We are extremely pleased with our Aston’s experience. They, especially CJ, were always helpful and very professional beginning with our first visit all the way until the installation was completed. As an added bonus they prevented a huge mistake that we would have made if they had not required we provide them with our new sink. We had ordered a sink that was too large, they caught our error and guided us to the correct size. Thank you to the whole Aston TEAM, you were the hi-lite of our kitchen remodel experience!

Nice quality and selection but customer service is incredibly poor. Maybe I did not spend enough ($15K) to rank high enough on Astons ‘call back’ list.1. When tile arrived to warehouse I never received a call tile was in, I had to call on 3 separate occasions to eventually be told “oh tile has been in for over a week”2. When attempting to order countertops I had to call upwards of 8 times to get an order placed.......wait- I’M TRYING TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU?!??3. On day of template a question arose & I had to leave MULTIPLE messages to be called back & never received a call.Love the product but be prepared to receive the poorest customer service around

Professional and Customer Service Oriented. I had an issue with Tile being delayed by the manufacturer, the office failed to communicate the day the tile came in so Mr Aston himself made it right and made a tuff situation better. The dedication to his customers was appreciated. Thank you!

Just had Master Bathroom Remodel. Extremely happy with results. Without CJ Mellinger ‘s help with the design and suggestions, the classy, elegant and timeless result would have not been achieved. She’s a Master in her craft. Her excellent ideas and recommendations nailed it!Thank you!!!

Company installed a poor quality granite in our brand new home. So dull and lots of imperfections, horrible seaming too. they tried to fix the issues over the course of a year with no results and then just said thats the best we can do. Now we have lots of chipping all along the edges. I would not recommend them. Product is not worth the upgrade cost we paid the builder. Seems like they left the plastic protective sheeting on way to long. Granite looks like it has water spots all over it.

Horrible customer service. Rose changed her quote 3 times (5 thousand dollars difference in price from the original price) and refused to honor the quote she gave our contractor. Do NOT do business with Astons!

I found the service at Aston Designs,Port Ave,Corpus Christ,Tx.to be of the highest quality in all aspects,from the start with Carrie Jo(CJ) planner,estimator& designer,the removal& installation crew,the tile /back splash crew,all were true professionals and Assets to Aston Designs,my wife and I will highly recommend Aston Designs in the future.Thank all of you(very much)Mitch & Beck Driver.
