They fixed my ES350 and used old grommets. Technician admitted to it and I almost got into an accident because of a catastrophic failure. Please see the result of the negligence in the two photos contained herein. There is no worse feeling than getting your car repaired after an accident and then have that haunting feeling as you are going down the freeway then all of a sudden a loud noise emanating from under your car. There was something scraping and I had to pull off the freeway immediately. Not satisfied, far from it! Taking the car back to get a repair on inferior workmanship is not the issue. The issue is using old parts on a Lexus leased vehicle and then having another unwanted event in life. Thanks for the bad experience and trauma. Not.

Everyone was super cool, very upfront and explained everything in detail. Great place, granted they need more TV channels cause Judge Judy wasnt all that interesting and they only have 2 channels.

Crash Champions Collision Repair (Pacific Elite CMS) stood and spoke to me for a little over 30min giving me much needed information and finding the best ways that he could help me.She replaced my car mirror in min and it was just the best experience I could of asked for. Crash Champions, and specifically Danny at Crash Chanpions, are champions. They took our Volvo in for some light repair work and just wow. I am immunosuppressed with MS and so need a bit more help than others at times and these guys were there to go above and beyond. They also respect masks and the safety needed in the pandemic. Not only did they fix the body work and work with insurance seamlessly, they also helped arrange a detailing service as well as tinting which is not a service they themselves offer but worked with a mobile detailer by bringing the car to them. They also, being that Im sick and it was hard to organize a pick up, managed to help me get my car back to me through delivery. I cannot say enough high praise about the experience we had here. They went above and beyond and Im just so thankful for what was an intimidating task became a 1-2-3 car back and better. Thank you Crash Champions and Thank you Danny!!!

So happy with Pacific Elite. Their prices are very reasonable, my car was repaired to the point where it looked brand new! They went above and beyond with their work. The employees were very kind, helpful, and delightful despite me being in a foul mood. They also repaired my car sooner than I anticipated. I am hard to impress, but I was impressed with their service.

I was in an accident and they had to order the parts and fix the car, and they did it in a timely fashion and Fernando keeping me informed at all times.

They went above and beyond to help make sure my car was perfect and that I was notified every step of the way. From helping to set up my rental, to providing text messages with status updates to making sure my car was ready on time on the exact date - it was a perfect experience. The cherry on top was my car was washed when I picked it up. Hopefully I don’t ever get in another accident but if I do I feel safe in bringing my car here. Totally recommend!

Am updating my mediocre review from three years ago when I had just an okay experience with Pacific Elite.This time round, Trevor and the team were super nice, competent, and punctual at all times. I appreciated the consistent text updates they sent me with progress on my car. Additionally I was very happy that they were able to get my car ready a few hours earlier than initially projected which allowed me to pick it up on a Friday rather than having to wait the whole weekend till Monday. And the car looks great!

Very communicative, got it done when they said they would, and the repair looks good. Smooth experience.

Repairs: 5/5 Just got my car back. I have to say i am very satisfied with the repairs to my side doors looks better than when i got the car. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed the interior wiped everything down and to top it all off They even finished my car repairs ahead 4 days ahead of the proposed finsh date.Customer service: 5/5Cant say i had any problems with any of the staff. The manager Trevor i believe his name was there was the person i spoke to the most. From our conversation He was very professional and i felt he took care of me.

I brought my car in and they took care of me very quickly and even called Hertz to have them come pick me up to get my rental car. I had constant updates regarding the status of my vehicle and it was even finished earlier than expected. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. My car came back looking like there wasnt a scratch on it and they even went the extra mile and touched up something minor just because theyre that nice there. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

Trevor, Nancy and the whole team where exceptional at service and communication. Extremely pleased with the entire experience. Absolutely will recommend them to others and, considering local traffic, likely be using them again in the future!

This is the 2nd time Ive had to use them this year. I was rear ended sitting at a light. Trever is the man...He makes it a point to keep you informed at every step of the process. I brought my car in on Wednesday and it was ready on Friday with a new rear bumper and paint.***11/21/19*** UpdateRecently an employee where I work was involved in an accident in one of the company vehicles. I was so impressed with the service I received from Trever and his team that I referred my boss to Pacific Elite. They took great care of my boss and he had nothing but good things to say about his experience.

Avoid! I have a dash cam and witnessed an employee of the shop take my car to get lunch. I also could hear multiple employees rummaging through my glove box and eat my mints. Once I got my vehicle back the work was very subpar. They re-attached parts of my bumper with plastic rivets instead of the proper metal screws. They also, punctured holes in the tint of one of my windows. When I brought my car back for them to fix their mistakes they reserved me the smallest cheapest rental car. However, since I have a truck that I use for work I needed a similar large vehicle. The shop manager was very rude when I brought this to his attention. He acted like it was my fault and he didn’t know I would need a large vehicle. But he does know I have a truck so I didn’t think I’d have to spell it out for him. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent service..perfect job

I was hit by a driver and his insurance carrier USAA recommended me to this shop. It was near my house so I went forward. I met with Mark McNeil he was super friendly, but very rushed. Originally I was advised my repair would take 3 weeks, then after a little more than a week I received a call that my vehicle was ready.I was traveling and it took a couple days to pick it up, we I arrived it was still dirty had some light scratches they buffed out which was good, but it wasted 20 minutes of my time.After arriving home, I found that the windshield had overspray on it, the fender lines didnt match up and the driver side window was very slow rolling up and down.These guys did a rush job and didnt put my car back together properly.If you have the choice, go to another facility and avoid these guys.

Totally trashy

In November / 2020, Pacific Elite fixed my truck without the approval of my insurance company, I had to pay all the expenses, the work did not turn out well. the front bumper on the drivers side was left open and the front wheel fender on the drivers side did not replace it as written on the original estimate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
