Overall good shopping experience and obviously a top notch brand. There is one sales rep, I believe her name is Judy, who is kind of arrogant/cranky. She was really nice and kind to me (and my pup) when we were shopping, and then the next day I give her a call because I thought there was an issue with the bill. She tells me to take pics of the tags and just hangs up on me. I then tried to call her back to apologize and let her know that it was indeed my fault, and Im sorry for the mix up, and I am told by another rep named Jessica that she is unavailable and has my number and will call me back. I was not happy with this so I call back a couple minutes later and ask to speak with Judy right now, and Judy is somehow available again and I let her know that it was just a mix up on my part and that Ill save her the trouble of hanging up on me again by hanging up on her ;).Id take ur business to another boutique or definitely work with another staff member at the South Coast Plaza shop. Everyone else seemed really nice, including the security guard.Ill be back, just prolly not gonna work with Judy again.Caveat Emptor!

Great service and selection! Hard to find a luxury item store where you sales associates are genuinely friendly and funny.

Store is kind of nice, people there are always attentive ready to help the manger helped me out and got what I was looking for, but the return policy is bad no refunds, only exchange, store credit or gift card. They sometimes go on sale if you buy something on sale the sale is final not even exchange or store credit can be had, I buy online at least that I can get a refund.

Nice store and staff, only downside no returns, only store credit and exchange, I would buy things online at least I can return and get my money back.

June 28 2020 I purchase some shoes at south coast plaza I went in the store looking for some sandals, the sales person ( Judy) showed me around the store I decided to try on some sneakers, I decided to purchase the sneakers she also show my boyfriend some shoes I payed for my shoes and sandals she did not once mention store exchange only ! I went back that following Thursday July 2 2020 to return the shoe because I decide I didnt wanted the sneakers, I was told u cant return them you can get store credit or exchange them I mentioned that the sales person never told me that, then I decide to call customer service because on line is a different policy from what I saw. Friday July 3 I spoke to customer service over the phone and store manager Patrick he told me he was going to speak to the sales person and returned my called, I decided to wait never received a called on July 10 I decide to give the store a call back since 7 days had passed and I did not receive a call or email or anything . So then I called customer service I was transfer to south coast plaza then I spoke to Patrick he apologize for the delay and said he was going to accept my shoes but that he had to wait for money to come in the store since they didnt have the amount of cash in the store since I payed cash! I told him that it was okay that I would be waiting for the call, July 10, 11, 12 and 13th passed by and no call so I called the store I was told they where going to contact Patrick and give me a call back, never received anything, all Im asking at this point is for some explanations I understand they dont have the money but busy weekend the store cant come up with 600$ I work for a signet jewelers and I know how retail works this is unacceptable I will no longer make any type of business with this comapny it was my first time purchasing from this store and my last time!

Sales Associate was cordial on pointing some of their items, however it was hard to connect with them. I have been purchased my high end brand at the South Coast Plaza for a few years and the sales Associates (Valentino, LV, Prada, Chanel, Cartier etc) they already know my name, contact me once theyve special events, they make me feel as a guest, I dont need to be dress up to impress. It was my first time trying to get to know this brand better (Givency) and first think I felt entering to the was reject not welcome, this is what determine if my money worth to spend there at this particular store. I still like what I see from this brand and I would be buying the purse I want. I would give another chance and hope they really are more welcoming and not judgmental by appearance.
