Great experience! Friendly staff! Quick service! Tasty coffee! Beats just about every coffee house! Ill pass several coffee shops and travel a distance to find a coffee bean! The girls working were very helpful and personable! Everyone complaining about the restrooms should be ashamed! Coffee Bean has no control over covid OR the stipulations and mandates introduced and enforced by the government! Their quality of product and service is much higher than most and cannot be downplayed by an incomparable, uncontrollable set of circumstances!

I cant believe this place has roaches walking around counter tops and the staff sees them and look the other way.. 🤢🤮 I think Im done with this place.. Im not even returning the food and drink.. Just putting it in to the trash..

I order your Carmel Iced Latte 3-4 times a week, every week because its FANTASTIC. I only know how to order them in your 32oz cup; any other size just seems wrong. Just wanted to share my gratitude and say thanks to your crew!

Nicole is extremely rude and doesn’t listen to you when taking your order also this coffee bean has made me the worst drinks more than any location, I have watch a new cashier charge my gf twice then when I asked for a receipt gave me a hard time then later I can’t find the receipt but the charge is still double and shown on her bank app but they can’t do anything what is happening is it time to close ??? I’d give you zero stars if I can Micheal a plus for effort I guess wait what effort smh.

This place is really great! The coffee here is pretty good and the staff was nice. The atmosphere was fun and the facilities were clean! The prices were reasonable and the coffee drinks again were really very good! I would gladly come back here and would recommend this place to others.

When I went there the first time, my experience was great. I told the guy working there thats its my first time and gave me recommendations. I tried the Jasmine drink it was so good. The atmosphere was calm the time I went but everyone was really nice. Highly recommend if you wanna try something different or to have a nice drink for the day.

I really dig this spot. Comfy chairs, Iced coffee is good and they even have liquid cane sugar you can put in to actually make it sweet. The only downside is the no-bathroom thing. I’m not sure where the closest one is to this location, but if I knew, I would go back.

Staff is just rude and its no longer worth giving them my business. Ill find another coffee bean or a Starbucks. Ive been a consistent customer for 4 months and cant even have a drink made how I want or a pastry toasted without attitude. I hope this comes under new management or ownership.

Coffee Bean has great tasting coffee, but go to another location. This location doesnt allow public restroom access, not even for paying customers. Should be illegal. DONT GO HERE.

This store needs customers service training. Went in today to purchase a coffee and muffin, wanted to use the restroom first. Needless to say I didnt buy anything because the young lady would not give me the restroom code. She was so rude, with her response. Saying you have to buy something first. My co workers stopped going there awhile ago for the say reason. I never knew using a restroom was that big of a deal. This is definitely my last time coming her, and I will advise everyone I know to go to Starbucks. Like Starbucks you guys need sensitivity training before you end of in the news treating people this way.

I try to support Coffee Bean over Starbucks but this location does not let you use the restroom. Does management realize that they sell drinks?! And people hang out with their drinks? Ridiculous.

Best brewed coffee in the area @ a decent price point.Fast service with friendly staff and a great value for those in a hurry...... or buy a tasty snack for a quick bite.

Wouldnt let me use the restroom although I made a purchase I was going to make anyways not to mention Im 9 months pregnant with a young child. I love coffee bean but there is more than a few reasons why Starbucks is a lot more convenient.

They dont have any restroom for even customers in there! Thats Why I prefer Starbucks.

One of the friendliest coffee shops Ive been to the staff is amazing and obviously the drinks are good. Unfortunately the downside is lots of homeless people are around here but I like that they treat them with kindness as well.

They make the best mocha frappacino. Add 2 shots or three. And only 3/4 of chocolate. Ask for extra ice blended w/whipped cream. A lot better than Starbucks. And it stays colder for a long time!!! Delicious and gets you going in the right direction. Really. You have to try it. Ask for thick. Just dont get it later in the day. You will be up all nite!!!

This is the post gym hang out for 24. The service is slow but it gets done. Arrive early or late if you need to plug in while using wifi.Mothers love to hot the outlet equipped seating for nothing more than ogling their nonsense spewing offspring.Please contact me so I can be there if you set one of them straight.

Hate is a strong word, but when at this location, service was slow. Made my drink wrong. And it tasted watered down. Ill just chalk it up to maybe they were having a bad day.

Donna the manager is racist and extremely rude. I bought breakfast and was sitting down responding to business emails and phone calls and every time i looked down at my phone to read an email (i didnt have my glasses so i was having to read at an amgle and a bit close to my face) she would knock on the table and yell at me to wake up even though i was clearly awake. She did this multiple times even when i was om the phone.Shes racist and unprofessional and i will be speaking to corporate about this. I spent my money here to enjoy breakfast but it was ruined because some crazy woman was bothering me any chance she got. Ive seen her do this to black people and younger people that look homeless...even if they buy coffee or food.She treats customers very poorly and needs to be fired asap as im sure the store is losing customers because of her bad attitude and blantant racisim.

9 ish on Sunday morning the tables were dirty with crumbs and so was the floor we only found one table that was suited to sit at that wasnt dirty.

Only gripe is that out of 5 times coming here they have been out of cold brew twice. :(

This review is based on the customer service. As a disabled person, I have trouble using the restroom sometimes and after only 5 minutes the employees started banging on the door telling me to hurry up. Very unprofessional and rude.

I just sat down after I ordered a coffee and the manager told you I couldnt stay there and that I had to leave.
