Great store with great staff. I don’t usually post reviews on here but There’s a young lady who works there that I think deserves some acknowledgment, I believe her name is Tabby? I see her stocking in the health & beauty department every time I go there. She has excellent customer service!! She is extremely knowledgeable of every department and item in that store...she surprised me when she said she was not a manager. She really should be, she’s an extremely hard worker and a great example for the younger generation in our community. Thank you Tabby!!!

Bought a recliner. Great price. The place is a little dirty, outside and inside. Trash in carts on the floor next to the trash cans in the parking lot. Tough night?

Being an older person, I can remember when they were called Pic n Save.Anyway, my visit was okay (just okay).I think Walmart has better prices on a lot of things that I saw there. I did, however, look at their furniture. I thought that those prices were reasonable.This store is located in an older area of Covina and the age shows (pretty run down).

Cashier Kim, was pleasent & very helpful. She knew exactly where to send me in the store for the supplies I needed & what I needed was right where she said. Best customer service I ever gotten at a Big Lots. Id drive a little further to this location just because if the great service then the location near my home.

You can find deals here but they offer price certain items. Like seasonal items and what not.

If you know what youre shopping f oh r and remember seeing it at Big Lots, then theyll probably it in adequate quantities and at a price that will compete with Walmart. I needed electrical equipment for cellphones and small electrical devices. Found it at Big Lots and was in and out of the store in less time than it would have taken just to park at Walmart. Sometimes smaller can be better, cheaper and faster than the Big guy across town.

Gina, from the Covina store, and Terra, from the West Covina store, were very helpful with regards to my newly purchased vacuum, and I am pleased with the product, the store, and all of the friendly employees (including a gentleman whom I did not thank by name, because I have forgotten it)

This Place is good the reason of a one star rating is the lack of costumer service. Bad costumer service with this store manager Gloria so rude to her employees and costumers. I recommend never go there unless youre into bad experiences.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The store is promoting price match guaranteed online and when I showed them the comparison rates from Kmart for cat canned food (Friskes), the manager stated it was only price match with their online Kmart stores (how does that even make sense) —then manager states that the Code# has to be identical. So, I called Purina myself and asked about the code; the representative stated that the old code # was from 2011 and the new code I was presenting the manager with was the new updated 2017 code. The manager disregarded my time and effort and refused to price match! Do not go! Don’t recommend.

I love coming to this Big Lots, I grab the big box of coffee pods to take to work, my place to buy all laundry needs and kitchen utensils. They have it all at great values.

I like Big Lots!! When you walk in the cashiers will greet you. The store is clean and when you ask for help, they let you know where the product is and then asked if they could show me. They have a lot of work to do and I received good directions, I felt confident to find the product myself, nailed it!! Thank you Big Lots!!

Hello! Ive been shopping at Big Lots for many years...Ive always have been greeted with a smile. Also purchased a bedroom set, full size bed and Queen size. AWESOME pricing and quality, shop around, then youllRealize what a deal.

I would give this place 5 stars on customer service and clean front show case. However when I had to use the bathroom the most disgusting bathroom with black dirt in all the corners door and blood. I couldnt believe that the store manager would allow the general public to enter such unclean bathroom. Please spend some money and take the mold out and paint and refresh the look of this disgusting bathroom.FYI.. for a home decoration place this is a complete opposite of what you are presenting on the sales floor!

What can u say about Lots Of The Big? Ha! Great deals, I buy my blank DVDs here 50pack for $14 sometimes $10 &CDs 50pack for $8, especially since I give so many out plus they have an incredible selection of scented candles (90% of them have the safe soy wick so it doesnt leave smoke on ur walls or ceiling) and did u know that Big Lots is the official supplier of Hostess products? Well now u know!

Love this store, but today I went for gift bags and wrapping paper. Told they no longer carry. Sad day.

Went to buy a sofa lounger, theyre displayed but they dont have any in stock.

This place sucks! I asked a worker about leasing some furniture and wanted info on it. She said, this is what we have, when you are ready to buy come find me. I was mad and as i was walking out i asked the cashier who that woman was that had just helped me. He said “ oh, that is Gloria my store Manager”. Could not believe her lack of customer service and rudeness. Will not ever go back!!

Things here are good for a cheap price and theyll have pretty much anything youll need. Staff isnt very welcoming and is pretty cluttered. Still go here if you need to shop on the fly.

I used to like Big Lots but it is so expensive now on a lot of things. The store was well stocked, a variety of merchandise from bathroom, kitchen, furniture to health & beauty items. Always have seasonal items.

Always find great deals and some awesome stuff too! I bought summer lawn toys for the kids.

You can find some great deals here. But you want to pay attention to expiration dates. You can also find some very interesting things there as well.

I went in to use my $5 off of $15 coupon, and it wouldnt take because I had water that had a CRV😡, even though I was spending well over the amount without the CRV🤬

The staff could have been more friendly otherwise good product at good price.

We went in to buy patio furniture but were disappointed because even though they had their displays up they were sold out. We asked if they would sell us the display and they said no because it was not the end of the season. We asked when they would be getting more in and his response was they probably were not going to be getting a shipment in any time soon.

Seems like they are getting too pricey these days. A man was bothering people in the parking lot and had appoached me before entering. Theee employees were disgussung him as I checked out. The store was closing and I was the kast customer. They saw him out there yet tge man that lovk the door begind me didnt offer to walk me to me vehicle. I was approached again from behind. I had my German Shepherd in my truck, so I told him I will turn her loose on him, so he left.
