Took in my 2021 Toyota Corolla with only 300 miles on it! A trip to Lake arrowhead left some chips in the hood from a truck kicking up rocks... I was bracing for the bad news to repair... Randy looks at it... headed into his shop, comes out with a little mixture of the proper Toyota paint... with magic touch the chips literally vanish! He mentions if I look close in the sun maybe I’ll find the repair... I can’t see anything! Randy says no charge and if I ever need anything larger consider him... what a class act! I insist on buying him and his lovely bride Wendy lunch... he hesitantly accepts my tip and then introduces me to his two Great Danes! What a cool place.. I would highly recommend Randy and Wendy for all your auto body needs... small scratches to major damage.:. They do it all! Thanks Randy and Wendy!!!!!

You dont find customer service and honesty like this anymore. My car was parked at work and the front end was accidentally swiped by a 16 year old new driver. Damage appeared to be minimal so I proceeded to get 2 repair bids to present to the parents. First repair shop nearby quoted $867 and 2 business days to remove and repaint the front bumper. Took it to Randys shop for a second bid. After glancing at it and hearing my story he says Do you mind if I try and buff this out? I wont charge you anything. I watched with a doubtful look as he took the buffer to it and after a few minutes of scrubbing all the damage was pretty much gone to the point of not needing repair. He didnt want any money but was just happy to help out. The opportunity was there to make money but instead he genuinely just wanted to help the situation.I was really taken back by this act of kindness and honesty which is why Im writing this review. Needless to say the parents of the young driver were thrilled and very surprised to hear the story as well.This experience will stick with me and I will be using and referring people to Randys shop from now on. Thank you!

Came to Randy for a second opinion on my rear gate after I dented it backing into a pillar. First guy told me I had to replace the entire gate and would cost ~$1700 and there was no way they could fix it to even just get the window replaced. Randy knew it would also be expensive to get a new part so he helped me try to find some used ones at local salvage yards. I know nothing about cars and he showed me how to take the door off and replace it if I did find a new part. Unfortunately, I couldnt find a new part but it was great to have someone teaching me about how to fix my car. I told Randy I didnt care about the door dents (couldnt see them behind the spare tire) and just wanted to be able to fit a replacement window into the back, so he helped me straighten it out and called the window replacement guys to come down the next day to replace it. After all this Randy didnt charge me a penny, the only payment I made was to have the window replaced. Randy is a great guy whos willing to work with you every step of the way, he gets busy since its just him and his wife, but hell give you an honest price and get youre car back to you in perfect condition. If you need body repair, look no further than Fix n Chips!

I know Fix N Chips on Google maps. My brake lamp is not work sometimes. I asked several body shops that most charge me dozens of dollars. The Fix N chips is owned by a couple. They are very kind and professional. They help me fix it very fast and without charge. Just say Not a big deal. Next time I definitely come back here to change the oil. OMG, they are awesome.

Randy and his wife are awesome!I got in an accident and just returned from a large chain style body shop and found Randy. He was willing to work with me from the get go and showed me examples of his work and compromises for the different options.Upfront and honest. He was able to quickly get me back on the road and work in further repairs later as I got the parts and time permitting.I hopefully wont need to, but I would certainly go to their shop again. I dont hesitate to recommend friends to their shop either.

Finally a body/paint shop I can trust my car with.I got a deep scratches on rear bumper off my car. Took it to two different paint shops by referrals. Both claimed 15+ years of experience and highly recommend. After 3 attempts by these guys I was still left with terrible overspray, dirt specks, and growing area of respray. Randy inspected the damage area and the botched paint job. Gave me a quick quote and explained his method and promised factory paint condition.Paint job was near perfection... Randy pointed out an imperfection during inspection which I did not notice.I hope I dont have to use their service often, but I will confidently be able to refer family and friends for sure.

Its my job plus I get to work with my family, which being around your fam can be annoying if ur around them all day, but I get payed so idrc. Tbh with the people who read this, its the best place that I could go to if my car get in a wreck. Although it does take some time because it is only my ma, papa, a guy named Justin, and I who work there. Yet it does the job of fixing a bumper within 1 at the minimum and 4 weeks at the most for fixing a fully damaged bumper.

Randy and Wendy are the best. Great work, great price. Nice people.
