I forever am a curbside pick up customer. I cannot stand in line anymore at Walmart, because honestly, anyone could agree or not agree, but in my opinion, going to shop at Walmart is like walking into a madness. Curbside is smarter, and you get what only need and your driving away, without feeling like youre a hookworm in the store. Just wished their managers could get their helpers more help, and acknowledge all their employees on how good they do their jobs. So thank you you to all of you guys at Walmart for doing your best, and may God bless you with more strength to be happy and healthy.

These 2 pics you see of me posted arent for amusement, they are to demonstrate that one photo I did my makeup ONLY WITH PRODUCTS from Walmart for under $50 and believe me, Im 42 years old so I I am PAINTED. ANYWAY, and the other pic is from sephora designer name make up like armani,dior,YSL. AND IT WOULD HAVE COST AROUND 450$(I DIDNT PAY THAT).MY POINT IS LADIES, NO MATTER WHAT SKIN TONE,AGE,BLEMISHES OR NOT,YOU CAN DEFINITELY GET THE ESSENTIALS FROM WAL-,MART AND LOOK GLAM IF YOU WANT. The Walmarts pharmacy is one of the most auquard places you can go. I have been working with this guys for more than 5 years, and every time I come they still have my veey old info, despiting I have changed it many, it seems like these gurys had never upgraded it. It always causes dellays, plus this people barely ever is truly diligent when it comes to get your orders ready, and gives you the round around. Shtier service on a phaacy, even neighborhood pharmacies have a descent service.

They never have everything I need like for instance you buy shampoo they only have the shampoo not the cream merge Produce theyre never stocked up Very rarely are they completely stocked up on their produce

I gave a 2 star because of everything is locked up and difficult to get help to get items locked up out...just to find outItems are placed in front counter but i always forget. I end up shopping at other locally places near me to pick up items i missed due to this poor process. Management should recognized that the process is not working out and should try to keep customers coming back.

I was able to find what I came for, but I was impressed that they still have a fine jewelry counter. Most Walmart stores have removed it. I did find some really nice earrings. Selection of items in the beauty department could use a little improvement and checkout could go a bit smoother. I counted 20 self checkout spots and only 7 were open. It was about 6 pm, I would expect more checkouts available. Prices are still reasonable.

Ive never been treated so bad, they have security throughout the store to know if somebody is stealing something. And yet they wait to embarrass me and harass me as if I stole all my $278 worth of groceries . I do think they should have a better way of treating their customers when exiting the store.My name is Vince and once again Ive never been treated so bad in any store that Ive ever entered as I have been in this one.

Wal Mart for me is always great to go visit. The workers that know me were eager to see me and said hi to me with a smile. Great people especially that work in the pharmacy, they have always been nice to me.. And to me, them pharmacy workers are all gorgeous ..

Its packed, sometimes I actually find more items on this one when other Walmarts dont have it. Somewhat organized. Self checkout has a person to assist if you need.

Patricks is always my first and only choice when it comes to auto repair. I own a Jaguar with high mileage and so it has been quite a bit of work to keep her on the road in top condition. Patrick and his team are always there when I need them. Honest mechanics arent east to find. Skilled, honest mechanics, almost impossible. Always grateful for these guys 🖤

Was a decent visit. Everything was the same as expected. Only notable negatives were: lack of stock in the pet/cat section. Not a single claw trimmer for cats, nobody at the electronics section with a key in the last 30 minutes before closing. Guy at the door checking recepits was extremely slow and careful. Just doing his job I suppose

Self serve check out is total harassment. Attendant near the check out station keep on asking us if we scan all the items, literally several times even though we told her yes we did, she checked POS then she was like oh yes you scanned this. Then when we try to using gift card she told us they don’t accept Walmart gift card. Where else I am going to use Walmart gift card.?!!! We ignore her pay by Walmart gift card then show her the receipt. This location need management training URGENTLY.

I like going to this one because it’s so big. They have everything, so you don’t have to go to other places to pick up other items. The staff was extremely helpful, and they help with carrying items out to your car. I will definitely go back again

The workers here are somewhat rude. I was there with my boyfriend trying to get our fishing license reprinted none of the employees there could help us. I would suggest a career change for those whom dont like there job.

I know times are getting difficult in this day and age because of the pandemic. Every time i go to wal-mart alot of the shelves are empty. Ask an associate on what isle such & such is and their reaction was like i dont get paid enough & i hate my job why are you bothering me

Well Walmart is one of the most popular stores in California. At least you can find almost everything. You can buy food, McDonalds, jewelry, electric products, as a TV, computers brand ear and headphones, also the have car service. Men and women clothes. They have book, movies, music Etc.

It was good except there are some products only the Glendora store carries or vice-versa.

Well I waited about 35 minutes for someone to come and open the glasses cabinet for me to get this item. They have a button there for you to push if you need someone to open it. Which i pushed and so many others did too.Which I dont see the point of it.. if its really not going to make a difference. During this time I told 6 different employees that I want to get something out of the glass cabinet which they all said ill get some one to open it which like I said took 35 minutes. Thats Walmart for you.

This walmart is a madhouse, hoards of ppl wandering aimlessly through the tall improvised isles of products, some of which barely allow a cart enough space to pass. the vibe was chill with an air of Bring the whole family which was litteraly tangible. despite this the line was moving, i waited less than 1 min for the self there was also live cashiers up n running. throughout my shop i could hear staff members giving clear and direct communications to other staff via PA or radio. as well as responses that were concise, their comms sounded very professional. ultimately, although not pretty this machine seems well oiled and efficient.

I like shopping at Wal-Mart BUT the one on Azusa is the WORST!!I even left a full cart and walked out!!! They only had 1 CASHIER and the line was all the way back to the kids dept. Every time I go there theres ALWAYS just 1 or 2 cashiers. Not a good store. I do LOVE WALMART very much just not the one on Azusa

I spoke with two people and asked for help an for 30 minutes nobody helped me and the other 2 client and I return to castumer service. To say thanks for no help and the leydy there when I walked to the exit she moved her hand back.

Its a good store and they almost always have the items I need. My only complaint would be bags bags bags. If they dont have bags available they should make it KNOWN the moment you walk into the store.

The area where you purchase mens cologne was crowded by 3 people tonight on September 19th 9PM (it took me 10 minutes to get out of the store just for cologne) accompanied by a middle aged looking woman who works there who was talking to them about her medication and why she was taken off them, really wasting my time which made me visibly furious, then another woman hops in line right in front of me and asks is anyone in line only after shes done purchasing her 20 items, the clerk, when I asked her to grab me the curve cologne she got frustrated cause she couldnt hear so told me you grab it and when I brought it up to check out, she said she thought I said something else 🗿 wonder what that couldve been, if I see this woman there again you can count on me as a lost customer and another bad review

I prefer shopping at the Glendora Walmart because they have more variety of items that Im looking for and they seem to be well stocked most of the time. This store is closer to me, but I usually only go to this Walmart when I need something quick and I know they have what I need in stock.

Walmart a One-Stop shop from household to automotive to get in your pet fish if they dont have it you probably dont need it thats about all I can say about Walmart

Walmart is the worst store in getting any help when you need something thats locked up the glass cabinets..it say push button to get help and every time I go I end up standing around pushing the buzzered and searching for someone to unlock it ....which never happens they need to have a better solution. I like Walmart supercenters. I was able to pick up everything I needed. I wish the store in Duarte was converted to a supercenters. The Duarte store is often out of stuff supercenters have in stock.

Amazing customer service. The store is well organized and well stocked. Got here two hours before closing. The store was not busy like others but it was being stocked by employees. The store is clean. The restrooms are well kept. Highly recommend to stop by this location.

There were a number of flea collars for cats mismarked they were shown as being largely discounted and they were not they were actually more than a normal price that was posted. Before I tried to purchase the flea collar I did interact with four Walmart employees.

Lots of everything! Today was a grocery run. I stopped by the deli and picked up a sack of stuffed jalapeños and finished my shopping in less than an hour. The literally have a dozen self checkout tables so, the line to get out was manageable.

Bought tires on line. The store got to store store never called me. I tried call for 4 day couldnt get through to any. Once I did the would transfer call to auto shop no one would answer. Finally talk to manager who located tire on the dock. He set appt. For me for next day 9am. Got there they couldnt find them, was there 2 hours. Then they couldnt put them on there machine doesnt put on 24 tires. Now I couldnt get the road Hazzard they offer because they wont installing tire. There is no disclaimer that read dont install 24 tire. So basic they got you by the ball if you need the tires, which I did and couldnt wait any longer so had to install some else with NO ROAD HAZZARD. Bottom line service sucks here and watch what you buy online when it comes to tires, call first and check if you get through. Good luck

It took me a half hour to just cash a check and then another 40 minutes to check out in line for one item gum. The cashier had to leave the register to find a tricycle and yes it took him 40 minutes. I contemplated going into other lines not knowing how long this one would be I chose not to because the lines were all so long. Totally a waste of my day and my time for two simple tasks shouldnt be like that

Giving me a fake name and covering her name tag! Because she doesn’t want to be reported. The manager Isaiah wasn’t helpful at all! Rude as well. I asked for corporates number and instead handling it professionally he just gives me attitude and tells me 1-800 Walmart. Sandra if you see this is not acceptable! Natalie I think you need to work on your performance, especially for being a new person.

Wouldn’t price match their website. I purchased an item for $7.47 in store and asked if they would match the $4.88 they had it listed for online, available for pickup. I did not have time to wait for the pick up time since it was a last minute purchase.Walmart website price match policy states that they WILL match the price and are allowed to limit the item to one per purchase. I provided all of the necessary information and even showed the website listing and the supervisor wouldn’t even come over to look at it, she just said “we don’t price match anymore.” So, she was lazy, and she lied to me. And she was apparently just in a bad mood.This will be the last time I shop at this Walmart and I’ll encourage everyone I know to do the same. I’ll also be writing to their corporate office.It was $3 difference, but it’s the principle of the matter and the fact that the supervisor was just lazy and negligent, not to mention rude. I was just asking for a $3 price match, it’s not coming out of her pocket. I work in retail too and this is just not how I or my team treat people.
