I was looking to purchase a Mini Cooper for my wife. Five Star Motor Sports had a vehicle that I became interested in - car looked nice. After shopping around, the car here was best compared to all others I looked at.Fred was not a pushy sales person. He was nice guy.The vehicle drove well when I took it for a spin and it and looked reasonably well maintained... on the surface.Not even a month in, and I started to have mechanical issues. First issue I had was smoke coming out from the exhaust. Next issue was a misfire in the engine... I was determined to get the issues fixed, so I took it to Crevier Mini to get a diagnosis. Crevier Mini advised that I needed to replace the Valve Seal guides, Air Mast intake Neck, Vanos Solinoid, FRM Module, Water Pump Pully, and Transmission mount - a total of $ 8,000 in repairs... I purchased the car for $9,000!!!!!I would expect a reasonable dealership to have many of these issues resolved, or at least disclosed... many, if not all, of these issues could have been identified by a competent mechanic....Take your time looking at the car before purchasing... test drive it a couple of times.I would not purchase another vehicle here and I would not recommend to my friends.happy shopping!

I purchased a 2007 Escalade Ext from this company and worked with Paris on the deal. He was very friendly and I had checked their previous reviews which most were good. So, I decided to purchase the truck and asked for a virtual tour since I lived out of state and really depended on their honesty before purchasing the vehicle. I had asked if the had been in any accidents, dents and if there was any mechanical issues and was told that no everything worked really great. I reviewed the virtual tour video that was sent to me and was kind of wondering why he was pressing the buttons pretty fast and he showed the odometer for the mileage. What he did want me to see is the suspension needs servicing message. So, I was finally able to get it into the shop this past Friday because I had noticed when I moved my truck so that I can park my car in the drive way that there was some oil drops on my driveway. Now, I take amazing car of my Z and it does not leak anything. Found out that there was a problem with the transmission that is now costing me $2,200.00, plus new hoses because the air conditioning wasn’t working either. A little side note Paris also had informed me that the delivery service they had used to ship my truck had picked up my truck on Friday and should be at my place later that day and didn’t get it for a week. I did keep calling to find out what was going on. They kept pushing it back on the delivery service. When they finally dropped off my truck and gave me the invoice it showed that they had just barely picked up my truck the day before. So, my opinion is, is that this company is very dishonest and if you purchase a vehicle from them to actually see it in person and if you’re familiar with the area, find a good place you can take the vehicle for a full inspection.

They are not honest. They buy their cars at auctions which all have problems.They dont tell you about the problems. The problem ends up being yours, so Bring your mechanic to save you thousands of dollars in the long run

Good customer service including follow up after the sale when I had a few questions about the vehicle - they were very helpful and proactive even after I had signed on the bottom line. You can always get attention from someone trying to sell you something - it is the service after the sale that really makes Five Star Motor Sports shine. They got me financed with bad credit into a car I absolutely Love!!The four stars is because they didnt have a dealer warrenty so I bought the vehicle as is. Which means your trusting that they did extensive checks on the vehicle. Ive had mine for a few days and love her! I would buy another vehicle from them again should I need one.

Purchased a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible from Fred. I live in Arizona so I only had the online pictures and Freds word to make my decision. Took a chance and bought the car and transported it to AZ. Upon receipt I took it to a Saab specialist. He said it was definitely a keeper.
