Been coming here for quite some time now about 3 years, and have took multiple vehicles here now. Started off buying Amsoil from them and built a relationship with them since. Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable as well as Carl, Mark provides great customer service everytime over the phone and in person and Carl as well as customer service also provides good quality work if not great. Take all my cars here from Oil changes(Engine,Transmissi­on, Gear, etc.) And suspension work, they are very knowledgeable and honest, and lets all be honest its very hard finding a Reliable, Knowledgeable, and HONEST mechanic that provides quality work and gives you piece of mind. Took my car in for a trans flush and I Pointed out some suspension noise that NOONE else, No other shop could figure out the noises point of origin and Carl and his team found it in less than 5 minutes, gave me a price and they took care of it, I could hear the noise anytime I drove it was very audible from inside and outside and it was embarrassing and annoying, dealt with it for a while and Carls crew took care of me and my car and gave me piece of mind again. I appreciate you fellas, Im a life long customer now, thanks to Mark, Carl and Pedro and Genesis Automotive. Highly recommended. Very trust worthy. Call ahead to see if they are available and not booked up so that you dont make the trip only to find that they dont have time to take your car in and leave you with a bad taste of them over your poor planning and leave them a bad review because of your own fault. Genesis Automotive is fantastic. The owner of the business, Carl, worked at Lexus and Toyota dealers for two decades, so I receive the same level of service here as I do at the Lexus dealer, except I can afford to eat now.I have a 2006 Lexus RX400Carl and his team are skilled, honest, and organized. I am female, young, and clueless about cars. I could be easily taken advantage of but Carl is always honest and works with me to find affordable solutions for when problems arise. I love the whole team here.

The crew at Genesis Auto are the BEST! As a female, I am cautious that Im not getting ripped off simply for being a female. Carl and Jeremy always call if they find something while doing their inspection and will give a quote and ask permission before performing any services. Theyre also great about checking little things and they dont charge if they dont find anything wrong. The lobby is very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Genesis Auto for quality work.

This is THE auto repair to use.....HONEST and dependable. I was thinking of buying a used auto but live 400 miles away. I called to see if Gensis could evaluate the car I was thinking of purchasing. I talked with Mark, he was professional, knowable and so willing to help me even though I was not there. He got the car in quickly, did a very complete evaluation and called me quickly with the results of what he found. Mark saved me from making a $13,000 mistake and kept me from getting completely ripped off. Even though I do not live in the area, I would highly recommend Genesis, and particularly Mark, for any repair knowing they are trustworthy which is a virtue that is rare now-a-days. Toyota Service Center gave me an estimate of more than $ 2000 to diagnose and repair some noising problem in my Camry. Then some additional expenses based on the diagnosis.I took my Car to Karl and he is the best person to guide me. All it took is $ 300 and every problem of my car is gone. I feel my car like new.I really appreciate and highly recommend their Business and professionalism.Keep it up guys.

Friendly and helpful. They did their best to be trustworthy by keeping me well informed as they did work on my car. I am very satisfied. Hint: go during lunchtime and they may even offer to share their french fries with you!!! It may be best, however, to call and schedule a visit but they were always accommodating and seemed to know their craft well.

ABSOLUTELY TRUSTING PROFESSIONALS! I have a 2007 subaru impreza and it needed a clutch... bad (it was on the back of a tow truck). I called around and already had competitive quotes, so when they gave me the price that beat the other competitors I was shocked. Oh and they also finished the work in one day, way faster than I had expected. Glenn even inspected the car and said I was low on oil (thanks Glenn) and I would need rear brakes soon. After settling up the bill he showed me my old parts. That made me happy to see and without asking is very professional. It shows he did the work and is honest! It is a great feeling to know I now have someone to fix my car. I feel very comfortable with these guys working on my car, now I just need to talk them into working on motorcycles!

Best Mechanic in San Gabriel Valley! My husbands Honda Ridgeline made a loud squeaky sound for years. He took it to several dealers and other mechanics. They all scratched their heads and came up empty. When Carl Walker and his technicians checked it out, they knew it was the bushings. So he replaced them and the squeaks are gone!
