If I could give less than one star I would. This company is a joke. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. They have had my piece of granite for months. They were also scheduled to do a sink install and another job. I had to chase Bruce for weeks who made every promise and excuse in the book including, I am 30 minutes from the office, I will call you back. Never did. Finally I get my install scheduled for two weeks ago. No call no show and have never heard a peep since. They are losing business fast. Read the other reviews, they are the same!

Please Corpus Christi and surrounding areas do not use this company. I was in contact with Bruce he made a bunch of promises and never came through. I finally got a hold of him he told me since he didnt collect any money upfront then he wasnt obligated to do the job what a joke this was a month-and-a-half later waiting on Bruce and his promises this company is very unprofessional. So please Nueces County do not use this company. I even told him that I would pick up the vanity top that he said he made and I would install it. He told me okay and he said he would call me when he gets to his shop. Guess what Corpus Christi Im still waiting so please I hope I helped anyone that needs a countertop do not go to this company you will be disappointed

Couldn’t ask for anything better

I would only recommend if you like babysitting and excuses. It was smooth sailing in the beginning, but turned into a constant headache. Bruce was super responsive, helpful, and guided me through the process as a newbie. The estimated turnaround was even 2 weeks prior to my deadline - everything was perfect! Things started to turn south once the process was turned over to the operations team.It was like pulling teeth trying to complete the template and installation phases. Many excuses revolved around COVID-19, but much of the frustration resulted from claims of youre our top priority and then ghosting on me.Finally got countertops installed 2 DAYS instead of 2 weeks prior to my deadline, and after numerous delays on their end. There were several issues that were found post-installation and pointed out. Most items were fixed, but some items werent (chipped corner and soap dispenser hole cut too big). Its been 4 weeks since installation, and I am still waiting on the promised part to remedy the soap dispenser issue. The soap dispenser is almost comical as I had the dispenser readily available for them to confirm size before cutting. When we discovered that the hole was cut too big, we were told that our dispenser (Vigo name brand purchased at Home Depot, mind you) was a cheap off-brand product because all soap dispensers are the same size as the sink faucet.They werent even the lowest bid, compared to other quotes I received, to justify you get what you pay for. This review would be much too lengthy if I detailed out in full. I feel like nothing in the process would have gotten done if it wasnt for my regular calling/hounding. Overall, so much was over-promised yet under-delivered. A recipe for disaster!

Very friendly personnel, but quality of work is very poor. They did a template prior to installation and still cut one slab wrong. It was 5/8 narrower at one end. In cutting out for the stove they stained one corner and scored one edge. Told me it was just water and would go away - still there after two weeks. Suppose to come back to fix the narrow slab but never showed up on the date scheduled and never heard back from them. Would not recommend this company.

Horrible company! Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company. No call no showed us for over a week and horrible communication from Bruce. This is the poorest company hands down.
