Russell cellular stands out in their field as amongst the best.There are certain qualities I seek out when I am looking for a cellular distribution provider.Most of the “big box” stores only care about one thing, the almighty dollar.🤬At Russell cellular, there’s just something different.I could tell right away that their core values were something that their competition must admire.They seem to have a general understanding and respect for our communities, which is very rare this day in age with mobile phone distribution licensees.Unfortunately I do not remember the customer service agent that helped us on Sunday, March 21, but she was amazing.She was able to identify my needs, and come up with products and services that were seemingly custom tailored to me.There’s absolutely no doubt I will have a long lasting relationship with Russell cellular.Job well done team!!!-Greg Benish

Anna went above and beyond in customer service. She was extremely patient and helpful with setting up our new service. As long as she is an employee i will continue to come to this business for service. I will no longer go to a Verizon corporate store if i can go here and be treated with kindness and respect.....unlike the corporate stores. Thank you Anna!

The two women in the store were absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped break down every choice and why there are pros and cons with each decision. From the phone to the case and all the charging options. They took the time to help us with each choice and helped us transfer all our information to our new phones. I believe the one woman was a manager. I wish i would have gotten their names. They were awesome.

My phone crashed after a recent Android update. I took it in to my local Verizon store and Sharie, who works there was able to get the phone back working and recover most of my contacts. She was very thorough and pleasant to work with.

Both of the girls who worked in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped set up both phones. Great customer service.

I had issues with starting up my new IPhone 12, I ordered it directly from the Apple store. Sharie was great and helpful. It took awhile to set up as she had to reset the SIM and call customer service to straighten everything out.I bought my IPhone 11 there last year and had great service then. I wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

Easiest phone upgrade ever! I switched front Sprint to Verizon and it was so quick and they were very up front about costs which is very appreciated.

I wanted to do a huge shout out for Anna Collette, store manager of the Verizon office at 7955 E 108th Ave, Crown Point, In. She helped me on two separate occasions with removing unwanted apps and other interferences that appeared on my mobile phone. Without hesitation and promptly she removed items and made suggestions how to prevent future similar issues. She is very customer oriented and knowledgeable about the subject matter.

Horrible place, absolute scam artists!! Do not go here! Hannah is a horrible person who lies to customers just to make her sale! Wait until you see your next bill!!! The sticker shock will kill you! Not only this but be warned, this is NOT a corporate Verizon store and you will be charged fees to set up your phone only to be charged an activation fee on top of their fee! I am not sure how she sleeps at night! Then to be caught up in all the lies, she threatens us to leave her store and be stuck with merchandise we did not agree to pay for! Too bad customers! Be warned, BBB is next. Russell cellular is the true name of this scam store!

The absolute worst customer service from start to what I hope is now finished. The staff clearly showed how incompetent they were at their job. I made the mistake of going to a non corporate store. 0 stars would be most accurate.

And I finally got my phone S20 + what a great phone I look on the glass is a little chip I will call Monday and get a² away.
