Love the entire store. The Deli section has all the meats you could possibly want. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. I shop 2-3 times weekly so I know many employees by name and they usually remember my name. Love the sushi section which has a good selection of fresh sushi. Employees all know the store layout and I’ve never asked for an unusual item that they didn’t know where it was located. Store is very clean and well laid out. Checkout is always quick with many registers open.

I love this branch because they keep the inventory fully stocked. I NEVER have to worry about this store running out of something even during a sale. Also, the store is immaculate!

This is my go to store mainly cause its a couple blocks down from my home. Its fairly new and Ive been shopping there for a while. Its a nice clean organized store, reasonable prices.

This location stocks the freshest meats in the butcher department. Staff is always friendly and helpful too.

I count on Sterling Bros. to be in stocks on my items. They consistently are insock.

Nice clean store, got what I needed and got out. Would have been a 5 star but I had 3 people in the meat department talking among themselves and ignoring me. I asked politely twice for help. Ignored. Finally I asked loud enough for people 3 aisles down to hear me. And got a young man to help me out. He seemed annoyed that I needed help getting meat. If I could have got it myself I would have. We will try again soon and see if the meat department can earn another star. Sorry to bother you guys.

Now that inventory levels are getting back to normal, shopping has become more enjoyable and efficient. Their employees are always Knowledgeable and ready to help when asked. They really need to allocate more space to what seems to them to be less popular flavors of soda. If I see two 12 packs of root beer, I buy them both, just so I have them in stock at my house. Sorry folks, thats just the way I am.

Little pricey but clean, nice employees, fresh fruit being cut, fresh bread, small fresh meals prepared daily (not ready to eat but fresh chicken/veggies type meals that just need to be cooked)

Known first for their meats, the reputation is well-deserved. The butchers will cut a thicker steak or do whatever you want. The precut fresh fruit trays are good, the bakery and deli are good. And I like shopping at a locally-owned store even if its a chain. The checkers are friendly, making eye contact - something those in a lot of places dont do, especially during the pandemic.

Stater Brothers always have everything I need, and the employees are always very nice an helpful. Store manager is always there to lend an ear. To help make things more enjoyable.

We ordered two family size sandwiches for Super Bowl. Each sandwich hardly had any meat (roast beef, ham and turkey). When we cut the sandwiches there was no meat on three to four inches on EACH side of the sandwiches!! How embarrassing to serve a meatless sandwich to our family. Wont order again.

This is the rich peoples staters I find this store like all other staters. One huge thing is no homeless roaming the store.

I usually go to this Stater Bros when its on my way for that particular day. I dont know why, but I dont like this store as much as the one on Azusa Avenue in West Covina. When Im in a hurry and I need to pick something up, I go here. I can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

I loved this store. Not crazy crowded, plenty of lines were open to get customers out the door, friendly and helpful staff members and very clean and well organized. Even though this location is not anywhere near my house, I will still come back and shop here.

I love stated brother grocery stores but but they changed ours to fit everybody elses stayed rather grocery stores which totally threw me off its hell going in there now because I dont know where everything is so it takes me a hell of a lot longer I dont like it so now I go down to the other one which is a little bit further and I only run into mine for quick bites because they screwed it up A changed it so its taken me a while now

Renovated Stater Bros. Its clean and organized. Clerks are nice and fast. One of the nicer Stater Bros in the SGV.

Forget about getting jalapeno cheese rolls at the end of day or on Sundays. Step it up Stater Bros and youll get 5 stars.

Tonight I went there about 9PM. After everything is done, the bag packer said have a good night, then give me the reusable bag. Then I realized I got a reusable bag without asking whether I wanted it or not. And they charged without asking even it is $0.1. I was like okay~~~ but they shouldn’t do this to any customer. And they didn’t look nice to me. Probably because I am an Asian?🙂🙂

Very friendly staff. The only bad experience I had here was one of the locals got mad at me for going to the express lane because I had more than 15 when it was the staff that directed me to the express lane.

Normally a great place to shop, way too many people inside not wearing proper face coverings. Better to shop during the week. The cashiers need to be more concerned about shoppers that discussing other tropics with their co-workers.

This store has the best staff the manager here is always so friendly and kind he deserves recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty I think they might have 2 managers here idk but both of them show outstanding leadership skills you can tell that they care about their customers, employees, and community because the store is always so fresh and clean looking and all staff are helpful I never see anyone just standing around chit-chatting in fact every time I go here all staff seem to be so happy to help or happy to work people are always smiling I never get rude customer service and I go here often and I am just so impressed with how well kept the store and parking lot is, and lines are never that long if it seems like people are starting to form a line this store is so quick to just open up another lane to make c/out quicker and I just love it I have never waited over 10 minutes these lines are fast since the managers do a great job at having just the right amount of workers daily never under staffed always just perfect. They follow all safety procedures and this is a safe store to shop out because it is the cleanest store I have ever been too,and the shelfs are always stocked yet they could use some more cokezero products in the cans and they could put sodas on sale more often but Im not complaining either because I think I would come to this store regardless of the prices due to the store being so clean and the staff always being so kind and helpful . Honestly, though the managers here do excellent at showing care and concern for their community members that shop here i have seen on countless occasions the managers going above and beyond the call of duty to help a senior citizen or greet someone shopping asking them if they found everything ok and from a customer perspective that means so much to know that they are bagging more than just groceries, for this store also bags happiness and they dont even k own it..but they make my day much better by the happiness they show you when you enter .thanks for caring and for being so clean .

I had very little experience, as a customer, with Stater Bros. Market until I moved to the Inland Empire in 2007. I was wonderfully surprised as I began shopping at Staters. The stores are very clean, well organized and the customer service is always a step above and the employees are always helpful. Stater Bros. stocks all the major brands and the variety is tremendous. What I really like is the quality of their private label or housebrands of grocery items, just as good as the major labels as far as quality and a price point that will save you some money. I think though that they have lost a step as they expanded the number of stores and moved their distribution center and main offices. The quality of the meat and produce departments are still excellent but for my everyday budget bit on the expensive side. However when I feel I can splurge a little or need something special Stater Bros. has always been very accommodating and it is always a pleasure to shop there.

I went to #1 Albertsons and #2 Vons to try to get something I needed. So I went to a Stater Brothers in the city of Walnut. Very glad to see that Stater Brothers is doing a better job than them.. great job Stater Brothers

Short lines great stocked products

No drinking fountain I could find for my kiddo with the hiccups and its always a bit difficult to get service at the deli counter. They are either understaffed during busy times or hard to find when its quiet because they are trying to clean up and package things. Otherwise the store is well stocked and employees are very helpful.

Its my sons birthday and his dad ordered him a Jurassic Park cake and the bakery department got the cake completely wrong. They made our son a green cake with dog bones. We did not buy the cake and we had to go elsewhere. Disappointed.

Covid 19 reviewThis is my go to spot for groceries, quick service and clean space. I have always been satisfied coming here, but today I went in to stock up for the week and saw something I wasnt to happy with. My husband and I were by the meat dept. And there we saw a young woman either an employee on her day off or a friend of employees entering the area behind the meat counter with her hair down and regular clothes. Now I have worked in kitchens before and know this should not be allowed. And now with Covid 19 going around I expected a little more precation. This young lady not only entered this area without proper attire she was also not wearing a mask in the store. I was pretty disappointed upon seeing this. I have spoken with management and hope this doesnt happen again.

Im forced to go when its an food emergency. Cashiers lack personality and the baggers dont know how to bag. They put my bread on the bottom and apples onto!

I like the Stater Bros on Grand Ave, in Covina. I come to this Stater Bros because of nice, courteous and helpful staff. The store is clean and pretty well stocked again. The meat dept is clean and staff is helpful too.I live in La Puente. There is a Stater Bros from where I live. This one is one Amar in West Covina. I have had bad experiences at this Stater Bros. The staff is rude and not helpful. Sometimes the store was not cleaned.The Grand one is about 12 miles from my house and I rather drive up there than go to my neighborhood one.I would recommend this Stater Bros. Please keep up the great work during Covid-19. Thank you everyone at the store.
