I always have such a wonderful experience shopping here and the sales are to die for, but on my most recent visit I wasn’t actually planning to walk out with something since I was merely checking out the sizes of two purses I was looking for.At the time, there was a really good deal for additional 30% off sale items. The toujours purses were just released in October but some of the colors were on sale.Now I normally purchase black and neutral colors only, but in this particular sale my eyes were drawn to the cherrywood color which resembled more of a wine red. I also usually stick to small cross bodies but I was really interested in the design of the medium satchel. There was something about the open purse with middle security pocket that really made me want to try it out. The associate, Kere Z, was super helpful in making a decision. She brought out several different colors and sizes and when I finally picked the purse I wanted she brought out everything that was on the floor so that we could look at which ones had the least amount of blemishes.I typically like to order online as the purses come from their warehouse in Kentucky. There was a slight blemish on mine that I honestly wouldn’t have even seen if Kere didn’t point it out. Nonetheless, I opted to buy the one in store since I just couldn’t wait any longer to get my hands on it. But I did appreciate the fact that Kere was really invested in making sure I made the right purchase.Overall, I’m not surprised by the excellent customer service that Kate Spade provides. I have been a customer for years and will continue to do so for many more.

Like you, I’m a sucker for leather. Namely, Kate Spades kind of leather. This flagship store doesn’t disappoint. I think it has the most selection out of any Kate Spade I’ve ever been to? Anyways, the prices and quality are the Best.

I have been collecting Kate spade for quite some time now and always look forward to new releases! The products are beautiful, high quality and inexpensive. I love the Kate spade location at Southcoast because they usually have a better selection and a nice seating area. The staff is usually friendly and polite, but unfortunately yesterday there was an Asian employee that was being rude to another employee who was very helpful to me. Not sure what that was all about but I hope it doesn’t continue for the sake of the employee and customer service.

I don’t usually write reviews, and I should, but after my experience today at Kate Spade at the South Coast Plaza, I totally feel compelled to. I was out shopping with my daughter for a dress for her upcoming homecoming dance. We visited many stores, and the customer service was not the best, or just ok, but when we arrived at Kate Spade, Jill A. was so friendly, and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us look for dresses, which wasn’t easy because my daughter just wasn’t sure what she wanted. After we were set up in the dressing room, she made sure we had everything we needed, and also offered us water, but she didn’t pressure us. She checked on us and then went about her business. I truly appreciated her help, and her customer service through to purchase, was fantastic. Then, to our horror, we got back home to San Diego and realized we purchased the wrong sized dress. We immediately called Jill and she helped and offered to ship us the correct dress overnight, and at no charge. After having spent all day shopping, and dealing with many people, Jill’s customer service is by far the best we experienced today, and in a long time.

Its almost scary with how well of a system they have here. If I had a question about anything at all, I was directed to exactly to where the item was and a knowledgeable employee was ready to answer questions I hadnt even asked yet. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Loved the store! The staff not so much. First time I went there I wasnt even acknowledged.. I walked out w/o buying anything because of this. Even though they had the wallet I was looking for. The second time was a bit different. Only this time I didnt but anything because I was just there blogging.

I called the Kate Spade store at Costamesa, Southcoast Plaza, and the manager Jill Abbey helped me in my online order purchase. I went to the store today and Jill was a super nice and elegant lady who made my customer experience great and worth coming back. She is a very professional manager who helps and respects her customers, making their shopping experience worth every penny. I would love to go back there and would highly recommend customers to buy from this store.

Customer service changes depending on whos working here at the time. Ive come here when the staff is nice and extremely helpful. Other times the service is atrocious. Last time I came here I got the distinct feeling that they thought i was going to steal a watch THAT WAS IN MY HAND AND NOT HIDDEN. I thought they were incredibly hurtful and rude. I would be cautious walking in here.

I finally hit the Kate Spade store it was wonderful everything in there very hip and up to date with all the latest fashions cant believe such a beautiful designer is gone now RIP

The staff was excellent. Found the shoes my daughter wanted and they shipped to NJ with no charge. I would shop here again.
