After our Audi sustained major damage in a parking lot, I received a list of approved body shops from our insurance co, Mercury Insurance. After researching and reading poor review after poor review, I selected Sandpiper but dreaded having to go thru a bad experience. Omg, this place is wonderful. I almost want to damage my other car so I can use them again. The lady at the front desk was always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, the opposite of a lot of the aforementioned reviews. The service manager who estimated the job and followed my car thru the process was helpful, on the spot and constantly keeping me up to date on the repair. He did all the coordinating with my insurance and even arraigned a car rental for me. The repair quality is amazing, the car looks better than the day I bought it. My insurance adjuster was equally cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with Sandpiper and Mercury Insurance.

I didn’t actually mean to go here but I got a flat tire and happened to pull off on the road nearby. They were super nice and switched out my spare tire for me. It was so nice of them to help me out.

We have worked with Sandpiper Collision restoring our Toyota Camry twice (hit and runs) in the last two years. They are a wonderful courteous efficient organization, from administration to management to technical and maintenance staff.Their pricing is more than fair for the very high quality level of work they do. We would not think of ever engaging anyone else in the entirety of Orange or Los Angeles Counties.By comparison, when we took our vehicle to another shop closer to home, they made us wait fifteen (15) days, JUST to provide an estimate... which Sandpiper supplies in less than 30 minutes, accurately every time. The staff thinks things through completely, and suggests necessary but unanticipated repairs, with safety, appearance and economy in mind.Members of my family back East have operated a first class Body Shop for more than 40 years... so, I know something personal about what to expect.We feel very fortunate to have been recommended to them.

My review is a couple months delayed but no less appreciated for the great work and fair pricing. Toyota Costa Mesa pointed me in Aarons direction and I sure am glad they did. Aaron and his team at Sandpiper are top notch. Thanks yall. You did not disappoint.

I just recently brought a motorcycle tank to be re-painted here. After many miles I had some chips on the front as well as a scrape on the right side of the tank.I worked with Aaron who told me that he would not consider the job done until it matched the original appearance.The initial prep and first stages of paint were done within 1 week. Good turn-around on the first go. After bringing the tank home and comparing to the fenders, it was just a bit off. The bike came with a matte/light gloss finish and the tank was flat black (matte black). Aaron said to wait at least 2 weeks and keep the tank in a warm dry place so the paint can cure and to bring a fender or other piece so his painter could match the look and feel of the original paint.I brought the tank back in 3 weeks later with a fender and Aaron had his painter handle it immediately. 24-hour turn around will always win in my book - especially when it looks as good as when the bike was brand new. 5/5 on customer service and quality.

Aaron gave me a fair price for the worrk to be completed. Everything was done perfectly and ahead of schedule. He even did extra work and did not charge me for it. I would not hesitate to use this facility again if the need arose. Top notch in ever respect.

These guys are the best! I had an accident where the front end of my Jeep was completely smashed in, and they repaired it. My insurance gave them a month to repair it, but they worked so hard to make sure I got it back well before the deadline. When I got it back, I noticed that it pulled a little to the right. They not only took care of it, but dropped it off at my house so I didnt have to be troubled with getting a ride back to their shop! Collin was on top of it every step of the way. All of the staff is so polite and friendly! Every time I called the shop, the receptionist even called me dear! It feels like a real mom & pop shop, but they handle business for sure! Cant say enough good things about this place!
