BEST LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY!!! I absolutely love this beauty supply store. I went in 10 minutes before close and they didn’t rush me and helped me find the best bang for my buck. The ladies there were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for product and service. 12/10 will be a repeat customer.

The workers had nasty attitudes and I really couldn’t tell who work there with the employees standing like they didn’t want me to ask a question where the K19 mask are.

This store deserves more than a five star for sure. Its rare to find a store that the customer service is outstanding but I have been wowed the last couple of times I went there. The owner (I guess he is) at the counter is very professional, nice and greets all with a warm smile. The ladies assisting on the floor are also very nice. Keep up the good work, it was a pleasure shopping here and will be back.

Some of these comments are rude. Im not giving a review Im just letting yall know it is not the store clerks fault that he does not have hair like yours. At least he tried to help. Some of these reviews are going off of what this man has physically and his origin that he cannot help. Those reviews do not count to me. So what he cannot speak good English. Is he nice, does he try to help? A 1 star because of the type of hair he has? Really? Some of you all are the ones with the attitudes!!! The 1 and 2 stars dont count if it has nothing do with customer service.

Good luck going into this store and having somebody who can help you. I asked for suggestions about hair conditioners. And a Asian man who’s hair is nothing like mine tried to help me. I have naturally curly hair. I said could you find someone who has hair like mine. There was no one who could help me with hair like mine. I left. No thank you. I need to open up an beauty supply store for us by us.This store sucks and the customer service is a joke.

I have purchased from this store quite often for the past 1.5 years since I moved to Covington. Today was my last. I spent all but no more than 3 minutes trying to decide which (out of a huge variety) of Black Castor Oil I would purchase. I was trying to read each bottle to see the difference in benefits each claim the offered. As soon as I chose the Mango & Lime Black Castor Oil & Flaxseed one, I heard the Asian owner shout something to his employee. The oil section in very visible in front of the store, directly across from the counter where he was. She then approached me and asked if I was ready to check out. I replied, “No” and gave her a confused look because I clearly hadn’t stepped completely out of the aisle yet, AND was NOWHERE near their register. She signaled by pointing, to let me know that he prompted her to ask me that. I then kindly placed the bottle I was about to purchase back where it was, and made it clear that I do not shop where I am profiled. I stated that I shop there quite often and that would be my last . I also let him know that his actions were very racist.I am a business owner and from now on, I will be purchasing my own items wholesale, and in bulk. Thank you oh racist-Asian-man-that-exploits-Black folk-for-your-wealth, for reminding me that we don’t need you. I don’t beg people to take my money.

Went in to do an exchange of a bonnet (which was never worn,still in the box, had receipt from 3 days ago), and the owner wants to tell me that they usually do not do exchanges for bonnets. On the receipt it states exchanges with receipt...... very dissatisfied, I will be shopping elsewhere!!!!!!
