Wonderful experience! We needed new carpet put in our house before we put it on the market but we don’t live there anymore so I needed extra assistance. Norma was fantastic! She went to measure my house after she got off work on a Saturday and got my order in ASAP. She’s been so easy to communicate with and is very responsive! Her level of customer service was a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t be happier!

Great customer service. Had a larger variety of flooring than other flooring stores, at least for type of flooring we were looking for. Prices comparable with others in area. All in all, would return for flooring there. They also had a good variety of tiles but didnt look too closely as I wasnt there for that but will certainly check it out if ever need it.

Connie was amazing! Very attentive and customer service oriented! Counter tops she suggested were perfect for our home and the installers did a great job as well.

DCM Floors to Go installed new carpet in our bedrooms and did a great job. Norma and Hector were very helpful and responsive to questions. Chris installed the carpet and he is very experienced and professional. Prices are very reasonable.

Please dont take all bad reviews to heart. We all here at DCM Floors To Go strive to do our best for all our customers. I promise you that we have way more pluses then bad. You can check our rating with the better business bureau thats what theyre there for. We are not perfect but we try. We have been in business for 20 years we are Discount Carpet & More. You cant be in business this long if you are not good at what you do. So for all your flooring, counter tops and tub & shower projects please give us a chance to see if we can help you.

Horrible customer service. I had to follow up on a request for a quote that I had requested a month prior but had not received any call back to schedule. I went in to the store and they didnt have me in the system which means the first person I had worked with never even scheduled someone to take measurements. I told a store clerk I wasnt happy they dropped the ball and that I have been waiting for them to contact me. They really didnt care and never apologized. They did say they could schedule time to take measurements that day, which I agreed to but told them I was going to be shopping around due to the errors they have already made and to call me when they were on the way. She responded If you are that unhappy with us then dont waste my time. Really.... Dont ever talk to a customer like that. You wasted a month of my time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BUYER BEWARE. They do not care about you or the service they provide.

I am giving DCM Floors To Go 5 stars x 2, because I chose them 2 times in past year and half.First time to purchase carpet for 3 bedrooms in our vacation rental property. Sand from beach was my main concern that I shared. Norma assisted me with best type of carpet and color selection and both were perfect.Second time, hurricane Harvey damage our residence and had to be demolished, so we repaired and remodeled the above mentioned rental property that is now be our residence.I returned to DCM and once again with Norma’s guidance, I chose a beautiful vinyl laminate flooring to be installed in the entire house and tile for a new walk in shower.Customer service, product knowledge, installation & floor installers very professional and outstanding both times. I highly recommend DCM Floors To Go.

For our renovation we purchased our hardwood floors and tile from Discount Carpet & More. We were very happy with their customer service. Prior to purchasing, we looked at a few other places in town and Discount Carpet & More had the lowest prices for the exact same materials as the other places. We will be purchasing our carpet from here as well. Highly recommend!

Was referred to company was very disappointed with the service. There is no communication. They couldnt install my carpet without down payment which i understand. I gave the deposit and scheduled them to come on a Friday around 1 and no show. I had to call and see where they were at and they had to call the worker to see where he was at. I scheduled another appointment and again no show. I called and they said the worker was at the shop with the material and can be on his way. Really? We couldnt get a call that they were running late being my appointment was at 12. I asked for a refund and all they said was sorry we drop the ball several times on this order sorry, and just continued on for asking my credit card number. They didnt even seem to care they lost a customer.

The carpet I had installed is very nice and they have decent prices. However, the installation of the carpet is terrible. They cut it too short and it now coming up at the edges. On the other end, they cut it to long and now its folding over on the edges. It looks absolutely awful. Ive called to get this situation rectified and they wanted to charge me for someone to come and fix it. Not happy at all with this company at the moment. If you can, choose someone else for your carpet needs.

Bought carpet here several years ago and had the worst experience. Watch for the bait and switch. Be sure you get what you paid for. Installers were not professional.
