To come in and spend your money 💰 here you need to wait in line or to have an appointment!!! Myself, my family, and most of my friends think it’s ridiculous. Some brands are unrealistic in their marketing strategies. Celine is one of them. They turn serious shoppers by asking them to wait in line. I’m one of them. Off course this is not peculiar to Celine, it applies to all big brands, or those wanting to be, with no exception whatsoever. I’m sure, people like me, who are more capable of buying do outnumber the people in the waiting lines. I think the bouncers’ marketing strategy is very cheap.
The small bright red cross-body bag that I bought at the Celine store in Costa Mesa a week ago was delivered to my house. Not only did Alexis calmly help me purchase the bag that I needed, but also the new bag was very pleasantly placed in my hands. I accidentally bought my first Celine sunglasses a few years ago from Nordstrom, Costa Mesa. Those sunglasses were comfortable enough to touch my cheekbones. After that, I visit Celine again. I would like to thank Alexis. Celine is special to me.
Excellent experience. Sales Associate - Janet communicated with me prior and after my visit. The Sales Manager - Christie (I think this is the spelling) was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I definitely will be making more purchases here.
Experience was relatively poor. I went inside the store with family, and were followed by one of the male employees. The employee’s constant “hovering” over us came off unwelcoming, almost as if they were racial profiling my family as we walked through the store. This store is not worth that type of harassment, I would recommend people to stay away and shop at other outlets at South Coast Plaza which can offer better quality products and friendly customer service.
I like the store’s look and the store manager, and of course quality is something else.

Best Celine boutique, on the west coast forsure. As an avid shopper here I can attest to its high level of standards and superb customer service. If you ever come here ask for Robb hell make ya feel at home!
My wife tried to purchase an item at this shop and the transaction was declined. (Which is understandable because my bank thought it was fraud because I live in Missouri and they flagged it thinking my information was stolen.) Well due to this, we contacted our bank to lift the fraud and try again after we retrieve our money bank from the pending hold that was placed on it.Well the store ran the transaction again without our permission and we didnt have the funds to cover it which caused the store to grab my remainder of my balance and put that in a pending state. I contacted my bank and they advised the company needs to fax my information to the bank to allow of my bank to remove the hold ahead of schedule because the hold is a week long. Since I do not have any money anymore because of this I contacted the store. The gentleman I spoke with said that it was no problem and he will fax the information over. He ends up sending me a text saying their management told him no and to wait for the hold to release automatically. They are aware of my situation and essentially said tough luck and that I will have to deal with it for a week. But once it is done they can try to run the transaction again.This management here is careless and do not care for others except for themselves. They refuse to take my call even though it was their fault to begin with by charging my card multiple times to put me at $0 in my bank account.
I have purchased over 12 thousand dollars worth of bags and wallets for my wife here, the first page tore on the stitching and it was a nightmare trying to get them to repair and or replace this bag for 3 months!I recently purchased a bag their for my wife that was over 5k in total and in 3-4 days on the stitching again the bag started to fade, we notified them right away and they said they would need to get back to us on a resolution since their products are horribly made and designed based on two bags being VERY bad. It has taken 3 weeks and they say they can not do anything for us.I highly advise anyone to not buy their products or deal with this store as they are rude, unprofessional and very unaccommodating to a repeat customer who WOULD have been another repeat over and over if you had only taken care of us in a timely manner and made sure you fix YOUR faulty design and made products.DO NOT shop at Celine at all, horrible company
