While shopping at South Coast Plaza, I stumbled across the Christian Louboutin store upstairs. I had to go in! Unfortunately, there was a looooong line which was moving sooo slow. But I really wanted to go in. So I waited and waited and waited. I waited for almost an hour. When it was finally time to go in, I knew exactly which shoes I wanted to try on. The lady who helped us, Im so mad I got her name, but she was so nice and patient with me. I tried on several different pairs of shoes and found thee pair! My hubby bought them for me, and I couldnt be happier. Even though I waited forever in line, it was so worth the wait! Excellent customer service and great experience. I love the shoes, and I wear them all the time.
Nice. Sofia was courteous and helpful. The cash attendant was also helpful in making sure all of our concerns and questions were answered. We found exactly what we wanted.
The store is taking Covid-19 safety measures seriously. You may need to wait in a small line, but once youre inside youll get individualized attention from the staff. The store has good stock, but if you have a specific item from the collection you are looking for or a specific size, do yourself a favor and call ahead. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked in and no one paid attention to me. I thought the sales people were customers until I had to ask someone if they worked there. Once they saw I was actually there to buy something I felt like I was being rushed into deciding. This was actually my second time there and the first time the staff was very nice so that’s why ill rate it 2 stars

Im going to start off by saying that Im a professional designer so Im more picky than normal because I know what high end stores should be doing, with that said; I ordered a pair of shoes online because none of the stores in Southern California had my size. I went to both West Hollywood and Costa Mesa, which both had awful customer service, I think because they get commission and a lot of people just walk in the stores and waist their time so they are only slightly nicer to you if you buys something. Well both stores had absolutely nothing for me to even try on in my size and they did not mention that all of the shoes in their story varies from style. So no two shoes are actually a true size 6 for example, meaning if you are going to buy a shoe you MUST try it on first. So I took my order online to have better chances of buying my shoes and of course their website does not have fit comments either so I bought my true size. The shoes came in 3 weeks later from the East Coast, where their DC is and to my surprise I only had 10 days to send them back for refund or store credit, which had passed due to shipping. So I call their DC and get another rude young man on the phone that told me the return period is overdue by 1 day due to shipping and that no matter what he could not take them back. So here I am with a $700 pair of shoes in a size 3 disguised as a size 5.5, yes a true size 3. I know this because I have the tools to measure true fits. It really sad that such a high end store has the worst return policy ever and poor sizing allocation and wont even advise their customers of true fits. I was very disappointed that a high end global brand has Mom and Pop policies.
Employees discriminate your by your ethnicity and by what your wear. Employee an older lady was helping me worst customer service ever. I was looking at a pair of shoes and she told me that they are to expensive I can’t afford them. I didn’t pay no mind to it but I was looking for some heals for my wife I was ready to pay and she assumed I was going to pay for them with credit first thing she said was let me see your ID. I was like ID why this is debt then she apologized. I think that she thought I was broke and that I was just window shopping. I made the purchase even though I should of not spent my money in there. So if you ever go shopping there, wear nice clothing and show them you have money lol
I was there last night and the lady helped me, Her name was Amber and she was so sweet and very helpfull and i will go back to her again for sure!
I received a gift, but was not able to exchange it after the ten day exchange policy. The shoe is brand new and the disappointing fact is that they are not able to stand behind their own product for exchange. I would suggest to everyone to NOT buy directly from the stop and buy it from other companies line NM.
