My sales person Andy was very nice, but since he was so new he relied on others to help.Seriously, the dealership was very unorganized. The car keys and manual were missing on the car we purchased-the car was delivered without keys. Only 1 key was made, and I was told today 7/16/21 the other key and manual would be available. Now its delayed till Tuesday.Also, we repeatedly asked when we came to pick up the car to have a tutorial on the car.The lady they pulled in was nice, but not that informative. When you deliver a car have someone experienced talk to the new buyer. Like they do at Lexus, Mercedes etc. Be a cut above.I am looking to you for a Professional Presentation of your cars-there was none. It was truly embarrassing from a business stand point.
Aisha helped me and I got there right before they were closing and she was as sweet as could be absolutely wonderful customer service gave me all the time in the world extremely patient thoroughly knowledgeable I knew the answer to every question my mom and I had very professional and I felt bad because the dealership had been closed for at least 20 or 30 minutes but she was giving us special attention and first class first service like she had no place else to be and we had never even met before she had no reason to do that I genuinely appreciate her customer service and her knowledge and sales there was also another lady there that was very nice that night as well it needs to be said she is an asset to the company for sure and I will be following up

Worst customer service I’ve dealt at a dealership. Cancelled my car warranty that “you can cancel at any time”. Cancelled it back in June. 3 months ago. Still have yet to receive a refund. I’ve called countless times over the course of 3 weeks trying to talk to some who can help. No one answers! Always voicemails. Told so many times someone would call me back. Again false promises. I can’t even go during the weekend to deal with this as the cancellation rep only works during the week. This dealership is excellent at getting you to buy a car but they lack assistance in the after purchase process. Top it off they didn’t put my address into their system correctly and I never received my documents to get my new tags. I now have to go to the DMV On my own time to correct the address and renew my tags.

They will due the job with out even BE professional and call you the difference. It is of my knowledge that dealer’s services are WAY MORE EXPENSIVE, but I still wanted to take my car there thinking they would know what they are doing better.Not only was my car there a couple of days but I also had to pay )$170 dls for the diagnostic and for parking my car there I guess! Because I was willing to pay for the service but they didn’t have the part and they were not able to check before giving me an estimate(crazy right?!).

I purchased a vehicle in January 2021 and the dealership never sent the title to my bank. I have been in contact with the dealership over the last few months with reassurance that the title would be sent to the bank. However, on top of my bank not receiving the title I also haven’t been able to pay my registration that expired in February! This is not how a business should run. I would not recommend this dealership.

The start was a little sluggish, I took my car in for oil change. The young lady that helped to fill out the paperwork was not very good or happy about what she was doing. I had a 10:30 appointment and got there earlier than 10: 30 because I work evenings. The young lady kept the paperwork at her desk and my car at the entry spot where I parked when I first drove up. MANAGER TIME! I spoke to the manager and he was awesome, got the ball rolling and got me Out of there quickly and effectively. Thats the reason for the 5 stars

This place has horrible service. I cancelled my warranty and no refund has been made to my account. They said it takes 6-8 weeks and it’s already 3 months and I’ve been calling for 3 weeks and no one seems to help. Only transfers and voicemail and no one to speak with. Managers who you can’t even get of hold of as well. Never buying from this place again.

This review is specifically for Maya M in Service. I purchased our company Nissan NV 2500 from this dealership in 2013. It has changed ownership at least 2 times but Maya has been my service advisor the entire time. Since purchasing the NV2500 in 2013, we’ve moved further away from Costa Mesa and there’s another Nissan dealership closer to my new place, and although the drive is longer, I still prefer to bring our company truck to Costa Mesa Nissan because of this rare and hard working service advisor. Maya is patient, honest, and has one of the best work ethic in the repair industry. Due to my schedule, I tend to drop off the truck late right before closing and Maya is usually there working and one of the last advisors on the floor. If I’m running late by a few minutes, I’ll call and she will usually wait. Dropping off your car to any service repair shop can make a person feel vulnerable, however, Maya is someone with integrity and character so I never get this feeling. This is the reason I haven’t changed service centers for our truck in 8 years and will continue for another 8 years because of Maya.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Last month I was told I could have my transmission replaced on my 2014 Nissan Versa for free due to a lawsuit Nissan recently went through. Of course I accepted because Id like to keep my car going for as long as possible, HOWEVER what should of been a job done within a few days took almost 2 WEEKS because I was told their computers kept crashing and they couldnt reset the computer in my car. At first I thought nothing of it...but now a couple of weeks later I am having an issue when I shift from Reverse to Drive - something that was never an issue with my OLD transmission! I was not told that replacing something like that would trigger a problem I never had in the first place. I took my car in today to have it inspected and they said P0705 code came up and I needed to replace my tail lights & it would cost OVER $500!!! Unbelievable. Then they tried to charge me for a diagnostic of something that was THEIR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE! This was the last straw for me…after buying my car from this dealership for an outrageous price then dealing with the RUDE service department I will no longer be taking my car to South Coast Nissan and will inform others who own Nissans or are looking to buy to stay clear of this place.I know I sound like a Karen, but my car that was doing just fine has been RUINED BY THESE PEOPLE! Now I have a messed-up car that I now have to pay out of pocket to fix. Thanks for NOTHING!
I had gone to 2 other Nissan dealers and they didnt try very hard to get me into a car. Nissan of Costa mesa worked with me and actually stayed over to get all the paperwork done.

Part of the service performed by Costa Mesa Nissan Dealership last week on our 2016 Altima was examining the tires and setting the proper air pressure. Imagine my reaction when I am well on the freeway to Tucson and noticed the on-board dash tire pressure indicator: RF = 54 pounds; LR = 31 pounds; LF = 39 pounds; and RR = 41 pounds. Pure bait and switch. Arrived in office after they accepted an offer of 2190o thur morning. Drive an hour and half sat morning after i tell them im buying the car. Internet sales mgr then hands over paperwork for car valued close To 26k. Emails saying offer good for two days and i let them know i was coming in sat morning 9am on the dot. Then told, oh our sales prices change, not to be trusted. Asked to “talk about it and work with them.? But since half employees not wearing masks, no thank you. Embarrassing conduct.

I went in on Sunday for a test drive. Terry was very nice and meticulous. He made sure the car was clean and safe to use. He was also really knowledgeable about the different features the car had. After the test drive, I knew I like the car but was unsure about the color, so Terry took me around the back until I found a color I liked. He took extra time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and made it easy for me to pick up my other car the next day.
DO NOT USE THEIR SEVICE!!!!I drop my work van there on wednesday for some recalls, no call on Thursday, friday I call multiple times until I was able to talk to the service rep.... he quoted me 1700 after i told him that made no sense even for dealer prices he said he made a mistake and that it was actually 1200, still high but made me wonder are they pocketing money... after I said no thanks I told him I will pick up the van on sunday, he said no problem. Sunday came and no keys, they dont open service on sunday!!! Go to stadium Nissan.
Weve always used Tustin Nissan due to location only. Have not enjoyed them as a dealership. Not sure if the next car will be a Nissan, but if it is, well definitely go to Nissan of Costa Mesa before any other. The service was good! However, the interface for reviewing additional service needs and approved/reject for the car was a bit awkward on an iphone maybe if its mentioned before receiving it, that would help.
Looking for a new car, when we arrived we were approached by a female sales person. She was a bit rude and when I told her I was looking to lease she walked away and didnt come back. We stood around waiting, then a very nice young man came out and asked if we were being helped, not knowing if the woman was coming back we let him know that we thought she was helping us but hasnt come back. He said he would go and check. He came right back and said she got busy doing something else (soon after we saw that something else was her eating at her desk) he was very helpful and kind, he should us some cars and we test drove one. When we got back he offered us some water and gave us his card, his name is Kenedi Charco. If you happen to visit this lication I recommend staying clear of the female sales lerson and ask for Kenedi if you want to be treated with respect and kindness.
This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership before. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted and they took the information from my car to have it serviced. Maya the service advisor was super kind and energetic, and she was very professional when it comes to helping me get service for my car.The dealership was clean, and I felt that me and my car were well taken care of. Maya handled everything and she even gave me excellent suggestions of places to go eat while I waited for my car to get an oil change. She gave me a reasonable quote time and my car was even finished sooner than expected! And when I got my car, it was cleaner than when I brought it in, which was a huge plus since it was full of bugs from my long drives. When it came time to pay, Maya went over everything, and told me about other services that my car would eventually need, but she didnt seem pushy to try to sell me the service. She seemed very genuine and I knew she wasnt your typical sleazy salesman to try to get me to spend more money.Overall, Maya is the best service advisor I have ever met, and my whole experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. I will definitely be coming back and recommending all of my friends and family to go to this dealership.

I visited Nissan of Costa Mesa last night after speaking with numerous dealerships. I came across a salesperson by the name of Perla who indicated that she could assist me with the purchase of a Frontier Crew Cab at a reasonable price.After speaking with her she convinced me that it was better to purchase a new one rather than a used model since there are various incentives. I agreed to visit the dealership after numerous text messages and phones calls. I set up an appointment to meet at 6:30pm in West Covina Nissan which was over 40 miles away from me. After arriving at the dealership, I was told that she no longer worked there. I proceeded to call her at which point she told me that she had moved to Nissan of Costa Mesa which happened to be 10 miles away from my home in Irvine, CA. Apparently she mistakenly told me that she would be at her old dealership. After driving another 40 miles back to the correct dealership. I was told that she would sell me a 2020 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab Midnight edition at an agreed price at 0% interest for 84 months. Prior to visiting the dealership, I verified multiple times with her the promotional interest rate which she confirmed.After waiting around for an hour and half in the lobby and driving back and forth to the wrong dealership, the Sales Manager, Luis Romero approached me and informed me that they could not offer the 0% for 84 months as it was not available for the Frontier model. He basically said there is nothing I can do and let me go without offering alternatives. He was rude and unapologetic. He didnt offer to make it right. I went in to purchase a car only to told by a car dealership that they couldn’t sell me a car.UPDATE: After numerous unanswered calls, I spoke with the GM, Tom who pretty much said he couldnt honor the deal. All he offered was 6 months of oil changes for the inconvenience and wished me luck. Its unethical business practices such as this which drives customers away. Id recommend taking your business elsewhere. I plan to escalate this to Nissan corporate.

I called Nissan of Costa Mesa after getting the run around from Mossy Nissan in San Diego. John told me immediately what my price would be . It was the price I expected to pay as I was paying cash. I went up the next day, filled out the paperwork, and drove my car home. Theres a lot of paperwork even for cash but it was handled with good nature and as quickly as possible.

Maya, who was my service advisor, is incredibly personable but also knowledgeable which is extremely beneficial. Rather than simply trying to convince me to sell my Xterra to the dealership in order to buy a new truck, she understands that I love the vehicle and want to keep it running for as long as possible.Since the service was performed my Xterra has been running great. I was advised to get a few additional services done and will definitely be coming back to Nissan of Costa Mesa for those items when my work schedule allows it.Ive had bad experiences with a few other repair shops and/or dealerships across the past handful of years. With this service and the on prior (in July I believe) I feel as though Ive finally found the service center that Ill be sticking with permanently. Thank you.

After receiving emails with discounts and them not being able to honor them because i drive a gtr seems somewhat unethical. Especially when the actuaI emails states that I drive a gtr directly next to the coupon. I understand they get sent out to all customers but at the same time it wouldn’t take much effort to either not send them to gtr owners or to simply send gtr owners separate coupons that only apply to gtr’s. Could have saved $150 by going to my personal mechanic who more than likely has as much or more experience with gtr’s than the leading tech from Nissan.
The extra EFFORT by Daniel to get the car I wanted even if it meant getting it shipped from Santa Rosa! No haggle negations! What a relief!

Youll get your repairs done but weekends can be busy and they are a bit pricy. They offer free Uber rides up to 10 miles so take advantage of that!

The Customer Service staff here is amazing. They are always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They are never pushy and make your experience a pleasant one. Technicians, on the other hand, need to perform better. Almost every time I come here they forget to do something in my car that forces me to call back their customer service department.
Avoid their service department at all cost! They charge for the services that they dont do.I went for an oil change today. Wyatt showed me 3 options starting at $87 which included tire rotation. I told him that I needed only an oil change, he said the minimum oil change fee is $59.99 and I knew that was already high but I accpeted). When I got the bill after they were done, I saw a bill for $87 which included tire rotation. I told him I asked for oil change only, but he did not accept. He said that he understood that I asked for the first option which included tire rotation. I was outside watching the car during the service and I did not see any tire rotation. I asked Wyatt about the brake pad condition since it was not marked in their inspection receipt. Wyatt went to check with the mechanic and he said the mechanic forgot to inspect the brake pads which was part of their inspection service. I told him he forgot to swap tires as well. He took the vehicle back and this time I saw that they did the tire rotation. They charge you for the items that they dont do. No manager was on site. I wont go back.
