I wanted to upgrade my phone but was running into technical issues. Came to this location and they sorted it out promptly. Great customer service and staff was very friendly! Will be back when it’s time for another upgrade.
Best customer service! I came in for an upgrade, the staff and management was very helpful. They answered all my questions. They are very respectful and helpful. The whole staff was amazing, I choose to come to this location than any other place.

Please put the customer chairs back. They were plastic bar stools, theyre not bothering anyone during covid. Im older and tired of standing in there for sometimes over an hour. The office people can sit in a nice swivel chair but we have to stand? Verizon has at least 12 wooden chairs in their store.
The sales rep are typically customer friendly, the manager Clarissa, however, was not. We came in there to do a return and as told and documented on our account, any restocking fees will be waved. We have told them that I already talked to customer service over the phone if he can put it in writing because sometimes stores will say otherwise. When at the store, I made sure what the customer service rep said was in writing, in which the store employee verified. When Clarissa arrived at the store, she already had an attitude and flat out refused to follow through and honor what the customer rep had promised us. She then goes on saying it’s the policy that everybody gets charged.We told them we spoke with T-Mobile customer service and was advised to have the store employee to call customer service if we run across any problem. And that’s what we recommended. However, Clarissa REFUSED to call customer service to talk to them and told us to go to a different T-Mobile store or pay. This would’ve been brushed off under the table. But when a person who has a role as a manager has an attitude and refuses to call customer service for the customer, then it’s no longer a customer serving store.
I had a wonderful experience in the Crown Point store this afternoon. Amer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my devices!! I am very grateful for his support and professionalism!! Thanks, Amer!!
Had a terrible at this location. I went in trying to get information about upgrading my phone. Employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She gave me zero information and just kept telling me to look it up online. She was about to upgrade my phone without telling me any of the fees or monthly price. The store was completely empty, so I’m not sure what her attitude was about. I do not recommend this location and I will be calling corporate.

I have been working with this T-Mobile location for about a month. The company I work for uses wireless services as an integral part of our business model. We decided to switch from a competitor to T-mobile and my boss left me in charge of managing the relationship with T-mobile.Upon entering this T-mobile store we were greeted by Mike. Instantaneously Mike displayed that he was prepared to handle an account of this magnitude. It seemed like he was used to working on business to business deals. He was able to quickly understand our unique needs and offer solutions that were advantageous to our company. Mike got us in and out of the store quickly. When we left we had exactly what we needed from T-mobile to continue to grow our business. Mike also made a few short term commitments to us and he has lived up to every one of those commitments. He has even came directly to our office to discuss our account with us.Im giving this T-mobile store 5 stars. Our needs have been met and my expectations for customer service have been exceeded. I would recommend any one in need of wireless services to go see Mike at this location.

Ive purchased multiple phones at this store and every time Im here I have a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Usually Clarisa helps me and shes great but the last 2 times Chase helped me and hes just as good. I will only come to this store and its not the closest one to my house. I drive out of my way to make sure I get the best experience. Keep up the good work guys!
I went in about a month ago to purchase a new iPhone 11. First of all I understand there is a pandemic however they made me feel like I had a disease! The masks, the line you HAVE to stay behind even when they ask for ID or payment, you have to toss it to them, then when they pick up your ID they spray it and use a sanitized paper towel all while wearing gloves! I was getting confused keeping up with their nonsense. You can take precautions without going to the EXTREME! Long story short 2 visits later they couldn’t get their computers to work and had to order my phone online and have it sent! I WILL NOT go back to that store! Too bad I wasted valuable time in that store!

Janay is awesome! We have dealt with her on several occasions and she has been nothing less than outstanding! From helping us get upgraded to new phones, to dealing with insurance claims and billing issues. Her associates at this store are just as cordial and helpful as she has been. 10/10 would recommend

I never used to have any issues with T-Mobile. We were switching from a different company due to bad service issues. Customer service was great at that company, however daily services weren’t as good. The workers here have attitude problems especially when they believe you screwed them over. Store manager is useless. Calling them, attitude. At the store. Nightmare. I would recommend call corporate first and if you truly have to, go to a different location. This place is awful. Awful is a very kind adjective to describe them. Spoiled children with attitude problems. Don’t go to this location. Terrible people! Rude! Misleading! Worthless!! Makes the company look bad!I want to give it 0 stars!!!!!
Jeff, Clarissa and Dom were absolutely amazing!!! The owner Mike was in and extremely helpful and I think it just shows why the employees were so happy and helpful! Sprint has been horrible and made our experiences extremely difficult. It is so refreshing to have best in class customer service!! Highly recommend!!

After having been with ATT for several years, I recently decided to try out other brands for the first time. I was very pleased with my experience at the T-Mobile in Crown Point! The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and patient throughout the process of selecting service. I have had to call and visit a few times since and each team the staff has made above and beyond effort to assist me with my questions and concerns.
This is the only t-mobile store that I go to and its by far the best one that Ive been to. I go there all the time to pay my cell phone bill and the staff is always friendly, they never try to sell me anything. If you happen to stop at this store ask for Vince, hes the store manager, hes really nice.

Ive been using this T-Mobile location for a couple years now and the customer service is amazing every time. Clarissa was a great help to me throughout my visit today, in helping to make some adjustments to my account. No question that Ill keep coming back to this location as long as she is there.

In my opinion, the best T-Mobile Store in the area. I no longer have T-Mobile but come here with my mom when she comes to pay her bill or ask questions about her phone. The staff here are REALLY nice. Everyone is greeted with a smile as they walk in and they are very helpful when asking any questions. I also like that they dont hover over your shoulder when youre looking at the phones. If theres one thing I hate, its pushy sales people. Great, well managed store. Keep it up!

Overall great experience at this location. I was fed up with Verizon after being a loyal customer 8+ years. It was time for a change! The sales rep Janay reassured me they would cover my termination fees & devices. She was awesome & highly recommend this location for everyone!! :-)

No wait which was good because I was switching carriers and had questions. However, every question was answered with, you cant trust the information that is published. To find any information about the phones, I had to google it on my phone. I asked about trading my phone in and the response was, dont bother you will only get $2. I left and went to a real store where they helped me and in fact I received over $100 for my phone. WILL NOT GO BACK!
The staff is amazing. Every time I go to the store, im always greeted by someone even if they are with someone . Very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to . My last visit they notice i was on a old plan and switch me to the new one once help my bill go down. I recommend everyone I know to go to this location because they are pros at their jobs and love doing what they do best.
Go to a different store. Nothing but problems in the last year and a half. I dont know why I go to this location. Ive had great experiences at the one in the Highland area. The last two times I went in to the the CP site, staff was not doing anything and they dont give a hoot about trying to help. Charge for a sim card after I had to switch to a new phone. Stupid thing only lasted a year. Unbelievable. Dont waste your time here. They mislead you about the benefits they have and change them frequently after you get locked into an expensive new phone. No contract my a$$....what am I going to do with an expensive new TMobile phone if I switch services? But my biggest complaint is the staff. They are not helpful at all. Ruins my day every time. Place is a money pit

Store associates are very quick to tell you lies. They will say its a discounted rate when its actually the exact same price. Theyll also add addition upgrade options unless you specifically ask them not to. They tried adding an addition $17/month on my phone plan. I luckily caught it before I was billed. Frustrating. I wont ever be back at this store again.
I give this place 5 stars one for each letter in the name of the saleswoman who helped me, Holly. She truly stepped up to the plate and walked me through the features of my new phone .The store was very crowded and its not a very big space to begin with. So as the flood of people flocked through the store trying out different phones, she patiently assisted me and answered my questions. She was knowledgeable, personable, and a few people came in to specifically see her about their phones. She knew their names right off the bat too, impressive. She was able to troubleshoot problems (one guy had a flight to catch and she had his phone working in no time), answer questions about phones, and still manage in the midst of multitasking to make me feel like a valued customer. Now thats what customer service is all about.
Went in with questions about switching service and was greeted by reps that didnt seem to care about customer service and I was simply an inconvenience to them. Every question i asked was given a short answer as if they wanted to rush me out of the store. One of the worst experiences i have ever had in any retail store Ive ever been in. Buyers Beware.

There arent many places I would write a review for but this one has made the cut. Ryan helped so much when I had a difficult situation and you could tell it wasnt a common one. He figured it out in no time. Hes a smart chap. Im going to be honest and say I went in angry, but I left with a smile and confidence in Ryan that he did what he needed to. It has been about a month and the problem was successfully resolved. I suggest this store to anyone who is looking for fast, great customer service, by a knowledgeable staff with a smile.
