JP went above and beyond to make sure that I was ultimately happy driving my car off the lot. After some initial concerns he was able to turn it around and honestly did way more than he even had to in order to make sure I was happy with the outcome of the repairs of my car through Esurance. Dan Bush and the team at Crash Champions made the entire post accident repair process easy and pain free. Customer service was great, with regular detailed phone calls on status and cost of repairs. Set realistic expectations of when job would be complete and actually finished car before that date. Ending on a customer service high note when JP offered to drop our car off at our residence and bring the rental car back to their shop. Great job, and for those who unfortunately had an accident or need body repair on car--- Crash Champions is the place to go.

I was more than happy with the service and end result of the car. I had originally thought it wouldve taken longer but I recieved my vehicle a week before it was originally planned. The service was A+ and updates were given at every single step of the process. I brought my brand new car to Crash Champions to fix a fender bender and their office was so clean and their staff was so friendly. They have a communication schedule set up as well as an open door policy for the customer to call for updates. They were very professional and my car was returned like new, washed, and with a full tank of gas!!! I highly recommend them!

On July 6th, Tuesday, I sent my Nissan Altima to Pacific Elite Costa Mesa North for some body repair work. Two or three years ago, on an early morning I hit an animal when I was getting on a highway. I killed the poor animal but it also caused some damage to my car - First, it caused a dent to the AC condenser of my Altima. Secondly, it damaged my front bump and the under cover. Pacific Elite Costa Mesa North team did a great job - They were on time/on schedule finishing all quoted repair jobs. In the end, I was abel to pick up my Altima on time on July 10th afternoon. Also, they did couple of extra things for me that I didnt expect for. I was rear-ended in my Chevy Volt. The other drivers insurance company referred me to this place, which made me skeptical, and I wanted to go to my regular repair guy. But after reading the Yelp reviews, I decided to bring my car into Bodycraft Alliance, and boy am I glad I did.I called at 11:00 for an appointment, and Trever took my car in and had a rental car waiting for me by 11:30. The insurance was covering the damage to the rear of the car, but I also had some damage to the front from a prior accident. Because of the significant work being done to the rear, Trever provided me with a generous discount on the repairs to the front - just $300 total for what had previously been quoted by another shop at $1000 (which is why I had previously declined to repair the front). I enthusiastically green lit all repairs.Later that day, Trever called to let me know that the insurance claim had gone through. The next day, I received an email updating me on the status of the repairs and expected delivery date of ordered parts. I continued to receive regular updates until the repairs were completed, two days ahead of schedule. Trever made sure the car was outside and ready extra early this morning for me to pick up before work. The repairs were EXCELLENT. You would never know my Volt has suffered through multiple collisions (listen people, be sure to get a carfax before buying a used car).In conclusion, I highly recommend Bodycraft Alliance for their great attitude, responsive service and top notch work.
