My experience with Caliber Collision was an excellent experience for myself. It was a very short time span I gave them due to hitting something on the freeway and I needed my car for my Sons wedding. Francisco and George and a wonderful team of guys there with there professionalism and really kind faces were outstanding. I so recommend this awesome place

When I discovered one small thing that still needed to be taken care of, they took care of it immediately with a great attitude and no wait time. I value their customer service and the work they did

This Caliber Collision location is by far the best auto body repair shop I have ever been to. Although no one wants to have their car end up at an auto body repair shop due to a collision/accident, Tizoc & George & the whole team at this Caliber shop make the entire process extremely easy, smooth, & a relief. Brought my vehicle here for windshiled repair. They helped me from start to finished Tizoc was very helpful and professional. 4/15: update- I appreciate the manager calling me. He said that he was going to contact the Caliber facility that works on MBZ vehicles with Fletcher Jones and have them call me. It appears that there is a glitch in the communication system. I have not received a call yet but he promised to have someone contact me.4/14:Cannot get anyone on the phone and the chat rep, Marcie, was not helpful. Waited 20 mins on phone hold with no answer. Than tried the chat and Marcie told me that Insurance had not approved my repair- which it already has approved. I asked her to please call me or have a manager call me......she said no and that I needed to call Caliber. Sooooo, I called the phone again and once again on hold. I hung up after 10 mins- I give up!

My Honda was damaged on two different occasions when run into while parked on the street. Both times I had it repaired at Caliber Collision on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. (2nd time last week). On both occasions I was extremely pleased with their friendly helpful demeanor and their expert repairs of my car. I was especially pleased with their General Manager Tzoc Ortiz as he carefully explained the damage and the needed repairs...and it all made for a very easy process for me...they even drove my car home at no added expense. I HIGHLY recommended them. You too will be delighted with their service.

Im normally very skeptic of any car repair shop because of their upsell tactics.Jorge Barajas and Tizoc Ortiz at Caliber Collision were amazing, they explained the process for every service I wanted. I felt they were extremely honest, which is hard to find these days. I would recommend bring your car to Jorge and Tizco at Caliber Collision for all your automotive repairs.

If you are looking for a reliable, honestly run auto body shop, look no further. Tizok and his crew are hardworking and make you feel like you are one of the family. I don’t know about you but I want to be taken care of like I’m family rather than just be another number. They are willing to work towards the best option for their customers. I ended up paying out of pocket, which was little more than what I would have had to pay for my deductible, on top of increased rates.The actual process of getting my car fixed was just as painless. One day to swing by and match the paints so they could prep the pre-ordered parts, and another to install. Easy peasy. They even spot treated a couple of parking lot door dings for me! (Upon my request) Don’t just assume they are going to read your mind and do it.Bottom line is, if you want a stellar experience, quality of people and workmanship: COME ON DOWN.

Really good experience from start to end! One little bump at the end when we received the automated text that the car was ready and after we returned the rental car the next morning and were on the way to pick up the car We got a call that it wasn’t ready until later afternoon. Very inconvenient for us and totally avoidable.

This is the 3rd time that I have brought a vehicle to this location. Each and every time, work has been completed within the timeframe and budget of the original estimate. The staff, both on the phone and in the front office greeted my husband and me warmly and got us quickly transferred to or into the office of the people that we needed to talk to, or see to get our needs met. The manager Tizoc Ortiz is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the work that was done on our vehicles, which was refreshing compared to other body shops. When the last and final look at your vehicle is completed by someone who can spot the smallest of details, it is very reassuring. I highly recommend anyone bring their car to this location.

Surprisingly excellent customer service from a repair shop. They followed up daily, did a perfect job on my car and had it all washed and clean for me a couple days earlier than expected. I highly recommend them.

New ride got side-swiped while parked. Caliber Collision made it all better! Great service; always let us know what was going on. Finished sooner than expected, and also took care of a couple of paint chips on door! Highly recommend their service!

Ron was awesome. He buffed out a huge scratch in about 15 minutes. Another local body shop quoted me 4 days and over $900 for the same scratch. If I ever need any more work Ill be back.

Taken cars here in past due to accidents, and they always take care of your car. Almost as if nothing had happened to it the first place. Clean and efficient place. Hard to maneuver into the back to pick up belongings though.

Great service!!! Last month I repaired my old car from Newport Collision.They were painted my old car as like new one. Their painting quality was excellent.I specially thank to them and highly recommend them to all.

Everyone was extremely friendly. While George was doing the estimate on my car, my dog got loose and George immediately went after him, he even stopped traffic to make sure he was safe. He was happy to answer any questions I had and made sure that I understood everything.

Dont take your vehicle here. They do horrible work and Im not one to leave bad feedback. I asked them to make it better and called them 6 times in a 3 week period before I heard back from the manger and his final response was Im sorry that we didnt get back to you, we have a lot on our plate. You stay happy and keep smiling. I filled a complaint on AAA as well for referring me to this garbage shop. Ask to send you elsewhere. Other places will appreciate your business and not treat you like your wasting there time.

Took my Audi A4 to fix all dents including roof dents before returning my Audi at end of lease. They said they fixed all dents and scratches, so I wouldn’t get charged by Audi for returning my car with scratches and dents. Returned my car to Audi dealership on 4/26 . Audi financial called me and said there was still damage to my roof and other dents,and I had to pay Audi $1500 for dents and scratches they found. Calliber collisions charged me 2k to fix the roof and other dents, but obviously they didn’t. I wasted 2k at Calliber collision.i still would have been charged $1500 even if I didn’t take it to caliber collision

Absolutely the best body shop I have been to! (Ive had my share of accidents) The customer service was awesome. From the moment I called for directions to my scheduled drop off day. It was just smooth. Really felt like they cared and wanted to take the stress off of me. They even arranged a rental for me. What was really nice is that the rental did take a little longer than expected (maybe 15 minutes, no biggy) but they offered to take me to the rental office themselves in their shuttle van. I was actually ok just waiting in their customer lobby drinking their fancy coffee, chatting away with Raul, Jillian and Joey! Great crew, you can just tell everyone is happy and enjoys what they do. I was intimidated at first to be honest, when I pulled up all I saw were really nice vehicles, Porsches, Rovers, Audis... I was like, they wont work on my little Ford... But nope, they took good care of her and kept me updated throughout the repair! Needless to say...They have a customer for life, because I know I will be back for something! LOL! Oh and my car came out pretty good and they offer a lifetime warranty! Awesome!
