The people at this store were nice patient and explained all pricing for the products I purchased. The team environment shared in the store works great. I went in on a Saturday talking with John and back on Sunday finishing the sale with Abby. Abby was awesome. Abby & John thank you guys for making the buying process and transition from my old service provider to the Verizon easy. You are awesome!

John was by himself and absolutely swamped! He was calm, sweet to everyone, and had about 4 customers going at once ! And everyone seemed very happy and grateful that John was willing to take care of them! I know I was!

Took her time helping us with apps and transferring all out data. Polite and professional team.

The girl who actually helped me, Abbie did a fantastic job! She helped me with setting up my replacement phone. Unfortunately the phone uses an e-SIM so it was a bit complicated. But she got it worked out and I left the store a happy customer regardless. Thank you again!

Came in to get help young lady wasnt patience with me and yelled at me. Told me I was wrong so I got help from the young man instead, he was calm and collected, took his time and explained everything- that lady shouldnt be in customer service she is rude and I saw her with another customer do the same thing

I’m blown away at the EXCELLENT customer service I just experienced! I’ve only done my Verizon transactions at Costco because I seemed to get the best service there. Not anymore!! Josh should be in charge of training other Verizon stores because his professionalism, knowledge and transparency of how the process/equipment works should be the standard level of service you receive anywhere! If you haven’t done business here and value how customer service used to be, then you need to visit here! I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name that was working but he was also knowledgeable so you know this store is built on making sure the customer leaves with with a huge smile on their face! THANK YOU!-Verizon customer for years and this is the best service I’ve ever received!

The in store experience wasnt good. There is not enough staff for them to give you their undivided attention. With that things do not get done correctly or completely. However, the service I received over the phone from their corporate was excellent!

My mother came into the store and got a phone weeks back ; was told she was on a older insurance plan that she had to change it. The young lady rep I felt took advantage of my mother because she relied on her to tell the truth; my mother is on a fixed income. She sold her a phone she can’t even function. I came in she didn’t know I was there waiting to talk with her about the situation and low and behold I hear her tell customers the same thing about their insurance. I called Verizon and they still utilize the same insurance my mom had before she just wanted to change it because she had the power to. Two dollars is life or death when it comes down to paying for medication and meals. This store and the woman are terrible couldn’t get any straight answers from them, they told me to call in to Corperate so I did. Don’t risk your money on this place

If I could give a zero I would! This store is a running joke with customers! 1 sales person for up to 8 people in the store. Customers who frequent gamble on coming to this store or calculating if it would be quicker to drive 25 miles to the next. You literally see two or three people walk up to the door look in and walk away. This store is utterly useless to a consumer.

Had amazing service but as I was there getting help I over heard a young lady say she she had ordered tablets for a customer while she was on the phone and not physically there because she wasnt able to be there, that scares me about fraud security- I was assured and asked the rep he doesnt do that. My mom and I went to the store to add another line to my account. As soon as we walked in Josh was greeting us and getting the information to get it done. We spent 90% of our time just chit chatting with him. He was super helpful and was able to get it done quickly. It was such a friendly environment compared to most high pressure retail stores.Unfortunately, I had dealt with an incompetent agent through the app about some fees being charged to my account and as soon as I was done with the awful agent I received an email about my experience. I thought the email was for the agent through the app but by coincidence it was for Josh at the store. I ended up leaving a HORRIBLE review against Josh and not the other person. I called Josh and explained what happened and he was totally understanding. He tried to make it right by us because he thought we had ill will against him when we didn’t. So even though he did NOTHING wrong he still tried to make it right by helping us. I can’t even begin to apologize enough for leaving him a bad review since this was all such a huge misunderstanding on my part. I sincerely don’t have a single bad thing to say about our experience on Saturday. He was so friendly and polite. I hope there wasn’t any reprimanding because of this. If there was any way I could correct the survey I would do it!!I apologize a million times to Josh and his team for this mix up.

Russell Cellular’s Verizon store in Corsicana is one stop shopping when your phone crashes. Joshua and Tommie were both thorough in explanations and demonstrated what I needed to know to get going. Do yourself a favor and switch to Verizon with this great group of people!

Excellent customer support. Got lost in Corsicana today. My phone was dying, I had no charger and I was stressing just a bit because I had no idea where I was. Went to this location to buy a charger but the store was closed. :( The managed stepped out and asked what I needed and Told him I need to purchase a charger. He open up the store long enough for me to get the charger that I needed to charge my phone. It’s a super nice thing to do. Thank you you save my life.

My husband and I were having some horrible customer service with ATT. My phone that I only had for a little over a month, the screen had gone black. I was without a phone for a week and a half. I called ATT when it first happen and they were suppose to get back with me in 72 hours. I never heard from them. After called them 4 times and multiple hours on phone with them they would do nothing to get me another phone. Went in Verizon and Josh were very helpful and wanted to get me back in a phone ASAP. Very nice to talk to and very helpful. Can’t say enough about him. We are very pleased with the service we got. Customer service was superb to say the least. Thank you Josh and Verizon.

Joshua and his staff were a lot of fun to be around. Joshua went TRULY ABOVE and Beyond to help us out. I can tell you for a fact, that I have NEVER experienced such friendly and caring customer service in my 60 years of life.

Russell cellular helped me during my hurricane Laura evacuation by providing me with a good WiFi hotspot that worked at the nearby campground. Their manager was very courteous and helped us in a tough situation.

The employees at this store always make it a good experience even if you have to wait you leave very happy.

The young man that works there is great. The older woman doesnt listen. She discriminates against people with disabilities. Not only could I not get new service, but I couldnt get through to Verizons customer service using her lack of direction. Way to lose customers.

Had horrible service with this establishment. Came in three times to purchase a hot spot. They claimed they ordered one for us and when we came to pick it up, we were told an associate had taken it for themselves. Poor customer service. I recommend dealing wIth Verizon directly. Its a lot faster and less hassle.
