I worked here and it was great except for the customers. I don’t know why but we attract too many homeless people and we have some of the weirdest people who come and steal from the store. My coworkers were great but the clientele was not the best. If you go to circle K, try to be nicer to your cashier. Their job is enough workload, they don’t get paid enough to deal with rude people. As far as escorts go, we don’t do that. If you don’t feel safe, don’t come in. We’ve tried getting the homeless to leave but the police won’t do much about it and we have been instructed not to confront them. That aside, it’s a clean store and we make sure to stock items as soon as they’re in stock. Do keep in mind that most of the time we only have one or two workers with a manager running the entire store so the only time we have to clean is whenever there’s no customers. We do our best to offer excellent customer service but at the end of the day we’re humans and we’re not perfect. There may be a day when you get some eyes rolling and a fake smile but that’s about as bad as it can get because that’s better than ever yelling or cursing at an annoying customer.

There are basically only 3 workers there which I love. If you go to a gas station, they always have so many workers so I doubt they have full timers. Thats my thought, but here I know the people and they are sweet. They are all personable, they remember the customers, and they ask for others that customers know. Its a bit of a family atmosphere there even though everyone looks differently. Im a local, so its a nice walk for their amazing Frazzle. Its their shaved ice drinks they have by the iced coffee. We go there every day for it. The lemonade flavor is the best...and they all know what my man and I always get. Its nice to see them. My fiance is heading over now to get us some. I love this hidden corner store! I love that they never run out like 7elevens iced coffee

Do NOT go to this circle K. Visit any other liquor store . I went in at 9 on a Friday night to grab soda and there were 3 SCARY homeless men outside. I expressed my concern to the employees and Arly rolled her eyes at me . I was so surprised that she would be so rude . The maleEmployee with glasses was awesome and walked meout. As we were waking our one of the homeless guys came in and asked if any of the employees had see his “blade”. Seriously — his blade ?Scary - avoid this place at all costs

Employees are great, but as someone mentioned in another review they have a serious problem with vagrants being constantly outside their store. At anytime of day youll find your neighborhood junkie out in front panhandling; some more aggressive then others.

I tried to make a purchase. I put my card into the machine FIVE TIMES! EVERY TIME, the screen went unresponsive, then the transaction was cancelled. EVERY TIME! The cashier kept telling me that I cancelled. I DID NOT! Finally he told me, your card is no good. I went across the street to AMPM and my card worked PERFECTLY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE.

Go talk to RJ he is super nice ... Always has the beer stocked, the liquor on deck and your coffee warm. Circle k is lit. Party begins at 6am sharp and ends at NEVER. ( OPEN 24 HRS)

Circle Ks where I grew up (Orange County, CA) & later, Round, TX (those not familiar with this latter location, its a major suburb of Austin that has completely grown together; its basically all one city Round Rock/Austin) were ALWAYS RATHER CLEAN even the town where it began originally, & is STILL headquartered, El Paso, TX (Mountain Standard Time); only one time zone away, they seem to be most populous in The American Desert Southwest (Souther California, Arizona, New Mexico and far West. The Affer mentioned areas, most of those Circle Ks are kept rather clean. However, where they are not populace, their stores for example in Louisiana, are some of the filthiest stores Ive ever seen in my life! So if you want to see a nice Circle K start with either Southern California and go East or start with far West Texas and go west.

Terrible Customer Service, and often the store is not even clean. Kept coming back to give it another chance. After four chances go a block over to Back Bay Liquor.

Terrible costumer service the guy that works thier short younger guy with thick eyebrows stole $20 from me by charging me cash back 20 and not telling me or asking me if I wanted it and intentionally didnt give me back a receipt so I would realize til its to late !!! Terrible thief
