We decided to upgrade two of our lines and add one, so we visited the store in Corsicana and had a great experience. The process didn’t take long at all and the employees were professional and friendly. Maria, Mia, and others did a great job servicing our phones. Thank you guys, oh I loved the buy two accessories and get one free. The quick charger came in handy!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After being asked how I can be assisted a A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE MARQUIS comes up to the table where Mia is assisting me, and he just rudely interrupted me as I was telling her how I needed assistance. He asked her if she could go assist another customer because he has to go on break. And Mia says No, Im in the middle of helping out this customer. Ive already called her over here. And then he looks at me and rolls his eyes! How dare you MARQUIS. Shame on you. I did nothing to you. I felt degraded as a customer for how he made me feel. Then as he was leaving Mia asked if he could please apologize to me. Marquis said NO. And walked out. I have been a customer with at&t for YEARS AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED? The ONLY reason why I stayed and didnt switch cell phone providers is because of MIA. MIA apologized in his behalf and said dont worry about it and helped me out and answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. So thank you MIA for making my bad experience better. She even contacted the manager there so I could explain to him the situation. Best believe I will escalate this higher to corporate because of how I was treated by MARQUIS and take the survey. Once again thank you Mia. I will contact corporate and expect a phone call.

Christina (assuming thats the correct spelling) helped my dad, my wife, and I almost the second we walked in the door. She helped all three of us upgrading/transferring each of our phones. From picking/choosing, saving as much money as we could, casing the phones, applying the screen protectors, and finalizing everything!! Highly recommended!! They also had good music playing as well, which is not a huge deal, but when it takes a good amount of time (especially doing three at the same time) its a pleasing thing instead of elevator music!!
Kristina was my hero that day!! My phone wasn’t connecting to the internet and I was concerned about my upcoming 27+ hour/3 day road trip across 3 states. Not being able to connect to the internet to use my navigation was a serious problem. Kristina was so kind and professional, super knowledgeable and immediately solved the issue with my phone! She figured out that some downloaded VPN was the culprit, deleted it and just like that - all fixed! I could have hugged her!! Thanks Kristina!!

Expect a 30 plus minute wait on their high peak busy time. (Around 11-1pm). I went in on a Friday, and the staff just seemed so overwhelmed. Definitely a frustrating experience.

I went in looking to switch my service to AT&T. Very nice lady named Stormi helped me. She answered my questions. She was patient, knowledgeable about phones and services. And most importantly, she wasn’t pushy. Stormi made the business more pleasant with her professional attitude and just plain friendliness. Made my decision a lot easier.

I was in there last Saturday interested in AT&T TV. Xavier assisted me in everything I needed to know about the service and did an outstanding job in getting me in and out. I purchased the product and it is by far the best product and picture quality I have seen thus far. I would recommend going in to see him when purchasing new services or upgrading existing services. Came in for a upgrade wasnt sure what phone I wanted. When I walked in I was asked what I was looking for and given all my options. Tiffany was able to get my the galaxy S20. Ive had the phone for a few weeks and I love it. Will be asking for Tiffany with any future needs.

What is the point in an at&t in Corsicana if they cant do anything at all?They cant even pull up my bills, tell me what accounts were randomly cancelled, explain why I was told a phone was free, but now Im getting charged for it? I was also supposed to get a $150 bill credit a year and a half ago, and no one in store or on the phone can seem to help me. Ive been getting the runaround the entire time.Its been nothing but issues for the past few years. Im at Verizon right now! Hopefully Ill get better customer service all the way around.
I purchased a phone a couple days ago and returned today hoping someone could help me retrieve the photos I was told were lost by the associate that sold me the phone. It was my good fortune to have Christina, who went way over and above to accomplish the restoration. She is very professional, patient, customer oriented!!!!!

Awful service and long wait with no fixing of the problem
Reading some of the posts and one stood out because I was in the store when it Happened!! The lady saying that they Could not access her account and was told to call customer service is because she had no ID and she was not on the account . The young lady which stated she was helping manage the store, I guess manager now, was NOT rude at all!!! She kept her composure and did not say anything, instead listened patiently and offered her help but the lady started talking loudly and cursing at her for no reason. She got up to leave and she was the one being rude even with the other customers in store. The manager and employees there did NOT act rudely in any way! This store has very friendly employees there. Just because you don’t get your way means that someone was rude! I definitely recommend this store to everyone!

They never answer the phone so don’t bother calling you will have to go into the store if you have any questions. They also have really slow in person service. When I got a new phone with them it took 2 1/2 hours just to get it set up and transfer my information from one phone to my new one. I understand that it takes time to do that but the process shouldn’t take that long. Especially because I know it doesn’t take that long. Don’t get me wrong the staff is super friendly and nice but they are not great with in store assistance.

I spoke with Stormy on the phone explained my problem(had just got new line and had issue with phone even told her date new line was started). Was told that when I come in they could help and look at what price they could get me on the phone. Went to store 2 employees working with one customer. Was told be with you shortly. After about 5 minutes another customer came in. After twenty five minutes one employee asked ok who is next? Told this employee situation and she looks up account and said oh you can get a phone in 3 month. I said so I have to pay for an account for 3 months with no phone then you can sale me a phone? She said yes offered no solution. I left called another store told them same thing and they explained how to solve my problem.

Did what I needed done with no wait. Went to mexia first but they are lazy and dont care about customers just commission. This customer service in corsicans didnt get commission but she got a tip that was what would pay for lunch.
I usually dont ever try to write a bad review but this company here. Its lies after lies after lies. Tell you one price next thing you know your paying more than what you expected. Manager is rude as hell. They got my service wrong and dont even want to fix it. Always have excuses and dont ever want to help tell me to call customer service and deal with them. Smh gots to do better alway ripping people off!!!!

Called this store because my brand new iPads were not working. Was told they needed SIM cards because the new iPads weren’t bringing shipped with them. Spoke with Christina on the phone and told her I would be by shortly. Before we hung up she politely reminded me that a mask is required to enter their store. Got to the store, had a few people waiting(all wearing a mask), and waited for my turn which was only about 6 minutes. While Christina was working with me, a lady walked in not wearing a mask. They created her and asked her if she had a mask or face covering. She went into a full blown rant about it being against the law for them to ask her and how she could sue them. Every single employee in there had a mask as well as all the other customers! She didn’t care about anyone but herself! The signs are posted on the door for everyone to see. The employees handled the situation very well! I got my SIM cards, talked about getting internet, and bought 3 new chargers! Christina never strayed away from helping me or her 2 other coworkers. The young gentleman was very nice to his customer and the other young lady working was being very diligent with the elderly gentleman trying to work his new iPhone. Loved their Halloween decorations. This store is cleaner and friendlier(except for the mask murderer). If you ever need help, Christina is your go to girl! The staff of this store is A1 and handled all situations appropriately. Keep up the work Corsicana AT&T employees!

Manager and employee messed my order up. Ordered wrong phone couldnt reverse it till the phone came in. Told them I needed a phone, manager said I can add a line and the switch installments when the other is reversed. I said ok as long as I dont have to pay for the line because I didnt need it. He said he was gonna wave the act fees. Came back to reverse the phone and switch installments, get fees waved. The employee that helped me was there with the manager again, I figured easy exchange-nope . Manager wouldnt help her, she basically didnt know what she was doing. He didnt wave the fees or get anything situated like it was supposed to. This mistake was on them and they wouldnt help me, they kept saying were the sales department that I would have to call and get it fixed. Luckily enough loyalty helped me and Got it situated, found out theyre not a real att store. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came. I drove a hour from buffalo even bypassed the att store mexia dont get me started on that store and its manager basically the reason why I came to this store but Ill be looking for either better phone service or get the right people to come audit this place or company because from what I see they mess up a lot of people accounts- Att must be losing money because these employees

Terrible store: untrustworthy Go to Verizon. Service is better and customer service. Came in at the beginning of year because the loyalty department tried to help but they needed to verify me. So I go in just so they can verify who I am, told me to call back to them when Im there so they can apply my discounts. I come in tell them what I need. First they tell me theyre only a sales store they dont do customers service work, they only sell things not help people Per store manager I believe his name was trent but the funny thing is the district manager was there as well said the samething . So I tell them that the loyalty department sent me here to verify who I am and get my discount applied back but instead of calling them. They said they could make it cheaper that I was paying too much that if I resigned up I would get it basically 64.99 after taxes basically $80 bucks so Im like all in. They said by signing up again I would save a hundred bucks Im all in saving money. They said my old account they would cancel but now Im 6 months down the road and I have two direct TV accounts ones $180 the other higher than what they told me. Now Im screwed because I have two accounts. The rep that Helped had both her managers there, store and district. Now I have all these fees, talked with the loyalty department told them what happened finally got everyones names. Dont do business with this authorized retailer. They say they cant do this or that. They just want to steal your money and RIP you off . District manger name davin, worse person I honestly cant believe hes a manager, store manager got mad when I came back and told them they messed up my accounts wouldnt help me fix it. I told him that his employee that was helping smelt like marijuana which I told her as well after she came back from lunch to help me. Dm davin whatever terrible, store manager worse and employee her name Monica on my service paper- would have been fired smelling like drugs. Store manager trent got frustrated walked off smoking his little electric cigarette. I say all this because my att bill is entirely screwed and its because these three people said they were helping me but in reality they just wanted my money. Talked with a different employee shes says they do it all the time to increase there bonuses. Tell you have to have this on your account. Will continue to report this company until my Bills are fixed- just my att but I will not come back Ive very pleased with their service. I repeat do not come to this location unless you want to get screwed and have the worse experience

To be honest with you it takes forever for someone to notice me like 10 or 5 minutes the only thing I came over there to pay my bills but theres only two people work over there. Sometimes their customer service is not that good.

The manager told me it was going to be a soft pull on my credit, I asked if he was sure about it he said yes. It was a hard pull, this tactic should be illegal, not doing business with a company that lies from the beginning.

When I have a problem and need information regarding my Apple phone I always see John at your AT & T store in Corsicana, TX. He is the only one that seems to know how to fix it. He is a true asset and your very fortunate to have an employee like him.
We bought very expensive phones 6 months ago, found out we were given wrong phones, had to exchange them to phones with the right serial #, they exchanged my husbands on Saturday, and realized that Monday i had the wrong phone also, they should have checked that out Saturday while we were in there
Worthless. Their employee is trying to convince me that an iPhone 11 is a true 5G phone. Her manager says no it isnt. She still insists it is. Quite obviously they dont even know the products they are selling.

Would give 0 if possible. AT&T doesnt confirm that an email is correct before letting a client use it, so theyve asked me to review them despite me not being a client. I have emailed them to let them know they have the wrong address. I even made an international call to their customer service line. They were unable to assist somehow, and keep sending me billing and other personal information on their client.AT&T seems to enjoy enabling identity theft and privacy breehes.

They are the Worst AT & T I have visited,..They cant fix problems with your phone, take to long to see someone when you enter the door,.... when you buy a New phone they advise you to go to The corporate AT & T to get your phone turned on!....My thing is why have an AT & T when they do absolutely nothing to help your services!.... I have to drive way to Waco to just to get good sevice, Corsicana AT & T is terrible!!
