Surprising spot. Kind of hidden away. Made me wish I could sit for a while.

This place is amazing. The environment is vibrant and the music they play allows you to be productive. The coffee is awesome and the bagels are delicious. Only downside? They close at 2 :( Definitely recommend this place!

Back at the lost bean coffee, this time at its Costs Mesa store. Eventhough its situated and tucked in an industrial zone, but it has nice and inviting appearance with ample outdoor sittings. This store does not have a kitchen (items are delivered fresh every morning) so I wasnt able to get my favorite breakfast sandwich. I opted for a quiche and a banana nut bread (both warmed up), a flat white, and a carmel macchiato. The quiche was a bit too eggy for me, but still okay, the banana nut bread was good, so as the coffee with no surprises. Free WiFi available (thelosttbean2).

Beautiful coffee shop hidden inside a business park. Great entrance, absolutely awesome modernica chairs, stunning outdoor space. I came here in a rainy day and I can imagine this place will be packed with people during summer. Love the space. Service is very friendly and great coffee too. Definitely should check it out when you are in the area.

The coffee and tea here is so tasty. Super clean and simple. There is one dude that can do some dope latte art, as shown in the photo. Definitely will be coming back for more.

Excellent coffee!! Modern trendy interior with both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have limited food options such as wraps and pastries. The price is relatively fair and wifi is also available. The store is not too visible from the main road.

I went to this coffee shop 3 days in a row and its amazing.

I had a soy latte and hung out to study a bit. Plenty of seating, perfect lighting and ambience, and the latte was perfect. Great customer service, too.

The buildings around this new Lost Bean location is still under construction, which makes this place difficult to find. Still awesome coffee and love the space to work in.

Stop by here for office coffee runs frequently. This coffee is hidden in an area full of business parks, but theres ample space to study or hang out. Love their matcha latte which is less sweet than most places.

Great coffee like the rest lost bean stores. It’s challenging to find for the first time. Once in the parking lot, follow the signs that says” lost bean”, wrap around the building on the right side. Pull all the way before the iron gate. There are plenty guest parking. With giant dark wall says “Lost bean”. You’ll approach their outside sitting before walking into the store. It looks like you are walking into office building, then you are heading the right direction. the cleanest(bathroom) of all that I’ve been to!

Its a really quaint coffee shop tucked away in the Chargers training facility. They have a really nice outdoor space in both the front and the back. Staff is always friendly when I take my staff there as there are a lot of orders to take all at once.

Stopped here for a quick drip coffee and I was impressed by the quick, friendly service! I got a drip more on the medium roast side, and it was just the pick-me-up I needed after feeling slightly jet-lagged. I ended up sitting here for a while just enjoying the ambiance and my coffee while making plans on what to do next. Definitely come here if you love/ are serious about your coffee!

Very nice, yet short experience. Staff were polite and the ambient noise levels were low. The outdoor seating area was well-kept and clean. Coffee was delightful.

The layout and service is great. Really cool vibe with a lot of potential for greatness. They already have a good thing going and can grow so much! Wide selection of artisan drinks and snacks at affordable prices.

Pretty good coffee and love the space. It was very nice and quiet and I could definitely see myself coming back to study to write here. And the amount of space, oh man. There is some great outdoors seating and some very comfortable indoor seating. If you want just a nice place to grab a grab a coffee or tea and relax, this is the place for you.

Ideal place to get some work done. The employees are very friendly and the coffee is always delicious. Not a quiet spot (if thats what your looking for) but nothing some headphones cant fix!

Unique hole in the wall type of spot. Its located in the middle of what seems nowhere but has very good coffee and some interesting flavors for all coffee lovers

Turmeric honey latte is good

This place is great. Its a good place to get some work done. Its spacious with lots of places to sit inside and out. They have charging docs if you need to reup your tech juice. They have some specialty menu items. I personally love the bullet proof that has cacao or the turmeric latte. They have non-dairy milk alternatives which is great. I loooove their gluten free banana bread! They also have some pretty good jams playing in the background and the staff is super friendly.

Loved the environment and vibes in this place. Found a good spot and knocked out a bunch of work. Pasteries and coffee / tea available if you want to purchase. Water was there for everyone. It was free to come study. I will be back!

Not just good but great coffee!!

Drip coffee was nice and crisp, although lukewarm. I recommend trying a pastry, especially the blueberry/lemon muffin--it was moist and very delicious! I wouldnt recommend this place to study, as its packed and no WiFi. Although, it is a nice spot for a quick break.

Very nice and open atmosphere and some pretty solid coffee! Figurately solid, its still quite liquid in state.Word of warning, they dont have too many wall outlets, but you can ask the front to borrow an external battery to charge your laptop. You shouldnt have a problem getting electricity if you ask politely.

Great outstanding staff.Ok coffee told it is rotated, overly dark and smokey for me, a Starbuck like taste. If you guys can keep some of us light roast guys that would be mind awesome!Atmosphere is outstanding; by far the most seating (both indoors and outdoor gardens) out of all the coffee shops in the area.

Super stoked for Lost bean to expand their name and opening a second location! Tucked away in between corporate building and the space very open both inside and outside! Great spot to get work down or have meeting with amazing coffee!

This place is amazing! The Tustin location is one of my favorite coffee shops, and I was so excited for them to open up a second location! This one is much larger and had lots of seating and parking. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Very close to Ikea.

I love the Lost Bean. Both this location and their location in Tustin are awesome spots to get work done or host small meetings. I almost want to give them a lower rating to keep it a secret!

Great place to study and competitive prices. Only downside is the scarcity of outlets, if you are studying with a large group it might be worth bringing a power strip.
