Dont say you accept reusable mugs if you are required to use a disposable mug to transfer the coffee from your pots to my mug. So ridiculous.

My orders have always come out correctly. So long as I order at the location itself and not on mobile. The ability to customize your order on the app is limited and not as extensive as when ordering in person. Thats probably a well known fact but its worth mentioning

Another business is upset that COVID is almost over and their manager started to passive aggressive acting out!!

I spoke with Mike today regarding placing a large order. He was super friendly and helpful. Much better service than Starbucks Lido.

UNSAFE!! I went to get my coffee early in the morning and a homeless man had all his stuffRUGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. He approached me as I was opening the door and it didn’t feel safe, as it was dark and 6:15 am. I told the employees about it and he said “yes we are aware he’s there” . They didn’t care at all SMH 🤦🏼‍♀️. If you Want to feel safe go somewhere where the employees care about their customer safety

It was very crowded, the customer service was excellent. It is pricey.

I stop by here and they actually forgot to give me my coffee after 15 minutes I asked them where it was and they apologized

Ordered java chip without whip cream, lady serving it saw she made a mistake and added whip cream to fix it: she (without) gloves scooped with her bare hands the whip cream out. The fact that I had to tell her to get me a new one is absolutely disgusting. I’m very disappointed.

Avoid, this should never been allowed to be built in this location theres no parking in the Drive-Thru backs at blocking surrounding businesses and the end of the Street its very dangerous and dont get stuck in the line youll never get out.

My drink was super watered down

The staff at the drive-thru is friendly. Drinks taste good. Third time they have forgotten to give me a nitro lid. Still a great place.

Consistently weak customer service. Redefining bad customer service, sadly within a 20 mile radius this is the only Starbucks that has such service.Drink instructions arent followed very well for mobile orders and parking is a nightmare, liv within walking distance so will have to drive an extra two miles but at least my day wont be salted by these apathetic employees.

This was the Witches Brew frappuccino. First, it didnt look anything like the picture. It was lavender in color, not purple. Then it was tasteless, if there was orange flavor in it,I couldnt taste it. There was no swirl of bat warts, and hardly any lizard scales on the top. Very disappointed. I am sad I wasted my stars on this.

Tried the passion keto drink, it was so dang good! Passion tea, heavy cream, 3 pumps sugar free vanilla, no water no sugar.

I visited this morning. They were busy it is understandable but they can not be rude when I asked where was my orders were! Unfortunately they messed up orders and never apologized or said sorry. Drinks are on time but the cold cakes from the freezer takes forever to give ot to me. Not usual Starbucks experience. I think they need a Manager. I am talking about real manager.

It’s 8:04 pm and patrons are being asked to leave “because they’re closing”. Hours state open till 9pm. This is false representation and an annoyance.
