Simple and clean i love their fluff jackets. Got one last Christmas and got another one in different color.
I didn’t feel the clothing gave off heavy “Japanese style” vibes. It had v and crew neck tees in neutral colors, basic bras and panties, simple puffer coats, straight leg canvas and denim pants, socks, children’s clothing... No Asian necklines, prints, fabrics, it was all basic colors in solid colors on basic cotton items. It mostly consisted of basic items that would be common in a European or North American wardrobe, too, so I was a bit confused at how that was Japanese other than the label being owned by a Japanese family. It was seriously like a J Crew or Banana Republic without the seasonal, updated silhouettes, colors or embellishments. Many sizes of items were gone when I was there, which maybe made it seem more limited? There wasn’t like a sale or anything so I assumed it was normal.
This store sells a variety of fine, well-priced clothes and goods. However, just know they require a mask at the front, regardless of vaccination. Theyll offer you a mask if you have none.

Abundantly spacious and well stocked location! Its located on the first floor near one of the many parking garages. Displays are very well organized and sorted. Staff is courteous and moves everyone along quickly. The collab section is relatively small, and towards the front of the store.
Im an avid lover of uniqlo and GU styles. Great brand and quality of clothes/designs. Awful low quality and unprofessional customer service. Really damaging their brand the way they deal with customers. Had an item for return which i bought from VA, they told me i cannot return or even exchange it to this shop which is closer to where I live. I was really disappointed and threw out the items in the shop’s recycle box, and will surely throw my interest and loyalty into a different brand that respect and value us back. Very disappointing, Uniqlo.
This location never stocks any of the cool stuff from the collabs. Truly abominable.
Terrible customer service and communication. Came in for the Murakami collection the other week when the website said that the collection would be available. Greeter at the door said it hadn’t come in yet but when I talked to customer service they said the item I wanted was in stock. I had to leave by that time though. Wasted time on two trips. Manager at the store didn’t really do anything to alleviate the situation. They don’t have a direct line to the store to talk to anyone either. Customer service tried calling them but no one answered. Easily one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I bought tons of T-shirts and clothes from this store. The customer service is very attentive and the clothes quality is reallt good for the price.Recently they just release a new pack of 3 Airism face mask and Im confident to say this is the most comfortable non-medical mask Ive triedIf yoi have their membership and the app, they give out free stuff frequently
Horrible cashiers. I bought from this store three times and each time the attitude of the young cashiers is just over the top, even when the store is not busy.

Safe, lots of clothing and masks in all sizes and colors. Clothing are soft and high quality fabrics which is uniquely Japanese. Lots of masks in a variety of sizes with filters. Highly recommend. Rare to have cloth masks with filtets.

The hooded sweatershirt was a low quality, I washed (followed washing instructions as described on the tag) my clothes before wearing them and it shrunk and it had some wrinkles on it. called customer service about it and he (Terrance customer id # 01487593) said he cant do anything about it. this is unacceptable and I wont buy a 40 dollar shirt and it will just for one-time use only. this one needs to be escalated and brought to the manager or supervisor who can help me with this product.

Covid has revamped all their return policies and made it trash. Made an online order, got sent around until I finally received an email that item cannot be returned. Japanese company with outdated return policy.

The new return policy effectively by October 26, 2020 which “Merchandise purchased in-stores must be returned to the same store of purchase” is very inconvenient to customers and this makes me much less likely to impulse buy things from Uniqlo
Staff was very helpful in finding things. Checkout line was long, but most of the registers were being used. Just a very popular store. Ive bought various shirts here in the past that have held up pretty well. Bought more shirts.

Bigger and better than the one in Denver. Loved it. Their clothes are designed very well and their designs are nice and minimal. Theres also some great graphic teas available as well for yourself or as gifts!
Had a charging station for your cellphone! it was really cool and safe because the phones were locked up in the machine until you inputted your phone number and a photo you chose earlier when you first charged the phone. super cool! it was a big store but not as big as some other uniqlos.
Phone number doesnt actually call the store. You need to call a off-site number, give product number for them to check stock at the location you need. Have also shown up here expecting it be open but its CLOSED to count inventory
Great style and great value. A rarity these days. Our 15 year old son is tall and thin (61, 120lbs) and this is one of the few places we can consistantly find clothes that fit and look great. We recommend them to everyone.
I heard that this store has the products designed by Japan and made by China.The products are pretty good in my opinion because my wife and I bought some underwear and used them. The prices are pretty good too.All ages, men and women can enjoy shopping there I think but, you have to wait some long for your payment because of a lot of shoppers.

Uniqlo is a Japanese chain clothing company emphasizing on quality clothing at a reasonable price. This particular location is a bit smaller but most merchandises are represented. The store is clean and well stocked. And the sales agents are very helpful.
With the covid situation now, go shopping is the nightmare for everyone, lines are long, waiting is frustrating for all customers
Good quality clothes (button-ups, dresses, dress pants, casual wear, etc.) all for a good price. That is the biggest takeaway from this store, the clothes are affordable and not overpriced (especially for most shops in South Coast Plaza). So if you need new attire for a special engagement and youre on a budget then you can definitely find something at UNIQLO!

A nice place to find basic essentials. Had a lot of simple jeans, tshirts, undergarments, stuff like that. If youre looking for more unique, fashionable pieces, try somewhere else. Employees were overall nice and friendly.
The line is too long and customer service needs to improve. I was trying to do return and the cashier could not make any transactions unless a supervisor approves every transaction. I have never experienced such inefficiency before. I would not shop here unless you knew 100% youre keeping the item. Return processing is just too complicated and too long. They need to give their cashier employees more trust and responsibility.

On weekends the lines are so long and the store is so crowded that its actually a bother to shop here. Customers constantly throw things into piles on the shelves at the end of the aisles where their sales items are, so its hard to tell what is on sale or not. Today the line went around the store and it was so crowded I could barely squeeze in to find the sizes I needed. In the end, the line was just so long I put everything back and decided to come back during a weekday when its not as chaotic.
Uniqlo is always crowded with buyers. quality products at reasonable prices. I was fortunate today that It was a weekday and not so many people shopping. It may be just my imagination but I believe the Uniqlo at south coast plaza has expanded more footprint. business is good.

Never buy online Uniqlo again! After driving for more than an hour to return to physical store, I was told that I must prove my card number to them, but when I showed them the confirm purchase email, It didnt show any of my card number informations on it. Email only shows my home Address, and my shopping list. This is not my problem, Uniqlo needs to improve their return service. They even asked me go back and spend $7 to send the orders back to their warehouse. Are you kidding me? ? ? ? It was took long time to fixed my returning, I feel sorry for people who was behind me waiting in line. That’s first time I spent the time to write a bad review

I bought a button shirt and a turtle neck. I loved it because the fabric is nice and comfortable and the shirt doesnt shrink. After so many washes the shirt doesnt shrink.

We always make sure to make a pit stop at this store to freshen up our clothing inventory. Today was hit and miss - a few days before Christmas, even the new arrivals are out of stock. Lines were 10-15 min long. May just need to order online next time.
I dont go out to buy new clothes often. But when I came here for the first time to buy a new jacket, I fell in love with the selection and ended up walking out with 3 instead! The quality justifies the price. I just wish there was one closer to where I lived. But Im glad I can order online!!!

Products are great but this store suffers from poor customer service.You walk in to any store and their staff would greet you. This store doesnt. Sad.One male staff saw me walk in, made eye contact, passed right by me like nobodys business.I was picking out a jacket by the displays, was there for a good 5 minutes. The same male staff, whom had been rearranging stuff, was about 6 ft away from me and didnt even bother to check up on how Im doing. People at Zara, H&M, Cotton On and Express do very well with their customer service. This store, unfortunately, not.
I come here strictly for their basic t-shirts. Usually I think $10 is a lot just for a plain shirt (because I could get a pack of Hanes) BUT the quality is amazing and they have minimal shrinkage even after 3+ washes. Other than the ts they have cheap cool looking socks and they offer free hemming service when you buy a pair of jeans, I think thats really cool.

Great selection of clothes and almost every week is a different sale. The best is their airsm and heat tech underclothes which really keeps u cool when wearing airsm and heat tech will keep u nice and warm on those cooler weather.
Love Uniqlo and this location is great. The mall itself is a bit of a pain to get in and out of but this store is fairly accessible. The people here are nice.

Decent store but overall is really lacking selection. Each section has only a few different articles of clothing and there is not much choice. Compared to stores in Japan, this in is seriously lacking.

Ive shopped at Uniqlo in London, great experience! Was excited about the Orange County shop opening up... Unfortunately it was an awful experience. Nobody wanted to help me find the right size of jeans. I asked a girl who was folding jeans to help me, she didnt want to. When I asked her to help me get my size of jeans, she said it was too high up to reach. I suggested she get a step ladder. She reluctantly got one. When she brought it out she told me to climb up it and get it myself, she was off soon and couldnt be bothered. Thankfully I didnt fall from the ladder, nor sue the store for injury. After having found my size, I took them to the fitting room where nobody wanted to help me either. They even cleared out my fitting room when I went out to get another size, even thought i told them i was getting another size (they didnt want to get it for me either). Im not making any of this up!!! I was so angry and disgusted. The manager couldnt even say she was sorry to me, she just smiled. No one knew what to do or say in this store, I just couldnt believe my eyes! Continue to buy uniqlo online, but do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
I bought jacket and pants yesterday, tax is 8.0%.Other merchandise I bought at South Coast Mall yesterday, tax is 7.75%.I went back to Uniqno, asked Uniqno cashier why she charge tax 8.0 %?her answer is Unoqno always charge 8.0%...Today, I do shopping at Brea Mall Macys store, the tax is 7.75%I dont understand why Uniqno South Coast is able to charge 0.25% more than other stores at Orange County?I just call store customer service, their attitude is very bad, and no answer. They want me to talk to manager, hang off the phones. Very Poor service and bad attitude on South Coast Uniqno. I wont back to this store.Hoping everyone review your receipt again, to make sure paid tax 7.75%. Dont let Uniqno charge you more.Uniqno South Coast might charge you 0.25% more.
