I had my 2017 Audi A6 repaired here after an accident. The service was outstanding. I received numerous calls updating the job (it had $20k in damage). The repairs were done as quickly as possible and the work was flawless. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I would not hesitate to use them for any future repairs. Very friendly people too. I highly recommend them.

I have had absolutely no problems with the vehicles after getting repairs done at Herrick.When the estimate from my insurance company was lower than their quote, they worked it out with my insurance company who recouped payment from the other insurance company of the driver at fault, and I paid nothing. It has always been a pleasure to work with the people at Herrick.I am here today because the license plate bolt head broke off when trying to replace the frame and sticker. Mazda looked at it and said there was nothing that they could do that my husband hadn’t already tried. Herrick got me in immediately and said they could fix it in an hour so my daughter can be on her way to college today.This is a wonderful family business. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic. They actually sat in the chair next to me, for a run down of the estimate, and talked me through everything. Quality of work was absolutely on point and was extremely efficient. Prices are totally fair. Grabbed a stack of business cards to give to everyone.

The customer service here is second to none. My mom has been taking her cars here for over 30 years. She has never had any problems with their quality of work. Recently she had made an appointment to bring her car in. When she didnt show up for the appointment they repeatedly tried to call her. They tried all day & were unable to get a hold of her. The next morning they tried to get a hold of her again & still couldnt reach her. They had someone go to her house to check on her. She didnt answer her door & her car was in the driveway. They alerted her sister & then her son. Unfortunately she was discovered passed away. If Herricks employees had not cared about a missed appointment, by a loyal customer, god only knows how long we might have gone before we realized anything was wrong. Thank you Herricks for caring & going above & beyond.

This family owned shop is fantastic; theyre trustworthy and genuinely interested in helping their customers. I was in a terrible wreck and they towed my totalled car from the scene. When I got out of the hospital and called them to find out about my car I was prepared for a We cant or wont give you any answers, give us the money for the tow and storage and have a nice day sort of thing. Thankfully, I was way off base! Not only were they extremely kind and empathetic to what I was going through but, they also made sure to walk me step by step through the Insurance claims process, even telling me little pointers on things to be aware of when dealing with the adjusters. They reassured me when they didnt have to and even borrowed me some tools to help me get the plates off the car. These guys are really great and proof that there are still some good people in this world.

Be aware, some of their mechanics work 2nd shift, so you wont always be informed of repairs before they happen. I did not enjoy learning after the fact that my service cost had gone up!

Never have I experienced wonderful customer service like from Herrick Auto Body. I brought my 1961 Lincoln Sedan in for a wheel alignment. Stupidly, I allowed the car to run out of gas when they were test driving the car. It had to be towed back to their shop. When I went in to pick up the car, not only did they not charge me for the tow, Skip Herrick got gas for me and helped me put it in the car........and did not even charge me for the gas! This is unheard of in todays world. I am so appreciative........and the car drives like a dream after the alignment too!

Always done a great job for me with multiple cars. They look beyond what the naked eye can see. I had taken my car to a different body shop and they did a patch job and pocketed they money from the insurance. Not this shop!!! Always done it right, to perfection!!

I would recommend this place to anyone, simply based off of the amazing customer service they provide. I was in an accident and Herricks was called by the PD to tow my car. Very quickly a husband/wife team showed up to help. They were very kind and offered to help in all sorts of ways. When youre rattled after an accident these are the kind of people you need. And even though my car did not get repaired at Herricks (my dumb insurance company wouldnt let me), they answered so many of my questions regarding repairs, did a free estimate for me, helped me secure a rental vehicle and honestly let me pick their brains about repairing and what that meant, when my insurance company couldnt or wouldnt provide answers. Family run business, and really what I wish more businesses were like!! Kudos Herricks!
