They have a great selection of braiding hair and wigs.

This tiny little beauty shop showed up unexpectedly on my GPS. I needed to pick up a few supplies to do my daughters hair. The shop is super small. They don’t necessarily carry a lot of nail products, or makeup - but they do have a lot of hair supplies. The isles are very small - and though all the products aren’t easily accessible- the workers there are accommodating and very kind to assist.

Love going here for my hair product needs.

The posted hours on google and the posted hours on the store’s door both say this establishment closes at 8:30. I pulled in the parking lot at 8:09. And as I was walking up to the store, the lights were turned off, and the door was locked. The store closed 20 minutes earlier than advertised.

The lady(owner) behind the register followed me and my kids all over the store, when I picked up a wig she took it out of my hand and said don’t get it mixed up with the other wigs. I always frequent this store and have never felt so disrespected and stereotyped in my life(I was wearing my clean up clothes and bonnet). I hate I purchased anything at all and should have left but I’ll never go back and will just go across the street. As women of color who are their main consumers we have to stop patronizing these shops who don’t respect us and treat us with such disgust. I pray you guys fix your ways.

I go there every other week to buy hair color, and the sales rep/owner has TERRIFIC customer service...I love going there...keep up the great work

It would be nice to be able to shop without being followed like youre a criminal. This happens every time I go their. I would only go because it was the closest beauty supply store near me. But, Ive finally decided never to step foot in that place again.

Too many items.

Too much stuff!!

So my phone app carries the ability to use my bank cards through my phone. It works anywhere that takes Visa or MasterCard and when I tried to use the app she took my purchase from me and wouldnt let me use it and had the nerve to say they dont take it there.The app is Samsung Pay, it works anywhere you can swipe your card and Ive used it everywhere from Wal-Mart to the airport with no problem. It is also more secure than the machine she was using because it encrypts my banking info when I use it. When I asked to see the manager she lied to my face and said that she was the manager. When the last time i was there (5 days ago) the manager and owner was a man. I will not ever be giving this place my business again.
