I went to purchase a vehicle for my company. We negotiated price in advance and the price negotiated was the price paid. The deal was great for the vehicle too!!
I thought I was getting a good deal but thats not the reality of the situation, Sam didnt talk the entire time he just typed on his computer and swore he was helping me out. Instead I now have a payment that is too high, financed an insane amount that is 6000 over what the car was priced at when I arrived. Plus the finance charges. They took me for 10,000 dollars on a 2013 car with 90k miles. Thanks for teaching me a lesson the hard way. Go anywhere else but here.
I contacted this dealership about a car that passed 30k miles and didnt show any 30k mile maintenance on its carfax report. I wanted to know how much I would have to invest in maintenance before I bought the car so I messaged them about maintenance reports. Sam Adam called me and confirmed that I wanted to know about the cars upkeep - he said it would take a few days to get the report to me, and we can talk then about a test drive. It has been two weeks; I have received calls from other salespeople and I have received numerous emails from Sam Adam himself, all saying the same thing - Is there anything we can do to assist you in your search for a new vehicle? Nobody responds to my emails about maintenance reports, nobody sends me anything except these incessant reminders that they dont care enough to remember that I requested something and they specifically assured me it would be delivered.I give this dealership an extra star for prompt responses to initial inquiries, but my experience tells me they do not care to answer questions or help customers in any way.
I was going to purchase a car from this dealer. Having established that they do fixed pricing I agreed to buy the car. I then got the invoice / bill of sale and included, without discussion or consent were 2 charges.1) 3M paint treatment for $1500 and change2) some sort of car tracking system for $1500 and changeI said to the salesman I did not want or ask for these things and he could remove them from the invoice.The reply was a classic.“I have to go to corporate as we include it in every sale”Such BS bait and switch … they are not honest or transparent and fixed pricing is far from it

I got my first car from Nash auto and the experience I had could not have been better. The dealer, sam, was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and what my budget was. I didn’t not feel forced or pressured by the salesman. Instead I felt as if they wanted to help instead of just sale. The transaction was smooth with no trouble. The car I purchased was in great shape and drove nicely. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
Take your time and go through every page before you sign the contract. They added extra charges with out letting me know. 3M plásticas por $2000 dollars its in the contract but I was in a hurry and not nodest untill the next day. Dont let this happen to you.
Ive worked with MO and SAM . Both worked very hard showing us all the different models and features of the car. Both always very responsive to emails, text and phone calls. Both answered all my questions timely. Im on my third car and due to COVID things changed but again they always worked hard to makes buying a vehicle less stressful.
$2400 extra mandatory fees minimum for any car purchase, were not able to explain fully what its for.There are no such thing as 3m authorized dealer that would warranty all dings and scratches for life.Then as I was getting in my car to leave I was offered to remove the anti theft device for less fees.

I had a good overall experience here. When I arrived, the car I researched online was the exact one I found on the lot, as advertised. With the exception of a few minor scuffs and scratches around the interior and exterior of the vehicle; the car was clean and still had that new car feel. For a first time car buyer, I felt the experience was relatively hassle-free. Having financed through my bank, I was able to get my car for a pretty reasonable price. They were also able to get my title to my bank within a few weeks; so I was able to get my own liscence plate, and not have the temporary tags for too long. They also accept trade-ins and are able to match CarMax quotes! Thank you again Mo and everyone else there at Nash Auto!Update (6/25/19):Went into a Lexus Dealership to see about my rear sensors. The middle-right and far right sensors had popped out of place because they had been glued on. They told me that the car definitely had rear bumper damage because it had been repainted. If the car had been repaired through Lexus, then they wouldnt have used glue; so someone else had to have done a shotty repair on it. The car was advertised with no previous collisions, accidents, or frame damage, which was obviously a lie. I am at the dealership paying $300 for parts and labor to fix an issue that should not have existed in the first place. If Nash Auto had been honest about their mistake, and told me up front, then maybe I would have kept their rating at 5 stars for integrity and not the its not my problem anymore mentality. Rating reduced from 5 stars down to 2 stars.

My daughter and I came into this dealership. She was interested in a Toyota Prius listed at $8990.00. The sales rep proceeded with extra features for 3M film and Goldstar tracking device. Both well over $3000.00. Completely unnecessary., the car came out to $15489!!!. What a joke, then he inflated the sales tax to well over 1000.00.,I called him out on it and asked I did not need the extra perks.. He literally kicked me out of his dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone., buyer beware.
Im so happy I found Nash Auto! I just picked up a Toyota Sienna from them, and it looks and drives like new. I have been looking for months for one that I could afford, but they all had 50-80,000 miles on them. Nash Auto sold me one with 19,000 miles on it for under $20,000. My salesman, Sam, had no problem letting me bring the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-buy inspection with no obligation. If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, you should include Nash Auto in your search. They are located in Costa Mesa.
Nash Auto does not honor their posted online prices. You need to but $3K in dealer added accessories in order to get the online price. They do not list that on their Auto Trader/Car Gurus ads. It is dishonest and looks illegal. Bring this paragraph in with you when you shop there.Under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and trucks, and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices, unless the ads specifically list expiration dates that have passed. Further, Section 260.04(b) of the regulations promulgated by California’s Department of Motor Vehicles further mandates that advertised vehicles “must be sold at or below the advertised price

I have been looking for a car online for several weeks. I found one that I wanted at Nash Auto. We are in AZ, so to go and get the car was going to take a bit of time, money and effort. I called and spoke to Sam several times on the phone before I committed to come buy the car, especially after reading many less than positive reviews on here.Sam assured me the out the door price (with no dealer fees) would be what is on the website. I had expressed interest in the extended warranty, which he mentioned made the Lexus like a certified pre-owned car. When I did some research, the warranty wasnt quite the way Sam explained, so I didnt want it.Then I experienced what others have stated on here, I had to pay for the products on the car, which was beyond the price Sam assured me I would pay. I was upset and was going to walk out. Mo, the Sales Manager stepped in and stepped up. I bought the car after working out the details with Mo. He was great and explained how they do things at the dealership to make money. Once we talked through the details I was fine with buying the car. I had the security feature removed (about $1500), but the 3M tape couldnt be removed, so I paid for it. To me I feel I still got a great deal on the car, despite paying a bit more for the 3M tape product. I wouldnt have gotten the car that cheap even with the 3M tape at any other dealership. I know, I researched this for over a month with dealerships around the country.The bottom line is this. They are selling the price for their cars at their actual cost. To make money, they add a few other additional products (which is what Sam kept referring to) to make money. Things like the 3M protective tape, and a security feature. This is where the dealership makes some money. I explained to Mo that the the buyer, this approach to doing business seems a bit shady, and was leaving me with a feeling like they were trying to pull a fast one. They should do a better job of explaining things and use better communication to ensure the buyers understand things a LOT more clearly. Sam wasnt the easiest person to deal with, but Mo went above and beyond. Just wish I dealt with him from the beginning, then I would likely give 5 stars.Bottom line. Just ask all the questions. Ask about these additional products the dealership adds to each car so they can make a little money. Just ask for Mo and you are likely to avoid any hassles or misunderstandings.

Chatted on the phone with an employee named Shanon about any possible fees that they have on their vehicles. She stated she’s not a salesperson and she’ll connect me with a one.I called and spoke with her to get connected to salesman, again, no one calls or even chats with made me believe this is a shady dealership. They’re obviously unwilling to explicitly state that they don’t have their bogus fees. Not contacting them again.
‼️‼️ MUST READ‼️‼️All my positive thoughts of this company turned into negative thoughts the I moment I went to a dealership for a maintenance check up.I came into Lexus dealership in mission viejo and they inspected my vehicle and came to find out that the tire sizes in the front were completely wrong!The left front tire was coming apart on the inside edge and my Right front tire was also coming apart but it was not as bad. Both tires have a 10/2010 DOT#! That’s 10 years old!!!!and are also the incorrect size!!The ones they put was 215/45/18.The Correct size is 225/40/18!!!This is a major safety hazard!! If those front tires had exploded on the highway while my family were in the car and if we had been in a major accident it would come down to you guys for the improper inspections and lousy leadership you guys have.Make sure to look over the Vehicles you purchase from here!And also the extra fees are true and they’re overpriced.

Hidden fees = scam. I went in to buy a car. It was advertised as 19900 on autotrader. They flat out refused to sell the car at that price because they installed GPS and 3M paint protector. For this junk they wanted an extra 3000. Dont be fooled by low online prices. Go somewhere else and save your time. Car sales have become so shameful.
Not some sleazy car dealer at all, they got my car prettied up before they gave it to me and fixed all the scratches. The price was good because of the scratches and scuffs but they fixed all the scratches so people think I got a new car for 20 grand less than new and 5 grand less than the average used one. They even threw in floor mats and extra keys. I took the car to a mechanic to double check and the mechanic said the car was good. My dad almost bought his car here but found another somewhere else with the color he wanted but I got my car here and I really like it. Paperwork was fast, they know what they are doing. They showed me the features when I picked it up and double checked all the keys to make sure they work. They also gave me a free detail and sam helped me out. Ill probably go see Mo again if my family wants another car. Btw my car in the picture has a few modifications I put on after I got it from them

Dont go there. I am an return customer on that place and my both car salesman was Mo Salah. He told me he is taking care me as his own brother and later i find out he ripped me off $2600.00. He add two additional service on the contact without even asking me and i sign the contract because i trusted him and that place. I guess this is how he take care is own brother.
Stay away! They lied about getting the car inspected. They said car inspected but takes two weeks to get the report BS right there. I even called place where they said they did Inspection said they never did inspection and that they give you report before you leave with car.
Sales guy was nice left me be like there mission statement states prices online are different from whats said online. You cant haggle for a better deal or maybe he just didnt want to. I told him I wanted to pay cash and he wanted me to finance because he said they dont make money selling cars. Was looking at a red ct200h fsport and there was another one that was black and a year older with like 10k more miles but that one was like 4k lower then the car I was looking at so I dont know if he just wanted to make a big profit because he told me 27k out the door when it was listed online for 19,990 since I dont live in the Oc I cant get the tax break they have of 7.75%.
My first experience here was not great. But I do love the car I got, and I went back today to take care of something I more or less forgot about for a year. But this time I worked with Mo Salah, and he was great. I would definitely buy a car here again if I could work with Mo. He was helpful and friendly, and he took care of everything quickly. Definitely recommend you ask for Mo.

I was in and out quickly and the truck was clean and perfect. Great people everyone was so pleasant and I was impressed with the professionalism and organisation of the entire process. I have bought many cars in my life and have seen it all, this place is 5 stars!
The people seem nice but you can add $4,000 onto whatever sticker price you see because they will force you to get dealer options that are in the fine print and then they will tax you on them. The 3M protective stickers that they charge you $1,500 for look absolutely terrible on the cars too, they are very noticeable.

We had it shipped out of state to us and were a little nervous. When it arrived, there was an issue with the dash they hadn’t noticed. I was so upset and certain that I’d just have to get over it. Not the case! I worked with Mo and he presented multiple options to have the part replaced. He is a class act, has integrity, and truly cares about his customers. As long as we can work with Mo, we are a Nash fan for life!!
I looked around at many of the other used car dealerships and I chose to go with this one. They had no problem with me taking the car to my own mechanic and letting him inspect it as long as I gave them a copy of the inspection. I will buy my daughters car from here and refer all of my friends here
Mo Salah was very experienced (20 years of car dealing) in his craft and he has respectfully and accurately guided me and my mother in purchasing a 2004 Ford Mustang, which was offered at a reasonable price considering its low mileage and no accident history. I was very satisfied with the manners, accountability, and professionalism that Mo has displayed towards me and my mother, and I have made the right choice in putting faith in his expertise when I was making plans to buy this car out-of-state.

I purchased a car from this dealership. Very nice car... or so I thought. The car works, and I got a carfax report. I wanted to trade the car in and to my surprise, the car had structural damage. On the carfax report that I received, it said clean and clear.. basically no accidents reported. When I went to get it appraised to sale/trade-in, the car fax was pulled and the accident showed up. SO BASICALLY THEY LIED ABOUT THE REPORT OF THE CAR.If you are to really get a car from this and find the price just sooooo good.. dig a little deeper and you will see most of the cars have been in either an accident or have some serious damages that theyve covered....

I drove from Santa Monica to this car dealer because they have a car that I liked and met the price that I was looking for . A Toyota Sequoia.the sales person, Moe did the transaction with me and I purchase the car.No even two months after my purchase this car started to malfunction and have cost me over $ 4000 on repairs.Moe sold me some sort of extended warranty that does not cover anything.I feel betrayed by a dealer whom I trusted and put my money into.not only the car is a lemon but I never got some other parts that were supposed to come with the car.I called Moe few times and never found him so I stop and just decided to fix the car.Today, 9/28/16 that car has been taken to the mechanic again because another issue ... that means more money wasted.I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone.the money that this agency claimed that saved me has cost me probably double.I dont have any stars for this dealer.the only star that I give is just for having a nice building...thank you,Ariel Gonzalez

Nash Auto crew was great at helping me with my trade in and purchase. There were a few things about the car I wanted fixed and they agreed that this would be included with my purchase of the vehicle. The worst, after agreeing on a price Sam the so called manager adds on 3M paint product and theft deterrent protection. It already has a alarm. I spoke with the owner/general manager. He discounted the 3M from 1600 to there cost at 350! Why would a two year old Lexus even need paint protection that I didn’t even ask for. A total rip and a bait and switch!!! Be aware and stay away...

Instead, a very nice man named Nick joined us to let us know that we could test drive any of the cars and that he would be inside if we have questions. NO PRESSURE AT ALL! First of all and above all else if you are looking for an honest trustworthy and professional car dealership then you need not go anywhere else but Nash Auto. Our experience with Mo at this dealership has been nothing short of extraordinary. We live 197 miles from this dealer and after spending months looking for a quality used vehicle and sifting through hundreds of ads via all the known web sites like car gurus and such we found our perfect used car at this dealership and decided to roll the dice and take a trip to see if what we had found could really be true.From the moment we started speaking with Mo we were treated with courtesy and respect. A week after taking delivery of our vehicle our check engine light came on and we took the car to a local Audi mechanic where we live. The mechanic concluded the code was for a thermostat failure and so I contacted Mo and asked him why this was not found prior to our purchasing the car and then the next day he called us back and offered to help us out with the cost of the repair even though the car was sold and purchased by us without a warranty!!! I realize this sounds like a too good to be true story but I assure anyone that is reading this review that I was not asked to write this review nor am I making this up!!This good faithgesture by Nash Auto has not only insured Mo that he will now have all of our familys business but also speaks volumes as to the honesty and integrity of the Nash family itself and that they truly do care about their customers and are not just another used car store where they simply play the numbers game and then move on to the next sale.Again, do yourself a favor and go see Mo at Nash Auto and know that you will be told the truth and taken care of after the sale, it simply doesnt get any better than that when it comes to buying a car folks!!!BRAVO to everyone associated with this fabulous, HONEST and professional car dealership.

My car is great, but the salesperson who sold me the car added on an extended warranty after I told her that I didnt want it. She told me that what I was signing for was an included warranty from Toyota that came with the car. I later found out that an additional $2,500 was added to my balance. I had to pay for the car in full to get out of the loan before I could get out of the warranty. Once I made that miracle happen, I didnt get my money back from the warranty until 3 months later, after making numerous requests.
TL;DR: >great experience>Clean cars>10/10 would recommendSusan made the car buying process so simple, especially for a first time buyer like myself! They didnt have a HUGE inventory, but all they cars they had were clean and I was able to find a the one I liked at a great price. The dealership is very clean and well maintained and Id definitely recommend a friend!
I had a wonderful experience at Nash Auto. I was a first buyer with no credit but Susan did everything she could to get me an unbelievably low rate. They had the exact car I was looking for, for the lowest price anywhere, with low miles. Im always talking to my friends about how Nash Auto really helped me and listened to me and got me exactly what I wanted.
I went with my sister to shop for a car and Donna and Sam made that experience very easy. No pushy sales men but a very pleasant experience.
Great prices. Great deals. .Upfront and honest.Viewed all paperwork pertaing to the car I purchased. Out of 6 cars we looked at, one had a bumper replaced. Took the car for an inspection and were advised it w as in excellentcondition. No hidden reports. Funny how some people write bad reviews when they certainly should be out finding work .We had a great experience. Can you say hustle? Watch the add on tricks like gap insurance and extended warranty the blue up your payment. Better to get your own financing. I got double talk on the phone quoted rate once in the building.
I just purchased my car last week from nash. I want to thank Mo for helping me and my husband out. Once we walked into the facility it was clean and so much space its a wonderful facility to purchase a car. Went here to look at a used vehicle. The sales woman very heavily tried to push me into getting the car financed even when I told her no several times. The vehicle was also a smokers car which she declined to mention and we only realized after seeing burn marks on the fabric in the back seat. It was also obvious that they had tried to hide the cigarette smoke smell with a strong perfume. This dealer also says that all of their prices are no-haggle so good luck trying to talk them down.
I want to personally thank Mo for spending quality time showing me the different features of our new Lexus. His salesmanship was outstanding and I will be sending my family and friends to Nash Auto.

They had me come all the way from Canoga Park to tell me my credit is good enough to get any car I want on the lot but the bank has to approve my loan with upper management for a used car great selection time waisters for staff

Got my 2012 Prius V with my man Mo today! Mo waited for me until 8pm to get there after my work on a FRIDAY night. We test drove the car, by the time we got back he already got my car appraisal back. The appraisal was at a reasonable price. Mo was able to work with my budget and even got us a better loan than my pre-approval from the navy! Mo is by far the most helpful and trustworthy car salesman I have ever met. I highly recommend buying your next car at Nash auto with Mo because they have high quality vehicles with great service at a very affordable price. I am sure I will be back to Mo for our next car.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a car, toyota camry 2012 from nash auto in 2015. Three years later, now, I want to trade the car for a newer one in a different dealership. After they run the carfax they told me sorry maam, your car has been involved in an accident before. I was literally shocked, I still keep the clear carfax from nash auto. They lied about the condition of the car and they are getting rid of the cars before an accident is reported and processed in carfax. This is literally rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE. I will look for my rights by law!
