I went in this store yesterday on 10/28/2021 the little old lady that works in the store was watching me and my son the whole time on the camera. As if I was going to steal something. She was asking me if I needed help over and over again. I said no and all of a sudden she comes running up to me and grabbed my purse and looked in it as if I had stolen something. And when I asked her what and why did she do that she tried to change the story and act as if she didn’t do anything wrong. I tried to ask for the manager but they stop asking my call. This needs to stop I’m so tired of these people trying to racial profile us and they need to stop.

My favorite beauty supply store!

Owners are not black friendly very unprofessional, pushy, the cameras work so its need to follow me around store constantly I shop every week. I stay less then .5 mile away from store shade anything. The conversation was enough to hear ask will they open tomorrow the husband and wife lied and no we close for 2 weeks. Asking the owners a question like asking a stranger a everything is never clear. They try to bully or rush you (the customer) items you unsure about. They need manners and customer service skills. If I could lower I would. Instead of them my service would shop online. Prices my be higher but I just rather else where my dollars wont support your business

Business owner was very unprofessional towards a customer who bought some lashes that were defective and needed an exchange. The receipt was only two days old since the store is closed on Sundays. Owner threw lashes at customer, cops were called by the customer. Buyers beware of their return and exchange policies, since owner was observed and recorded trying to add exchange criteria to the sign posted at register. I will not be going back to spend my money there.

The old woman is horrible accuses people of stealing, she refused to give my money back for an unopened exchange I just bought with the receipt. l kept the 2 packs of hair.. Called the police on this lady for not giving my money back. Go to any other store but this one. They high dont have nothing you need so its over priced. Never again will I support her business.

Came here a yr ago because I liked the variety of products they have but once I came in she( the owner) followed me around assuming that I came to steal. I didnt have a large bag or baggy clothes on me only the money I planned to spend. Not only is the owner racist but their return policy is trash. Never spend your dollar here.

This store has a good variety of products and the prices are pretty reasonable.

The owners seem a little bit suspicious to me. Every time I come in the store, Im followed around and yelled at by whomever at the cash register. Theyre asking me what I need when I know exactly where Im going in the store. Today was the last straw, when I returned an item that had obviously been opened and used and the cashier told me there was no exchanges or refunds. They may want to consider that with the bulk of their customers being African-American it looks a bit racist for them to follow people around the store. I wont be spending my money there ever again!

They have really good stuff but the ladys at the counter be watching u and when kids go in there they tell them not to touch the stuff cause they think theyre gonna steal

Nice, clean store with quality products. Just a very limited selection.

I have been here at least 4 times and I must say I have not had a single expiernce previous raters have had. I am african american I mean from the counter they may be within eyeview of my aisle but I see nothing wrong with that as a business owner I would do the same. Now accusing and yelling at customers thats crazy. I will continue to frequent this store. If anything changes I will be back to edit my review.

It was alright. Just felt like I was being followed while looking around.

The last time I was there they followed me around like I was about to steal something. The owners are EXTREMELY racist and I will not visit them again.
