I would highly recommend Cici as a sale rep at this Fendi store. She is so patience to answer all my questions and seem very knowledgeable of the items that she’s selling. More importantly, after couple days i bought a bag, I had to exchange it to a diff one. She was super nice, not much question ask, she immediately agreed to let me exchange my bad. Sure my bag is still in perfect condition by the way.So Cici is the best sale to me so far at this Fendi store.
I bought a black handle bag from Jeffery at a Fendi store in Costa Mesa June, 11th, 2021. When I unpacked the parcel that arrived at 3:15 pm today(June,18) there were stains and scratches on the bottom of the bag. It doesnt look like a new bag when I first saw it, so I looked around and found a defective one. So I asked Jeffery for a refund, and they said they would exchange it for a new one, but I declined. Because Ive already lost confidence in Jeffery. And he only said he could give me credit. So I have the right to receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase as this bag delivered to me is clearly defective. Also, he refused to give me returned label. Then I went to UPS payed 32.57$ and sent the bag to the Costa Massa 3333 Bristol St FENDI store at 05:54PM. I also added the signature of the recipient of the parcel. I long for Jeffery to give me a full refund.
I went to Fendi located in Costa Mesa and I have to say that everything is beautiful I also want to mention Mr Jeffrey that help my sister pick the perfect purse for her, Jeffrey is a very kind guy, very educated and full of knowledge on how to sell. My sister and I will definitely go back to Fendi .

I was waiting to pick up food to go from Lawrys restaurant upstairs and decided to go down to Fendi to see if they had the shoe I had seen online. I walked in and the security said hello as I walked to the back to the shoe section. A very young chinese girl approached me staring me up and down and said of those are nice arent they, you need help? I replied no Im good just looking at the shoes and waiting for the classic design canvas bags coming to store as I was told by another sales associate at that store... she says oh let me see on my phone and I will call you etc etc... she didnt have a clue of anything.. what bothered me so much is how she followed me like glue and ridiculously looking up and down and whats ironic is I was dressed in workout attire, and not designer labels showing all over my clothes.. when I tried on shoes that were displayed she looked down on my 98.00 flip flops from nordstroms as if they were from another planet..... fendi needs to get rid of immature people like that who havent seen much in life and hire elegant friendly women who know better.... if that child only knew how much Ive bought from that store last 17 years at South coast plaza. I will never give them business again at that location until shes gone.
I suffered a poor service at the south coast plaza fendi shop today.i bought a fendi by the way leather bag in the California desert outlet in 08/12/2017,and the sales told me i can embroider my initial on the tag,maybe free or paying 15-20 dollar,if the sales arent busy it will be a free service,so in 08/13/2017 i went to the fendi shop in south coast plaza,there is none costomer here,one Chinese sales and one old lady sales who looks like indolent,and the Chinese young girl always take picture towards bag,dont want provide service for me. i told them i wanna embroider my initial on the bag,the sales here told me i need to pay 50 dollars,and i only can embroider 2 letter on the tag,but my initial have three letters,and also told me i cant complain anything,complain anything?what?OK,50 dollars is OK,2 letters also fine,but the sales said you cant complain anything about this ?i wanna ask whats the attitude?i pay money and suffered the bad survice,i am very disappointed with fendi,as a superior luxury brand,i thought it should not be fendis attitude.something my experience results below:1.cant achieve customers requirements,say nothing of service suggestion.2.service details have no standard,not professional.3.basically,no service attitude.
