Ive visited this store on many occasions and received outstanding service, but not on my last visit. While waiting to pull into the bay I noticed that the technician forgot to replace the engine cover for the car he was currently servicing. After pulling the car out of the bay, another technician noticed the engine cover sitting against the wall, grabbed it and ran out of the shop to replace it before the customer left. Although, that should have been a red flag, Ive always gotten good service at this shop. So, after I pulled into the bay, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I noticed that they did not ask if I wanted to change the air filter and any other services that are covered by their inspection. After my car was finished, I asked if the tire rotation was completed, and the technician answered yes. I noticed when I got home that the only service that was completed was the oil change. Also, while I was waiting for them to complete my service, a previous customer returned to let them know that oil was leaking from his car after he had service performed at their shop. Im not sure whats going on at this shop, it appears that the employees are overwhelmed or just new and inadequately trained. I checked my oil levels several days later and they appear to be low. Im not going back to this shop but will go to another Jiffy Lube shop to have them top it off and to perform the tire rotation. Hopefully the bad service is confined to this store.

I went here for an oil change. Ive had cars for 24yrs and this is the FIRST TIME EVER someone looked at my air filter, brought it to me and said, See this... this is fine. They always try to tell you that needs replacement. It made me immediately trust them for not wanting to take unnecessary money from me. Go here!

I have been coming here for years and I trust this place with my whole heart. What is amazing is that they have very little turnover rate with their employees. That says a lot to me. The Father and Son team have been here for as long as I can remember! The Father runs the place and it just feels like a family with his employees. The employees really care about the service your getting for your car and everybody who works here are the nicest people in the world!

Took my 2020 Subaru here for its 12k oil change. First the oil plug was stripped and couldnt get it off. Next they didnt have the plug and had to go somewhere and get it. Then as they were pulling out of bay, oil started pouring out of the bottom of the car. Now I have oil all over the engine bay and they are telling me it is safe to drive home. I dont know much about cars but I know it is not safe to drive. Unacceptable. Will not be coming back.I did get a rental car from the Assistant Manager.Update: they are trying to take the cheap way out and pressure wash it themselves without having it professionally done as it is required to be done per Subaru service team.

Literally the only place I go for an oil Change. The workers, especially Jay, is very friendly w/ great energy. They get you in and out super fast.

What started as them doing a great job has turned into a literal nightmare. A mistake was made on someones part, (left an old gasket on before attaching a new filter.) Oil was pouring out of the bottom of my car and they stated it was inside the engine/bay. Told me it would be safe to drive it home, have it steam cleaned and bring them the receipt, they would cover the cost. I refused to leave as the car is almost brand new and I wasnt willing to take the chance as I do not know much about cars. They were kind and accommodating the best that they could be. We were able to get a rental car and they assured they would do the right thing to rectify the situation and make sure my car was cleaned. Now its Monday, they attempted to go rent a power washer from a facility in crown point to use to clean my car. Im no expert but I do know that power washing and steam cleaning are not the same. I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager, the guy who answered stated that he was not there at the moment, but offered to help. I said I am calling about my car that is on your lot, (gave the make and model) he replied and said oh yeah its done and ready to be picked up. Im not sure how a car with oil all inside the engine/bay could be ready to be picked up considering its in the same condition as it was when I left it there.I again asked for the manager and they got me over to the assistant. He stated that Joe was unavailable and I said I would kindly wait. Joe arrived back from the rental place and apologized for how the situation was attempting to be handled. I told them I was no longer trustworthy of their decisions with my car and I wanted it towed to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from considering the information that Subaru gave about the situation. He agreed and stated they would have it towed to the dealership and would be in touch to let me know when it leaves their parking lot.Although they have been polite during the encounters, its extremely frustrating to be experiencing this. This is a place for people to go and get an oil change and trust that the service is done efficiently.I am dissatisfied with their way of trying to take care of a situation, knowing it was the ABSOLUTE wrong way to do it. Especially after being promised they would do the correct thing.

I called them before I went and told the manager I needed a tire patched. He told me we don’t kwatch tired after 6pm and I said well I’m glad it’s only 5pm and I’m right down the street. I get there one of the associate was like I see a nail in your tire and he can definitely fix it. He went and talked to the manager and came back and said we can’t do anything about it and that he himself was confused. I told him to tell the manager to tell me that to my face. When the manager came out he immediately started lying and I told him straight up he was lying…the manager ended up patching my tire…Moral of the story business can barely keep employees but it’s worse when you have managers that don’t even want to do their job.

Avoid at all costs, take your business elsewhere. Had 4 new tires installed at this location, wait time was 45 min and would call when completed. 2 hours later no call, so went there in person to find all employees standing around in the service center, just talking and doing absolutely nothing cause no customers. Took over 30min for someone to actually come to the desk and ask what I wanted. Completely inept, unprofessional and disrespectful, no care at all for satisfactory service. Car was done, just sitting in the parking lot, and they didn’t know where they put the keys. After we left, they never even inflated the tires to the correct PSI, low tire pressure sensors pinging on the dash. Seriously, take your money and time elsewhere cause these people are horrible.

They wanted to charge me $8 more to top off my antifreeze! I declined but my paperwork said the level was good. They did not check my air filters! They didn’t reset my oil light! Cost over $70?????????? SMH

From the time my car enters the bay to the time it leaves. The customer service I receive is always top notch. They chk everything, and make suggestions as needed or as the manufacturer suggests. Not pushy @ all. Great plac to get oil changed

I went to Jiffy Lube on my way home and it was late, almost 7. I am happy to report they still serviced my car with about 10 minutes until closing. They offered a coupon without me asking and also fastened the skid plate on the bottom of my car without me even asking. That means a lot to me in terms of professionalism. Good job.

I travel the country delivering expedited loads of freight in my van,and I try to use Jiffy lube facilities for oil changes and other vehicle maintenance.

Make sure you ask how much their service cost before you get out of your vehicle. A lot higher cost then other quick oil change locations (actually substantially higher then every other quick oil change businesses in the area) hidden fees (shop service fees charged) on top of the already high cost of basic oil service. Will never go back here again. Beware of the great coupon offers they have, you’ll need them and still pay more here!Take 5, Oil Exchange, Duke of Oil ALL LESS expensive and just as good or better services provided and all in the same area.

I purchased a synthetic oil change but they gave me conventional oil. I have always changed my oil every 10k miles per Toyota specs. At around 8k miles into this last oil change, my car began rumbling and sputtering. Thankfully I looked at my oil... Because it was sludge. The only way this could happen is if they used conventional oil since its only rated for 5k miles. I decided to go straight to Jiffy Lube to give them the benefit of the doubt. Rather than them taking care of me, all I got was the run around. Needless to say, I will be telling my friends and family to stop servicing their cars here. I also will never be going back. Theres plenty of other oil change places nearby. They wouldnt even make this right, a simple Were sorry sir, this oil change is on us - imagine if they would have sent me away without any oil and my engine got destroyed.

Great, knowledgeable employees at this.location. I came in with a warning light on and an expectation of what the problem was. But they patiently diagnosed the real issue, explained the actual diagnosis, proposed a reasonably priced solution, and had me out the door and driving again in about 30 minutes. Very impressive!

Service was good And with the conventional oil filter change plus the coupon it only cost me $33. However, I always feel that quick oil change places should give more time to allow the old oil to drain out (5 minutes) of the engine Before putting new oil in. Otherwise, I am satisfied and will return to Jiffy Lube.

I never leave reviews but this needs it since they are blowing my my texts asking for review. I’ve had my oil change done here several times. They always reset the oil change light every time. This time I sent my father and they refused to reset the light because “they don’t do that anymore”. I’ve never asked before, it was always automatically done by the “professionals”. I know it’s easy to reset but that’s not the point. My father felt disrespected and I felt horrible for my father to even have to ask them to do it. They had no problem taking $100 for oil change and filter change but refused to reset the light?! F that, I’ll never go there again.

Had my oil changed and a brake light fixed. I was satisfied with the work however they are extremely expensive. I went there because I received a $10 off and oil change coupon. Even with the $10 off the oil change was more expensive than nearby competitors. The worst part was after I left I realized they never applied the coupon to my bill even though I showed it to them and they wrote down the coupon code. Extremely disappointed.

Very unprofessional, very careless, didn’t perform the job properly and very costly compare to other oil change places around the area. Didn’t check the tire pressure, didn’t clean windows, didn’t vacuum the rugs, didn’t put new sticker about next due date, didn’t reset maintenance light. Basically didn’t know anything.

Out of town, 1,500 miles away from home and needed an oil change. This location had some of the nicest folks working in the store from the Manager (Joseph I think) to “Bambam” Montanna and Dailey (young dude with glasses?). Just a nice clean store and great service team. They were all friendly and kept me informed as to what was going on and how much longer to expect. It was not typical service .. it was great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was suspect after an extra long oil change and overheard them saying put a little extra oil in. I got home had oil spots the size of a frisby. Took it back they said the oil level is fine, he claimed oil was spilt into the protective metal plate underneath. Time will tell i guess.
