I have been coming to iTech express for quite a few years now. They have expanded their business into a wonderful new building and it’s great to see their accomplishments. I cannot stress enough, dont come here unless youre desperate. They overcharge for their services, they get things repaired quickly but not well. They seemed like nice people, but its just not worth the headache.

I got my computer “fixed” there a couple months ago for a broken touch screen and battery issues. When I got my computer back I noticed it’s an off market replacement screen that doesn’t track all touchscreen movement and my battery still can’t hold a charge. I’m now writing this review cause I wanted to give the shop benefit of the doubt but my computer is in worse shape then when I left it there randomly shuts off, doesn’t boot up sometimes and running diagnostics on my computer says my HARD DRIVE IS MISSING/ NOT WORKING I’ve haven’t been to another computer repair place since I tech express. It’s probably to late to get anything done about it now BUT I CAN LEAVE A REVIEW WARNING PEOPLE TO NOT COME HERE. Edited 30 min later I opened the bottom of my computer directed by a YouTube video and found My battery was replaced but with a 43 wh battery when my computer requires a 60 wh and the hard drive was replaced with aftermarket that doesn’t seem to work even though that wasn’t even requested with the original repair

These folks saved my sanity. Somehow cracked my MacBook Pro screen back in Oct. After NUMEROUS other repair shops either not replying or saying they couldnt get/find a replacement screen, (and Apple wanting to take away my computer for 3 weeks), these guys not only replied right away to my inquiry, but their customer service was amazing (Joe in particular). OUTSTANDING! I had a problem with my s pen stuck in my phone. I had tried myself and also 2 verizon stores. The last store recommended this Itech store, and while waiting, and talking with other customers waiting in line, they had nothing but praise regarding this business. If it is electronic, they will fix. They arent cheap, I paid $45 to have him take my phone apart and remove the pen which had gotten bent. But he was the only one who solved the problem, well worth the $, and here I am using a new pen writing a great review. I will be back to bring my electronics when needed, and will be in good hands

Weird coincidence that I’ve experienced with you guys and here’s why; about 9 months ago I took my Samsung galaxy edge for a replacement screen and you guys did a great job in replacing the screen, the moment I sold it and it later needed a charge the screen turned black and never turn on after that.. I thought it was perfectly fine and thought it was damaged by the people I sold it to. Coincidence 2) I took my iPhone 10 to ur store to maybe get it unlocked and left my phone with you guys fir 2 days. I come home and noticed the screws on the bottom have been tampered with than later I go plug in my iPhone and guess what yup you guessed it my screen is black and won’t light up. Coincidence right. Everytime I take a device to Itech Xpress in Covina I have left more than satisfied. They have been able to repair my computer, Notebook, and two of my phones even when Verizon said they were beyond repair. The service is excellent, and the technicians are friendly and very professional. I am always surprised at how reasonable the cost is, and have paid well below what I was expecting it to cost. The turnaround time from drop off to pick up is very quick, and they explain in detail what they did. I send everyone I know to them, and I would not go anywhere else. If it was possible to give them more than 5 stars I would.

Excellent service! Fair, reasonable and most of all HONEST service. My screen was not working and clearly needed replacing. The lady opened my phone and showed my moisture damage and said the battery and or camera may also need to be repaired.... They could have easily repaired them and charged me for the work but, (even if they did not need repairing) they only replaced the screen!

I took my iPhone6 to iTech because of the the high ratings, and positive reviews. I hesitated to take my phone to anyone but Apple. My LED screen replacement at Apple would have been $129. iTech was about half that cost. I was treated with respect and the staff was beyond reproach in their business ethics. I bought a tempered glass screen from somewhere else and they put it on, although they had pointed out it was inferior to their product. I chose to use mine. A week later the tempered glass pulled away from the screen to the point I couldnt see through it. I took it back and paid for their brand. I had an issue with my screen after that, but when I called I was reassured that it would be handled. Sam has gone over and beyond my expectations. He is honest and keeps his word. That isnt easy to find these days.I wont hesitate in the future to have iTech work on any device I own and would them or recommend them to anyone.THANK YOU SAM, and the staff at iTech for being an outstanding example to small businesses in the community! 😊💕

I dropped my iPhone and while the screen did not break, the top portion near camera popped out slightly. I asked for a quote for repair and the woman at the counter took it to the tech and returned with it back in place. Maybe it’s a simple thing to do but I neither have the inclination nor tools to do it. Best of all, there was no charge! The lobby is very clean and modern with many accessories for sale. I will definitely return if phone needs service. BTW, no one asked me to write this review.
