I was shopping at this location a few days ago I was in Macys and I noticed some products from Mac that I wanted to get from the Mac pro store so I can get my pro discount I go to the store and as I walk in Im being greeted I turned around to say hello to the person thats greeting me shes on her phone texting the whole time so I did not know if she was talking to me I say hello back but she does not even bother to look up to say hello Shes texting on her phone ignoring me so I ignore her Im there for a few products that I want and Im going to get them I dont care if Im getting rude customer service Im getting my products so I continue shopping she does not come up to me or ask me how Im doing asks me if I need any help nothing shes still in the front texting on her phone another associate walks up to me asks me how Im doing if I need any help if there are any products that I was looking for today she was so pleasant so nice her energy was amazing right off the bat I knew that I was going to Get along great with her because she was genuine she was authentic she was humble nice and she was not Stuck up like the other girl that did not bother to look up to say hello to me when she was texting on her phone so very unprofessional she was blonde with a short pixi Karen hair cut middle age looking I want to say like 40 45 looking the girl that did help me was amazing and totally mad up for the rude stuck up girls behavior the girl that deserves recognition is Sandra Dominguez she went above and beyond for me giving me grat product knowledge on a few things I was interested in and really helped me to make the perfect choice if it wasnt for the rude Karen I would have gave my shopping experience 5 ⭐s

My experience with online ordering was pretty easy accept my discount offer code did not work or could be applied with no explanation. But was extremely impressed with delivery of only two days flat, thats what I am talking about MAC COSMETICS. Will continue to be a long term client, in-stores and Online!!!

I am terrible at make-up, Breanna was super helpful, thanks to her, now I can do a decent eye make-up. She showed me the better way to do it, helped me choose a suitable product. Loved the service! If you are like me with make-up, I would definitely suggest you to visit this store. Dont forget to ask for Breanna.

What brought me here was because of the horrid customer service I received at Sephora. I was in search of a birthday gift for a friend of mine. She requested a makeup brush set from Sephora but she happened to like MAC as well. Once I stepped foot into the MAC, I was instantly greeted by Aileen. She was fantastic! I literally know nothing about beauty, makeup etc and she was very patient to explain all the functions of the brushes women needs. My head was spinning a little bit but very helpful for my decision on the gift set.Since I knew nothing, I had to go with Aileens recommendations. It paid off because it was a success. If Sephora had this type of service, they would of hooked me but instead they care more about socializing on the floor. Since then, I have been back a few times and received the same type of service from other associates! Thank you MAC team!
