If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic, look no further. I hate seeing the reviews about slowness. I’m pretty sure he’s a one man show, so there aren’t tons of people helping him repair cars. I would rather drop my car off for a few days, knowing it’s going to be done right, than drive into a place that’s fast, where they do unnecessary work. I was told by NTB that something was wrong with my vehicle and I took it to Collins and he said they were wrong. He fixed the issue and saved me from unnecessary work and spending additional money. This guy knows what he’s doing.

Tim Collins is a great mechanic

They’re pretty good, but the opposite of fast. You’re car could spend weeks there. They’re good about correcting a mistake and standing behind their work. It’s just hard to get a vehicle looked at in a timely manner. If you need a car done quick, don’t go here. If you don’t mind the wait, then this a good place to go.

Disrespectful business practice. I needed my VW looked at so I stopped by and asked the mechanic if he could run diagnostic. He said he should be able to do so but didnt have time that day and check back another day. I brought the car back a week later when i was off work to have diagnostic run or schedule and appt to do so. I went into the office this time a woman at the desk asks me what I need. I tell her i want to have diagnostic run on my vehicle ant that i had spoken to the mechanic a week earlier. She began giggling and said Ha ha, ha ha, hes not even here right now. Ha ha, ha ha he wont even be back for a few hours. IM SORRY I DIDNT REALIZE TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU WAS LAUGHABLE. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU THEN, NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER. This is where my original review ended. I am now editing this review to add this. This review was 5 YEARS AGO!!! YOU JUST NOW (18 minutes ago) REPLIED TO MY REVIEW!?!? THIS ONLY VALIDATES EXATLY WHAT MY REVIEW SAID!!! DUHHHHHH. Anyone reading this should definitely believe your all about taking care of your customers..... IT ONLY TOOK 5 YEARS TO REPLY TO MY REVIEW. WOW!!!!!!
