I go in there with a coupon code days ago and they tell me they only accept bar codes at the store. After trying on the pair days later I go online to pay with using the coupon code. I select pick up at store option. I show at the store after paying online. They tell me no I have to wait for an email confirmation so they can prepare the order. Why I know where the shoes are on the self. What is there to prepare? I said forget it. Refund my credit card. Why would someone with a prime amazon account want to hassle with this? Its not worth it.

They have a really big selection of shoes. That are well organized and mostly easy to find. My only complaint would be availability of shoes they have on display. Probably the time of year, and the size of my feet, but more larger sizes would be nice.Other than that. We found what we were looking for, and it was reasonably priced.

This isnt even the best bargain for kids nikes the way people think! Very limited selection for little boys way overpriced.*Edit* the only thing I liked about S.C. is the manager was extremely nice with trying to accommodate us and employees were friendly!!

The shoe selection is good not great, but Im only saying this because. I wear wide shoes, and the pairs they had were not the shoes I wanted to get. They said I could order them, but I was not wanting to wait. So I ended up going with skechers arch fit that are one size larger due to the service personal that helped me saying. Quote if you dont like them in a day or two I could bring them BACK. Now when I tried to bring them back, THE NEXT DAY. The person to the right of entering at the door with a place to return shoes. Says sorry we dont take back already worn shoes. My question is how am I to see if these non wide shoes will feel ok, WITHOUT trying them. Still not wearing them to this day. Ordered wide skechers online that feel great. But customer service needs help here. Even during these times.

They have an outstanding shoes selection from woman, kids, and to mens. I got done nikes and an amazing price along with socks and laces. I definitely felt the fun of shopping here just like i have fun at a carnival. Definitely a carnival for shoes.

Not sure how it ever got good review to be honest. Poor selection. Overpriced. Really poor service. The younger short haired girl checking out in the from at 1610 on Saturday September 12 was very rude. They also had accessories half off if you buy one. She range it up 25% for both. Might be better but that is not what the deal was. Just all around sketchy. And I asked about it. She was rude and poor at her job. And She also escorted me to the door with my bag which she did not so to the person before me. Just all around bad at customer service and I work in customer service so I get it. I know your job is hard. Being rude to people isn’t the way. I was not helped or asked if I needed help or even hardly greeted at the door. The lady was two busy with the sales pitches. Also the prices are no better than the malls and neither is the selectionYou get rung up for things that weren’t what they were labeled as as well. It says clearance and then you go to ring it up and they tell you it isn’t clearance. The racks were all messy. Shoes everywhere and boxes unorganized.It was also packed. They only had her like open and the line was all the way back into the shoe isles. They didn’t open a new check out and the lady at the front just stood there ranting about social distance (which no one in line was doing). The line was packed and everyone was back to back not following guidelines. Really bad experience. Won’t be back until there is better management of the place.

Decent selection of shoes. Very much enjoyed their buy one get one half off! The store was kind of dirty though. The backpacks were overpriced, next door at the Ross the exact same backpacks were about 25%-50% less than the ones here. The staff wasnt too great. It took us a few minutes to get someone to help us checkout.

I am a fan because I have tiny feet and finding shoes to try in in person can get tricky. They have a wide variety of shoe options in my size available. Thats definitely a huge plus to me. Get my running shoes and work shoes from here (12 hour hospital shifts). Love the quality and brand options!

Oh my god, these people were great. Casey, I think it was, helped me out so much when I couldnt find the shoes I was looking for. I already had a pair and went to the checkout lane and she asked how everything went, I replied with ehhhh, she said, ehhhh? Why ehhhh? I told her I was trying to find a specific shoe but the more I looked, I just couldnt find it. She asked what shoe? So I took off my old shoe, which was all beaten and battered from 5 years of wear and tare. She immediately knew which shoe it was and immediately went to get it. Great experience. 100% reccomend going and asking Casey for assistance.

Very expensive shoes. Better off buying at academy or online, but a good place to go try on to. Get a correct fit in your size on the shoe brand. That you may want to buy somewhere online

Great shoes but shoes and price tags are not organized. I ended buying some sandals for about $79.99. The tag located over accurate shoe box showed $39. I went back to verify price n description on tag was different. So tag was in the wrong place. Never wouldve expected that.

I came in on a Monday so maybe that was why I had a hard time shopping in the childrens shoes. There were only a few that were even out on display and I had to go through the aisle and pull out one of every shoe so I could see what it looked like. I must have done this over 20 times while I was there and it got really frustrating and time-consuming. Other than that I appreciated the big selection that they had for childrens footwear. Just a heads up, the little ride for kids in the back was jammed when I went. So save yourself a huge headache after you put your quarters in & get them stuck in there and have your kid meltdown in the middle of the store lol. The associates at the front were very friendly. I like that they had Vans shoes for kids.
