I have been sitting on hold for 35 minutes and all the staff keep doing is quickly picking up the phone and placing me back on hold. I will be calling coporate. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. I will be moving all my scripts.

This review is not about the store personnel. They are pleasant and helpful. It is unfortunate that they are hampered by the covid vaccination section on Walgreen’s website. Yesterday I went through the whole process, which includes setting up an account and answering a number of questions. I chose an available date and time for the first shot and, when I tried to set a date and time for the second, it read that nothing was available for the first or second shots. When I spoke to a pharmacist there, she said she had already received five calls about it and there was a technical problem with the website. There is no backup. You can’t go to any of their stores and fill out a form with a primitive pen and paper. Why bother with a backup when digital is perfect? No one who makes these decisions will be held accountable. The people working in the stores have to deal with the fallout from their decisions while the corporate types making those decisions for seven figure salaries and stock options hide in their glass and steel towers. Oh, by the way, today the website indicated there are no availabilities within twenty-five miles of my home for the next three days.

They are great people good service

Went for a drive-thru Covid test here and the Pharmacists were super great! They helped me through the process of testing myself and it was so easy. The test itself is slightly unpleasant but apart from that, the process was painless and simple.

Great place to shop

Very good staff, very friendly. I feel sorry they have to deal with impatient people who dont understand how much work they do. They do the best they can with usually only 2 or 3 pharmacists on a shift answering phones, working drive thru and taking care of walk in customers.

Friendly staff and a great pharmacy. Not really a place I would shop in for grocerys because it is expensive. They do however have deals sometimes in soda and other items so be on the lookout for those deals.

One the very best things about Walgreens is that whether you are in Covington or Burlington you will find that everything is placed in about the same place at nearly every location. As always, there is a large and varied assortment for many of lifes aches and pains. If you are hungry you can shop for dinner while you wait for your prescriptions needs to be filled. You will further find a very clean store and staff that is both fast and courteous. Enjoy!

I absolutely LOVE this walgreens. It has had the same staff for some time now. They are all super friendly and work with what they have. I come here 2-3x a week because its way better than going to Covington Kroger. 😐 its always clean, sales laid out, no issues, no long wait in line ever. Prescriptions are a different thing. But its Covington 😒 when i need to get scripts covered they help so much and try to shorten the wait time. Regular shopping, i prefer it to other local options. Good job walgreens covington. Keep it up

Everytime any of my familys doctors send a script over I wait several hours before attempting to pick it up but they never have it ready. They lie and say the doctor never sent it but the doctors office pulls up the time it was sent and the time it was received by Walgreens. Some of the laziest pharmacist Ive ever seen. On top of this my mother caught one of the employees skimming her pain meds last year. Come to find out he was doing it to multiple customers. Get your act together Walgreens!!

Its very easy to shop. They are professionals and courtesy. The prices are convenient.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO WANDA, she greats people by name. She is proficient in all areas of the store. You couldnt ask for a more dedicated employee.

The employees are great but having to deal with the beggars out front asking for money makes me want to go elsewhere

Your typical Walgreens store. Decent prices on products, generic items are the cheapest. Staff is friendly, pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable.

While I do find the prices at Walgreens rather high, this is one of the newer well-lit well-stocked variety major markets of Walgreens and its a very beautiful store

Drive thru is usually a long wait and sometimes medicines arent in stock leaving you wait for days

Pharmacy department is awful. Go once a month to get a refill. Every time it turns into a two day event due to incompetence. Medication is a different price depending on who is working. Only way to get anything resolved is to speak to a manager.

Large and new Walgreens, new design. Easy to get in and out of.

A convenient store.

This is the worst store! Double prices - no stoke for special sales. $18.00 for pizzas buy I FL: t$9 each. Never here again.

Sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for someone to notice customers were forming a line. I called the photo department to maybe bump up the wait time, no one answered the pharmacy phone. Rudeness does not make for good public relations. I will not be returning to this store.

For the 4th time in a row that I have visited this Walgreens they dont have Coca Cola in stock. What store doesnt keep Coke in stock. Also, they have very slow service and what I can only assume is bad management.
