I needed a new phone today and ran to crown point after work. I had seen great reviews for this store especially with Allex and I was hoping Id see him. Well he was there and took care of me asap. Answered all my questions and got my new phone set up for me. This is definitely the store to go to if you need anything.

Stopped by this store to get a new phone and the service was outstanding.Dustin was amazing!! He went above and beyond dealing with xfinity .I would HIGHLY recommend my friends and family to visit this store.

I just upgraded my telephone and I was really impressed with the manager of the store, Omar. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything so I could understand it. His professionalism and expertise was amazing. I highly recommend him to service anyones telephone needs. I will send my friends/family to his store.

First off this is not a Verizon store but an authorized reseller. I visited three times in a week to upgrade my phone and have had to walk out twice because there are so many people waiting and there’s usually only one employee. I got here on a Saturday when they opened and there was 4 people waiting and only 2 employees. They are knowledgeable but be prepared to wait an exorbitant amount of time.

Today I visited the Tcc Verizon store in crown point to purchase a new iPhone, Dustin the salesman we dealt with was amazing! He went totally out of his way to help us get and understand everything we needed to know before we bought the phones and left the store, thank you Dustin in making us feel comfortable with are purchases you made it easy for us we will definitely be back!

If you ever have to go to Verizon for anything, make sure to see Dustin. He was awesome! He helped us with things we didnt even know we needed help with! It was crazy December 23, and he was calm, listened to what we had to say, and when we were still talking, he already had it done! Im sure other people in that team are good, but I cant imagine anyone better than Dustin. I asked Dustin where I could leave a review for him, he didnt push that on me. :)

Absolutely 0 stars. This place is NOT a real Verizon store! I went in to purchase 2 new phones and was there for literally about three hours. When I come in to pick the phones up they say I can’t pick them up because my account was flagged for fraudulent activity. i called in to learn my account was being terminated. This is after I sat there for three hours ordering the phones. Each customer who walks into this store has to wait about 30 minutes for someone to walk up to them and help them. Most people just walk out. The sales representatives don’t even have access to the Verizon communication systems. If there’s an issue with your order they will just call Verizon customer service! Nothing against the employees who work here, they were as friendly as they could be working at this miserable job! I feel sorry for them. This operation is f****d up.

3 times went to store. My contract said my bill should be under $100.00 and I continue to get a bill for $126.00

I read an unhappy review and could not DISAGREE more!!! I refuse to stand in line for hours at an official store, only to be treated like crap. The corporate stores may have specials and deals, but they dont have Joe. He is hands-down the most knowledgeable, kind, and patient man Im met at any retail location, Verizon or otherwise. He calls his customers by name and knows how to help, without making you feel stupid. Ive attended workshops and have even stopped in for him to teach me things. Believe me, when you walk in the door and say Help!, he gently smiles, takes the phone, and guides you through. Many people are switching carriers for the latest and greatest best deal. For me, the best deal is a customer service rep that calls me by name, and takes the time to determine the best phone and package for me. Ive worked retail management almost 30 yrs and recognize sincerity when I see it. Thanks to Joe, I have a package that suits me, a phone I know how to use, and unlimited support. Now thats what I call a best deal!!!

This place is absolutely terrible, they had one associate working and we waited almost a half hour to be helped. I don’t mind waiting, but we did not even get acknowledged. Not even as much as a simple hello. The employee was dismissive because we had questions about our account. It seemed like since we didn’t open up a new account and he wasn’t making commission that he did not want to help. Terrible store, I would never come here again

I had a broken iPhone screen and wanted to find a cheap and easy solution. I walked in and Rebecca helped me out and got me set up with an iPhone 8. She was so great that she took care of my updates on my phone while I had to run errands. Great experience and great service.

I went into the store a few days ago, and the sales associate Rebecca was extraordinary. She was very friendly and helped me save a significant amount of money on my phone bill. She was also informative on the phone selection and plan options. 10/10 I will be going to this store from now on.

Shady....Look at my reviews. I do not complain, I give praise to good places. However in some situations you must speak up. I am a business owner.I bought 2 phones from here for me and my wife a while back. I was completely misled and told that I was getting a bunch of free accessories with it. The fact is they charged me for all the accessories by saying, they were taking money down on the phone.Instead they just told me a bunch of accessories by lying and saying I got those accessories for free, if I put that down payment on the phone.They have a printout of all laminated about the special. Is a very well orchestrated deceptive sale. The weekly special is I can get a free screen protector, a free wireless charger, a free speaker and a free case if i put half down on the phones.In reality what he claimed to be the half down on the accessories did not go towards the phone at all, the store pocketed it. I called Verizon customer service several times I spoke with the store manager several times and they still did nothing to make right on the situation.THE MANAGER CALLBACK WAS PROMISED TO ME 5 TIMES AND NO ONE EVER DID.The structure if how they sell is dishonest. Its a slam shop. They want to pilage you. Because even if you are happy, you will hear bad things before you would need another phone. So get you fornit all now.Go in and see for yourself, they start putting screen protectors on the phone without asking you.My advice....go somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! BAIT N SWITCH - Purchased a new pixel 2xl and was told I would receive a tablet for 99¢ for buying the pixel. Wasnt told the 99¢ tablet was an extra data plan with a contract. I figured paying $880 for a phone, the cheap tablet was just a thank you gift. Nope! The sales rep Rebecca never informed me I was signing a contract. They dont give you a paper copy, just a receipt with contract numbers way at the bottom, claiming the contract is online. Verizon refused to return the tablet and phone claiming I had 14 days and 17 had passed. They also informed me that the sales reps work on commission and lastly, informed me that the manager could return the items within 30 days. The manager of this store looks and acts like hed rather be in an Irish pub than doing right by his customers. He played stupid, said hed have to contact his boss because there was nothing he could do. Promised to call me the next day but, never did and when I attempted to call him, I was told he wasnt there. I eventually got someone at Verizon to take the phone back but, now I have an account with a balance from a plan I didnt know I had to setup so I cant view my bill or pay online. And I have to pay an early term fee for a contract I was duped into. I looked up FTC laws and this definitely falls under bait and switch. I will be pursuing action. If anyone else has fallen victim to this practice, please contact me through Google. Could qualify for class action.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in to get a screen protector on me and my husbands new phones the girl left mine with bubbles and when I asked if she could fix it she was very rude and disrespectful and told me I just wont do the other phone then horrible customer service. If thats the policy thats fine but dont give me attitude when I ask you to fix something you put on wrong. Definitely wont be back.

Went in to sign up for Verizon with my fully unlocked and fully compatible phone. Was lied to and told that they could not do it because my phone was too old. I have the Nexus 6p on Android 7.1.1 with a fully compatible radio image for Verizon. The lady was rude and attempted to talk to me like I was dumb.I went to another store and walked out in fifteen minutes with Verizon service on my current phone.

If you want incompetent service, visit this store. I have been with Verizon Wireless for many many years, and after my experience with this location, I will probably switch to a different carrier. Verizons customer service was not even able to help me with the problem I experienced. I advise anyone looking to upgrade their service to make sure that you are dealing with an official Verizon company store so that you can make sure you are told the correct information.

I went to that store for the fourty dollar a month prepay service and ask a few questions i walked in and asked for a manager and one spoke with me and they were very rude and told me to calm down i asked for a refund on my prepay service they are refusing to give it back to me they are rude to customers and horrible attitude and the service no good bouncing signals dropping calls they need to be shut down shady in my books that they doing this to a customer i wouldnt recommend verizon to no one id recommend at&t i may be contacting a lawyer or better business bureau then they said my phone is old the other stores are rude too if i was a verizon customer id get rid of them ive been watching lots of peoples verizon phones and poor signals bars everywhere two bars thats horrible my verizon i wish i could find out who the big boss is of that company for all the northwest indiana stores id tell him bout there rudeness and attitude toward me i wouldnt recommend verizon wireless to no one dont get them im telling the truth
