I was told it would be about 5 min as they were running late. It was 25 min later when it was finally my turn. Blond receptionist not helpful, impolite not apologetic. Didn’t like her attitude at all. Rest of staff was fine. I was there on my lunch break and if I had known it was a 25min wait I would have rescheduled. I didn’t appreciate being lied to. For this reason I will not be back to this location! The Santa Ana location is much more welcoming and they have great customer service skills which that lady was clearly lacking.

I visited the Costa Mesa location as orange county is able to do full face wax and la county is just eyebrows. Adriana is absolutely the best for all my face services, brows, lip, chin and neck. She is professional, super nice and very meticulous about her work. I drive from Redondo Beach to see her every week. That tells you how much I like her! Also Frankie and Cynthia up front are the epitome of customer service. Thanks ladies for making me feel spoiled every time!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was late and they rescheduled me for 30 min later. in and out in 15 min. My girl, I forget her name, was professional, personable and funny! would 100% go back again. also thank you to the front desk girl, she was so kind and followed COVID rules to the T!

TOO Unbelievable about this location! I made an appointment yesterday. They said i had $8 balance to pay because of they forgot to charge me last time!! The thing is I DIDNOT HAVE ANY SERVICES IN THIS LOCATION! But its ok, i asked twice if the appointment for today make sure, they said yes! When i go there today. Oh my God! They told me no appointment for me!!! What is that!! Totally waste my times!!!

I read reviews on this place on yelp. I found most of the reviews very true. First timers get a discount which is about 50% ($21) The location is very hidden pretty much once you see t-Mobile on the right hand you pretty much turn into the plaza. When I came in they were in a mid in training a new girl. Thier lobby is very small and. There is so much white things from the wall to the couch. They didnt really inform me that the wax person was running behind. By the time it was my turn I was already one hour later.Wax specialist was very informative tell me when to breath in and out. Explain what type of wax they use and whats the difference between each one. they never use the same wax stick also they tell you what they are going to do and what for. My next appt will be April 5, but might have to rescheduled it.

Super inconvenient to move an appointment earlier than scheduled. They seem to really focus on getting you to commit into coming back, but cant even provide good service when you are there. The people in the front act like they work on commission considering how pushy they are.
