Well we were trying to get new phones. But my cousin is disable and needed a chair while waiting to be serviced. I asked the lady at the front counter do she have an extra chair so my cousin could sit down. Because I seen a chair behind the counter while we were waiting. she replied no and kept doing what she was doing. Just rude I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!! We had Togo to another location. Due to her stupidity I was highly upset because of how she done a disabled person.

Was thinking about changing carriers but they were too expensive to change they have all these deals but once you get into the store you have to pay purchase a phone they do have a free phone but its not the phone that you want or at least not the phone I wanted
