinking my 2017 red Pathfinder will never be the same. I drove it for a while and it was unstable and it felt like the traction control was gone. I just hit the left side of the front wheel body and did a lot more damage than I thought. I went to my Allstate insurance just in case there was more damage. Allstate sent me to a place called Fixauto. Never heard if them. I went to see what they had to say.I met the owner Tom and we walked around the car and said they would have to take a look at it, but I had to leave it. We talked a bit and felt really good about Tom the owner. He has been in the business for over 40 years and I loved that. I brought the car back and got a rental from Enterprise.Now the good part. I came back to pick up the car and I saw the red Pathfinder in the lot and thought is that mine? it looked like a new car. We took care of the paperwork. The whole process was amazing. I left the rental keys- they took care of that. We chatted some more and I felt like part of the family.Now the best part. The inside was detailed spotless with the new car smell. Everything looked perfect like I was test driving a new car . I started it and drove away. The car runs like a new car. Every little issue I had before the repair is gone. I felt like I just got back my car and its like brand new.The ride and suspension... like new. It like a dream. The paint match was acceptable. The front bumper and front right fender didn’t align. Right side mirror didn’t work. Fender liner wasn’t installed properly. Stood in their empty lobby for about 10mins waiting for someone to show up so I could pick up the car. If you want your car done quickly, that’s all I can really say.

They did body repair on my 2005 GMC Envoy after an accident and their work was excellent! I would recommend them highly!

My car had multiple door dings from parking lots (up to 12). I had worked with Progressive that recommended Fix It Auto for my insurance claim.Not only was the staff friendly and very informative, they also updated me via text on my car status day by day, and even called me to confirm quotes on other dents. The local insurance agent for Progressive was also very friendly and was straight to the point to navigate my mess of dents. Lastly, the process was perfectly seamless and they were in contact with both enterprise and progressive.Not only was their work absolutely FLAWLESS, they also cleaned my car which was nice. There is no trace of any dents, with phenomonal craftsmanship. The pricing for my other dents was also very fair and doable.I would recommend Fix It to anyone in need of bodywork for miscellaneous dents or scratches on new vehicles. I will be using them from now on. 👍🏼

Work is great but do not expect update on completion on work, no ETA updates. I had to call four times to get the updates. They promised to call back but never did. Also pricey more than other places.

Friends just did her car there, she’s been back 2 times to fix things they didn’t do right the first time. Paint color was off, headlight leaked water and now the windshield isn’t right. I’m just posting because I lent her my car each time. Painful very painful as a bystander and I sure won’t be referring anyone there either.
