I went in to get a new phone the guy was helping another customer he asked me to get my account number from my old device so I did that then another guy came out from the back and the other guy told me where his free phones were so I asked the other worker what one of thses are good phones the first guy showed me where the free ones where so I asked the guy who came out from the back what one of the FREE phone would be good he said none of them and then went to the 299.-699. Phones I asked him you mean out of all six of the FREE phones you dont have one of them I WENT TO T-MOBILE AND GOT WHAT I WANTED I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT IT WHERE THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH.

Great employees that do all they can to help you walk out satisfied. And best cell phone store in my area . Very happy and satisfied with Cricket cell phones and accessories. Been a customer for over 4 or so years now.

1 worker busy on his cell phone, the other came out of the back about 7 to 10 min later & finally asked if he could help me. I gave the stars I did because 2nd worker was very helpful & knowledge

Daniel and Eduardo are two of the best workers at cricket wireless in corsicana Texas they are the perfection everyone in customer service should strive for.

They will hustle u read the recipe and fine print they clearly train they staff to rip u off in the extras I e screen saver insurance case etc if I don’t ask for it don’t ring it up

Not up to date with technology there are alot of hunters that have cellular camera. Bur you need to have a sim card to set it up. Cricket want add just a sim card which is actually just another line. You have to get the phone to. But all you need is the sim. I ended up going to Wal-Mart and just getting a sim card from strait talk. Now i have 2 different phone bills.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Make sure to get autopay and cricket protect.

Kind kids. There was a very rude man yelling at an employee while I was there making a bill payment, calling the kid insults and I was still treated with respect and given speedy service afterwards.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I certainly would. I drove 80 miles to get to this cricket to get the phone that I wanted. They knew I was coming from out of the area.I bought the phone and was upsold a screen protector which I only bought because they had no cases to fit my phone.The girl that sold me the screen protector spent about 10 minutes cleaning the screen and SCOTCH TAPED the screen on!I didnt realise it until I got home.Well, I contacted corporate after the store refused a refund for knowingly selling me defective goods.I am waiting to hear back from them. I dont advise shopping at this location.I will post what happens next ...soon

Really nice cell phone store, operating with a Staff of Professionals who are Customer Oriented and very knowledgeable Technically in their work and communication skills. Staff is always friendly, they just need to know when the store hours are. Its 12:30 on a Sunday and the posted hours clearly say they open at 12:00

The price is good but the service sucks at the corsicana texas location! Very poor

TERRIBLE. Went to the store at 6:45 pm last night and they are closed, yet hours posted on Google, Cricket website, and the door of the business says they close at 8pm. Went there at opening time this morning (supposedly 10am) and was told Id have to wait 15-20 minutes before they open. Staff at the store states their internet was down yesterday....Ive never heard of a business completely shutting down bc of internet issues. In addition, they didnt need internet to help with the problem I had. I see that other reviews have issues with the store hours and consistency as well. TERRIBLE STORE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I plan to escalate reports to the corporate office.Waste of time and a trip.
