One Hell of a professional experience in buying my car from these guys in May 2019. Attention to detail was superb and Chris made each step easy. First, a word about the picture: thats my Siberian Husky with his nose buried in the Snow. If you have a husky you will have seen this too, that is, if you live in a place like Vermont like I do. I found Top Gear Auto Traders on the internet searching for a used car that never had been driven on salt-infested roads. While on the phone talking with Chris I had a good feeling about him right away which proved to be true in all of our dealings. He was cordial, responsive, easy to talk with, straight forward answers, good advice, everything on the phone went exceedingly well. And there was a lot to talk about because my plan was to fly to Costa Mesa, buy a 2008 Mercedes Benz 450GL, and drive it home to Vermont. Well, I did it! Chris and a friend of his picked me up at the airport, I checked out the car, signed way to many CA required documents, and we parted as friends after a very smooth transaction. I had a great drive back. I stopped at Joshua Tree, Salton Sea, Anza-Borrego State Park, Calexico, and thats just in California! Dealing with Top-Gear-Auto-Traders was a great experience all around. I would do everything again exactly the same way. Well, maybe, I would choose a different route back to Vermont. Let me think...next time I would drive.....

After a long morning of car shopping, we apologetically arrived very late for our appointment with Chris. He waited for us on a Saturday and was so kind to our exhausted family of three kids when we arrived. He shared some great stories about his company and background in the auto industry with us. We were very discouraged with the big car dealerships due to inaccurate ads, poorly presented cars, hidden dealer fees; UNTIL with met Chris at Top Gear Auto Traders. We met Dennis and his mechanic and had some great conversations on their long history together. The car looked absolutely stunning, the staff is top shelf, the experience was a pleasure.
