The building had a great selection but the issue is the customer service. I went in to get my boots for my internship and this was the first time I have ever bought boots. The worker asked what I was looking for and I told them I need steel toe boots. The worker than tells me all boots in their store are steel toe. This eased my mind and I started looking. I had a plane laced boot and the worker asked if I wanted to try the composite version . Me being unaware of what composite means I assumed it meant the style because the boot she showed me had designs on it. I than bought that one and once I find out that my workplace only takes steel toe for their reimbursement program. I thought ok I can return them because I’ve only had them on for 30 minutes at most in the office. When I went back to get my return and get a steel toe version they denied me. They stated there is light grayness on the bottom of the boot. They said this is unsellable and cannot be returned and they offered no help and told me they couldn’t do anything. I advise only to go if you know exactly what your getting because if you don’t they don’t either.

Beyat place for womens work boots

Place was unprofessional however at the end we were able to get a refund please people if your looking for work shoes make sure that the ones you choose you can have room for soles because it will be a nightmare to try and work with uncomfortable shoes. At the end I understand that they are a business however they should know their products to provide the best one to the customer. Will not be returning here but hope that they can put a big sign by the registers that states all sales final.

Had an issue with the rubber toe protection on a pair of tactical boots that I had bought 9 weeks previous. First they tried to minimize the situation with the defect. I responded, If yall.want to play like that, play like that. Im assuming the owner older lady, raised her voice and said excuse me!! I repeated myself. She asked for my credit card to give me my refund. I then told them I was looking to buy a different pair of boots. Again, the older woman said, Oh I see whats going on here and walked away as she rolled her eyes. Im 60, I have been buying steel toed safety shoes for most of my adult life. Never have I been treated in this way by any retail outlet.

I get safety shoes for work here about once a year. They also have an excellent selection of hard to find Oakley sunglasses. The staff Barry, Gary, and Kendra are super friendly and helpful!
