Agree fully with what everyone else wrote. The customer service here is horrendous. The store manager is beyond rude. I cannot express with enough conviction how horrible this location of Sandro is. I dont know how corporate hasnt come in a retrained the entire group of staff and replaced the manager.

I never know a worldwide known brand totally separated their online store and retail store. They all called Sandro but you never know why they handle by different departments----oh, so the online one shouldnt be named Sandro but e-Sandro from Paris? Dont purchase from retail store anymore, everyone. Because you will go through the worst customer service, and you cannot do price match once you check out that online official site has any promotion. Please choose other brands. You can show your better fashion taste and receive better customer service experiences. At least, you can do price match and have a good day!
