Their cold Brew is excellent! Sweet staff and quality coffee. Fun Mexico gifts and theme. Also seems like the seating situation isnt too bad for a small shop. Next time I plan to try their variety of baked goods since they looked so yummy!

Found this place while browsing google maps, so I flagged it for when I came to the area. It is a cute cozy coffee shop. Loved the theme (Mexican/indigenous). Interesting merchandise for sale.Love that they have a kids drink menu. I had a cortado and I really enjoyed it. Creamy and just enough strong. Their soyrizo empanadas were amazing.

Excellent assistance! The coffee and meal I got from your establishment were both wonderful and savory. Furthermore, the waitress who served me at the time was dependable, careful, and courteous. To be honest, she served my meal accurately and elegantly, and I thoroughly loved it. The location was also ideal for a photograph because it was trendy, neat, and cool. Others must be on their way! You will not be dissatisfied.

The coffee was okay I wish they would have been more upfront about the fact that the coffee was bland and needed flavoring added as my wife does not like her coffee black either do I but it was still good regardless there was kind of a wait but it went fairly quickly it seemed like its a nice little hip spot

First timer, it wasn’t to welcoming. Customer service was t the best. The guy behind the register was very short with his replies and made it seem like I was bothering him with my questions. I ordered the cappuccino/vanilla. The cappuccino was good; however, customer service could improve (at least with the guy who took my order). Other than that, it’s a cute little coffee shop.

My favorite coffee shop in OC area.Their coffee is good, staff is great, burritos and sandwiches always on point. Anytime Im in OC I make time to stop by and spend some time here.

I love this coffee shop! They have one of my favorite single origin drip coffees (Columbian). Everyone is always super friendly to me and my family and the ambience is incredible. I highly recommend Hola Adios if you love excellent coffee and a great breakfast burrito!

COLD BREW. Im more of a sweet coffee drinker myself, but Im a huge fan of their cold brew! It isnt super bitter and gives you the caffeine kick needed to start your day. Check out their Mexican blanket selection, I have to refrain from buying all the merchandise!

This coffee shop is really a good place for people who wants to relax. A very cozy place with free Wi-Fi and their foods and coffees are all affordable and one of a kind. The place is very quiet and the ambiance is perfect for students and those who just wanna hang out. This is my preferred place when I need some time. I really loved the place. Thank you!

Very cute and trendy little place. We ordered online for pick up ..Cubano sandwich was super meaty and tasty, and the pancake tacos are unique and tasty( esp Nutella one), and hit the spot. The order was not ready when promised though, so not great if you are in a hurry. The drip thru window is not a drive thru, its a dead end, so factor in extra time. Would definitely be back again, when Im not in a rush!

I hear the pastries are fantastic - we shouldve gotten some. Until we do - this review is just on the coffee. We had some time and did a coffee tasting with a few local shops, and promptly threw hola adios coffee out. I think we got drip and a cortado. Moongoat, Neat, and Daydream beat em out. Neat and Daydream are the coffee queens locally.

Plenty of seating, super friendly staff and great drinks/food. Ordered the bacon & friends burrito and iced vanilla latte with oat milk, both did not disappoint.

They even have some really nice quality retail products like hand woven blankets from Mexico.Their entire staff here is amazing as well. I only give this location a 4 star because there is one employee that I see a lot of the time and never seems to be in a good mood or always has poor customer service type of attitude. I understand as working in retail not everyone’s going to have a good day but it’s about 4/5 times I see this.Other then that I would 10/10 go to this location!

They are quick and they make good flavoured coffee. Im a bit hesitant about my regular black coffee because i find it a bit harsh and acidic. The establishment is great though.

When you walk in you can just tell this is a different coffee house.The place was packed (could be because it is right off the 55) or because the espresso was perfect.I came in on a Saturday morning and there wasnt a seat in the place and this was only their 5 day open.Looking forward to see how the spot takes off.Good service, great espresso and easy on the eye.I had a dopio espresso and an Americano. Both were made perfectly.

I am a loyal costumer of this coffee shop for many years. I like the taste of their coffee and the place was very relaxing. It was a good place to study and talked to your friends. The internet connection was also very affordable. I had a great time in this place! A high rating and a strong recommendation for you!

Where do I start, I walked in very happy as a latino because the hispanic culture was everywhere. Their line was quick and easy and my drinks were made asap. The only thing I found that was strange is that I was the only latino here, not the workers and definitely not the customers. I definitely felt ostracized for being a latino surrounded by only Caucasian people especially for being inside a hispanic themed coffeeshop. Good food, better drinks though. By the way I was pained to see that the owner is caucasian.

Best new coffee shop in Costa Mesa and we have a lot of great competition! Awesome friendly neighborhood vibe with really cozy Mexican-themes decor. Pastries that are worth making every day a cheat day and of course the coffee itself is excellent, from a veteran of the industry!

With a very large clientele of regulars, it is a rather local-based coffee shop. It is the fastest moving coffee shop Ive been to, too. That means that, unlike most coffee shops Ive been to before, you never wait more than 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. Nice to stop by on your way to work!

Seriously a hidden gem of costa mesa. Wish I had gone sooner. All of their food that Ive had is excellent. Bacon breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, and empanadas. So good!

In town for the USCC convention and found this gem of a coffee shop. The coffee was on point and the customer service was great. They also serve some of the best burritos I’ve had yet, bring your appetite, the burritos are HUGE!

This was my first time visiting and I will be back for sure. The store is clean, has comfortable seating and music plays as one is enjoying drinking their latte.

Not good with words, the typing kind. So in short, AWESOME Pastries. Im not vegan, but cant get enough of the savory vegan breakfast pastries. The shop is super cool, the staff super friendly. Today at 2:30PM i needed something sweet and drove from 10 minutes away for the Apple Pastie.

Ordered an oat milk latte with an extra shot for my wife and I. The proportion of each ingredient was perfect and the staff was expeditious in taking my order and preparing the drinks. We will definitely be coming here more often when in Orange County.

They have great coffee and great sandwiches with bagels, and the service is very simple. Maybe hell come back soon.

Their coffee was very unique, like a fuller bodied Australian style roast. Delicious and nice change from the usual. Or maybe I have no idea what Im talking about. Hah.
